I'll admit to not reading it completely thoroughly (I had to skim a little, but still read most of it), but I think Clark got in a bit more than a few hope spots. I think Mak did well to avoid making Clark look weak, but still, I would agree, emphasised the dominance and power of his character. And that is, really, what makes a match of this sort great - it wasn't a shitkicking, but the finish left no doubt whatsoever of who the winner was. I also hear what Danny says about pinning him straight after pounding him down, but I imagine Mak's trying to build up his finisher so we'll probably be seeing a bit more of it in the near future - and justifiably too! In other news, Drea proves that she's nigh-unassailable with the Hardcore Title, MANSON turns in the goods to prove what a good writer he can be when he shows, and the Caddys obey Akira and beat them. Crowd response: I liked that. Oh yeah, and we keep the title belts a bit longer, but through time constraints rather than a clean win. Nay mind, I'm sure W&D will get back to us before too long...

Nice plan, but on the evidence above we'd both lie about who we were, so we'd never know we met.

Besides, Tom usually IS the marker for most matches...

My timezone means that extensions mean jack to me, as I'm always in bed asleep by the time they roll around. I think a hard-and-fast deadline would be ideal, but it's pretty much unenforceable without a much larger marking staff.

Tom, if you thought I was being pointlessly childish about the Toxxic thing you could have just told me over AIM you know, I wouldn't have hated you. Well, I might, but it'd have stopped the whole argument with Danny. However, I agree with Raynor from last week's show thread - Tom sounds NOTHING like I imagined. He's far too high-pitched for a man shaped like a barrel. A nice show though guys, sort of motivational and yet scathing

I haven't done it often, I know that. However, I'd be lying if I said I'd never done it. Fuck it, I think I more often re-use spots I used in winning matches. Toxxic's armwringer legdrop/armwringer guillotine/springboard dropkick routine was staple throughout 2004.

Johnny sounds much deeper than I imagined. Alan sounds exactly as I thought, except that he also sounds like the guy who pimps ROH on the Wrestling Channel, and I hadn't connected the two. I'm about five minutes in. I'll let you know more after Man U vs Reading.

I have expressed my opinion to Raynor on this, so I'll now widen it to the rest of the fed - 'site only' stuff is pointless, at least if it's anything important. Look at it this way - right now I'm trying to advertise on MySpace, where i think we can advertise more effectively than we ever will with a website. But the fed is here still (although a MySpace group is at least technically feasible), so we're trying to get people to look at two sites. Add in a third, and the fed is spread piecemeal around the internet with people going to different places to get different things. If we get the website up and running, that might be the time to leave the TSM boards, but I think to make this work we need to spread the content so as much as possible is anywhere that we leave our footprint.

So get on AIM earlier. I can't be waiting around until you night owls get on with your fancy "Eastern Standard Time" or whatever you have in Salt Lake City. Probably Mid Western Time, or Wild Western Time, or Redneck Time, or something

a) you never told me I was in the promo when we PM'd about it, if you had I'd have asked not to be, and b) so don't describe me by the name that I have spent the last nine months trying to DISassociate with the character. This would work better with Peters instead of Flesher, and I really DON'T see Flesher needing a Valium script... but it does what it needs to do, and Danny back is always good.

I'm trying this, but my knowledge is severly limited: The SWF MySpace page I've tried to do an html link to these boards, but failed. I also can't work out how to put return breaks in to make it not be one big lump of text. If someone can tell me how to do this, I'd be very grateful.
