The lead character is really hurting this for me, she's just not that interesting. It's not badly written, the stories flow nicely but I don't know why I can't get into her character at all. I am really interested though in what that quick shot of the three people in the beds was at the end though. Overall I enjoyed it a little more than the pilot but I'm not yet hooked.

Just out of curiosity, what doesn't London have the instinct for? Crappy sports entertainment acting or wrestling in general? I can't wait for the day when a video game is released by the WWE that 100% doesn't allow you to pin HHH or almost pin him. It's just a game where the moment you know you are facing HHH, he's just going to kick-pedigree you into the mid-card. In fact, it should just be a blue screen that says "You faced HHH and lost. You aren't ready yet and he's that damn good. Good luck next season chump."

More like McNabb screwed up. Donovan and the defense did a great job letting that game spill away from them. It's a shame, every time I think Donovan might get the monkey off his back he just grabs the bastard and staples it to his jersey.

Why is it so shocking a film with George Clooney, Brad Pitt and directed by the guys who just won the Oscar for Best Picture would be number 1 at the box office? You had a solid cast, a solid trailer and a proven director combination.

Prepare for two hours of Vince Young talk, Chad Johnson's number controversy, and horribly sloppy NFL football. Really looking forward to this kick-off.

What would WWE have to do to convince him to end the streak to HHH of all people? I don't think another title run would be enough or even a bigger contract would get the job done. HHH can't win this one. He should just focus on finding ways to get to #17 before his body gives out. They could always do the unthinkable "Hart screwjob, act 2" and run with a HHH heel run as the bosses step-son. I extremely highly doubt they would ever do it, but it's not to say they couldn't.

TNA's failure to promote their product well is probably the most consistent thing they do. Eventually them and Spike need to run some kind of campaign to get the word out. Even if it means finding a way to shell out millions of dollars during the Super Bowl for a commercial spot. They need something. A huge awesome angle isn't going to matter if no one but the internet knows about it.

So basically, hope for really hot outfits on the ladies to distract me from the horrible suck and hope for a miracle. Got it.

Might as well say it. La Parka.

SOMEBODY CALL HIS MAMMA, THE CAT IS IN AN OSCAR BUZZ MOVIE! Rourke getting an Oscar nod would be amazing, Ernest "The Cat" Miller getting one would be the greatest moment in Oscars history.

Yeah, her and her friend wanted to go so I hooked us all up with tickets because I'm not spending over 90 dollars and be home. I dunno, I think the venue even going with seats after row five is a massive mistake but what do I know. I can't think of one Seether song I like though. Not one. And the only Papa Roach song is Not Listening and To Be Loved and that is the fault of RAW and Resident Evil 2 commercials. This could be a nightmare.

I just got row 11 center for Staind, Papa Roach and Seether in Salisbury. Has anyone seen Papa Roach or Seether live? I've seen Staind (for free) so I know they aren't too bad but I have no clue what I am getting myself into with the others. I only got them cause my girl wanted to see them and while I don't think Roach sucks too badly, I really don't know what they sound like live.

Any word on if they ever have plans to hit the East Coast? I know at one point they worked with ROH, but I'd like to see the whole promotion in Philly or NYC.

Another Tyler Perry movie is being released? My god, guy makes more films than Ed Wood. Granted most of them are good, but lord does he get them out fast. I haven't seen one ad for it on any channel.

I still think Crispin Glover would make a positively perfect demented Riddler. Mainly because I really think Glover leaves riddles for people. Depp is a great actor and I have no doubt he could pull it off, I just don't want to see him in this. I don't know why, I just am not feeling Johnny Depp in the Batman series.

Eventually a quarterback runs out of excuses no matter if the problems with the team are real or not. He's in a dangerous place right now as a quarterback where one more bad game and fan ripping and you could be looking at shell-shocked Vince Young. He might end up on the Texans soon after all cause I can really see him being on the trading block for the draft time next year. His next game will really determine what happens to Vince and after breaking down on the sidelines, I don't know if Coach Fisher will even risk sending him back out there. Fisher wants to win. If he doesn't believe Young can handle the mental load, which obviously right now he cannot, then he has to pull the trigger on ending Vince. It's sad but oh well, welcome to quarterback in the NFL.

... Eureka's on 2 hours before Fringe. Fringe is going to air at 11pm? I've got a Tuesday night set up of House/NCIS at 8 [god damn FOX messed everything up there], Eureka/Fringe at 9 and The Shield at 10. Right now, Fringe is fifth on the scale of importance due to being a new show. So I really don't know where Eureka is on two hours before Fringe. On the east coast, the new episodes of Eureka and Fringe are both on at 9. If I like Fringe then yeah, I'll start recording Eureka at midnight like I did this week. I'll give any show a few episodes after the pilot since a pilot can be rather ho hum. But the show didn't really wow me yet, it had cool moments but some of the characters are really boring individuals.
-
Yeah, to me it's really coming off more like Resident Evil movie series minus the zombies and super powers. It wasn't bad, it was alright for a pilot and some nice twists. It has potential. I'll give it a few weeks but it's gotta hit me a little more cause Eureka is just more fun at this point.

Wow, we might be seeing the end of Vince Young.

Snuff, I do believe you just wrote Sarah's next speech. Good show. Toss in something about her family, a few shots at Obama for being a community activist and you have gold.

Yeah, Midway entertainment. I mean, wouldn't you know it? TNA FINALLY gets massive promotion (commercials galore on ESPN during the wrap up show on Sunday) and it's for something that is overwhelmingly horrible. If only effort had been put in...ah well, back to TNA FIRE PRO RETURNS.

Well, he beat the champ in his hometown. HBK didn't really get his revenge because Jericho never quit and he STILL had success later in the show, further denying Michaels. If he wins tonight or has a amazing promo, he's in business for a long run. Anything less than a long run after what has been a surprisingly successful (so far) heel turn would be destructive.
-
Yeah, Punk is losing that feud to Orton. He needs to win it now but I just don't know if he will considering the situation. I can say the one positive is he didn't get pinned to lose the title, so he's got that going for him. And umm, well he's not facing HHH. So that's a pair of positives. But wow, Jericho comes out looking like a GOD. He gets the hell beat out of him by HBK and STILL wins the World title. I think this might be the strongest Jericho has ever looked in his whole WWE run. He needs a very long run now, I'd say send him all the way to Mania with it or until at least the Rumble.

Wait, are we saying that MTV doesn't have integrity and might have used an award show to push Britney? MY GOD, how could such a thing be suggested of an American tradition that has always been the voice of music!
