Because I haven't wrestled you or marked a match you've participated in
-
Hogan. Of course I'm 26, so he was right in my timeframe, but it's Hogan. He wrestled, he made TV appearances, he appeared in magazines, he made many (bad) movies, but he was the star, not a supporting actor. For Christ's sake, this was the man who told the fuckin' Gremlins to behave themselves! You don't have a reality TV show called 'Austin Knows Best', do you?
-
I think she did at least one film. Possibly with, or directed by, Jewel De Nyle. I can't tell you how I found this out because I don't remember, but I'm pretty sure I heard it somewhere.
-
...has he updated his music stats then? Well... I guess. I kinda think we're too small-time for Metallica now.
-
Genesis' theme song is always, and will always be, 'O Fortuna'.

But not as good as Kaientai as dubbed B-movie villains. How the hell would you justify pushing someone called Suicide? Then again, just as much as you justify pushing someone called Homicide I guess. It's just something I can forsee a media shitstorm about, if the media actually cares about TNA.

I don't know what the general opinion of ECW: Anarchy Rulz is/was, but I was rather amused by all the wrestlers walking like they'd shat themselves, the WIDE range of match stipulations and enormous amounts of blood available once you'd picked up a weapon. So what if the storyline arc made no sense, and to get a tag team title shot you had to beat teams like Heyman & someone I can't remember, which you never actually got to wrestle?

Oh, happy memories of kicking arse with Wolves and buying every £15m striker going over a variety of seasons... but still keeping Steve Bull on the bench and bringing him on now and then, due to no-one ever ageing... but I digress. FM08/09, mmm, yes, looks interesting.

They've got enough time to shove a couple of hundred million in there. Realistically, they're not going to give them Robinho and not give them the money to pay him... what I'm interested in is what conclusion they come to about Newcastle (but then again, I'm interested in what conclusion Newcastle come to about Newcastle). The 3D game model is interesting, although I do quite like the current version - apart from giving me happy flashbacks to Sensible World Of Soccer (now that was a game), the directly overhead view just seems more tactically informative.

So what hoops do we have to jump through repeatedly to get update points for our CAWs this year?
-
a) I'm back b) Keep hassling Landon, it makes my life much easier.
-
I'm probably not going to be online again until next Saturday evening, my time, due to being on holiday. So everyone talk to Landon (that's King Cucaracha, humanoids) about anything fed-related. Landon... LANDON! I'm not here for a week! Don't forget this. It's important. Maybe.
-
What, you mean me? No, you can't know. Oh, alright then. You're getting the long-awaited return of Question Mark Man (no, seriously, you are, and were from the moment the match was made)
-
Will create a finisher defintiely be available on the ps2?
-
Johnny, you have an opponent. Did you think I'd let a former three-time World Champion come back and not have a match lined up for you at the biggest show of the year? Don't worry, you're gonna love it. Honest. And by that I mean, it's not Hell In A Swimming Pool, or any such crazy stip. And nor is it Dangerous/Clark Pt.22. It's fresh, it's new. You'll love it. Honest.

I hereby change the name of this team to We Banged Emma Dumas.

Yeah?! Well I met [insert B-level personality here], so... yeah. S

You should never, ever be allowed to link anyone to that ever again. You already caught me out once on AIM. Bad Brains play live. -

Bad Brains. One of the first proper hardcore bands, about the only all-black punk band I've ever heard of, and had some seriously decent tunes if you ignore the fact that HR was (and still is) a complete lunatic and vehemently homophobic. It may seem like I'm overreacting, but bear in mind I work day in, day out with a group of people some of whom are, shall we say, not as enlightened as they might be. It makes me want to challenge statements like "you probably won't know this because you're white" in the same way as I challenge statements like "all black people smoke weed" and "all gay people have AIDS". -

You can resent it all you want, sunshine; I won't mind. And if I made a comment about how black people won't know who Bad Brains are? (those of you who get the point of this, bear with me for a second) -
Are you Nova?

See, all I know about Motley Crue apart from their abuse of umlauts is that their drummer married Pamela Anderson. I'm a punk. Classic rock is not my thing. -
Still. I learned that to my cost with the whole Air Raid match fiasco.

I'm a twenty-something white punk from Britain, and have no clue who Terror Squad are. However, I resent WC's insinuation that my skin colour has anything to do with that. Edited to add: Who the fuck's Mick Mars? -
If you'd been talking real football instead of American football, I'd have pwned all of you. Or Landon might, anyway.
-
IL - it was so close that Landon had to call me in on it before we came to a decision. I'd like to congratulate YOU for owning the fed, and that belt, since you took it from Michael Alexander way back when. It was an awesome run, and I hope you'll bounce back from this and give it another go now you've proved you belong at the top of the card.
