The one comfort an Orioles fan can take out of the season is...umm...Guthrie didn't completely suck. That's it, that's all the good news out of the season. Aubrey Huff decided to hit the ball, of course I think it's a contract year so that explains that. But otherwise, it was a miserable season. Cabrera was erratic as usual, Adam Jones didn't show speed or pop in his bat although that's too early to tell if he'll be solid, Adam Loewen got injured and has become an outfielder (oy), and the bullpen would have struggled to stop the Little League World Series champions. About the only other positive that can be said is, at least they won't lose 100 games. Hopefully Mark Tex meant what he said years ago about wanting to be an Oriole, which would give them a big bat in a line-up that desperately needs one. Of course they also need starting pitching, relief pitching, a shortstop, a catcher and a third basemen since I don't see Mora lasting the meetings. I'm still hopeful for something out of the outfield and Wieters in the future, but the pitching STILL looks questionable as ever with half the pitchers arms imploding (as expected). 2009 is going to be another long one for the refuse to spend-refuse to scout someone who won't disintegrate Orioles.

Joe Flacco just turned into Michael Vick and ran for a 38 yard touchdown on a busted play. Granted, it was against the Bengals defense but still, nice run. He's threw a pair of blocks on a Clayton end around run too. Hasn't looked too shabby, his completion numbers won't look good in the stat sheet but so far it's looked mostly like timing. Him and Matt Ryan have looked solid.

Alright, I get Flacco vs Mr Cinco. Of course FOX is once again sticking me with Dallas when I'd rather be watching Carolina vs San Diego.

Yeah, the NFL can't do anything. Someone should ask the state of Florida what the hell they were thinking approving it then because they started this mess. Anyone remember when Chad first showed up and he was the guy studying film and just wanting to win? Now about three or four years later, he's the guy who has gone completely nuts changing his name to his number.

I've having my doubts she is cut out to be a human being at this point. She acts like she doesn't give a damn 100%, it's depressing. Grandparents aren't to blame, she STILL could have given the child up but she decides to kill her and pull this "IT WAS THE BABYSITTER WHO I DON'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON!" bullshit. Her parents though are fucked in the head so I see where she gets it from. And the claims of they have seen her alive.....ok, looking at the pictures, I think I saw her six times at Wal-Mart. The little girl really isn't that unique looking so people are seeing her everywhere because she looks like almost every little girl out there.

I wasn't even trying to catch it, damn thing just fell into his hands. At least now I know a better way to get an onside kick, just pop it off the bar and let them catch it. Of course I'm 4 for 4 on onsides so it's working nicely for now. Only other glitch I've encountered is I cannot call time out under 10 seconds left in the game no matter how many time outs I have. It just refuses to let them be used. It's actually kinda crap and nearly cost me an upset win over Florida in the swamp. That glitch and the stumbling players is pissing me off. I have to go wireless and fix that shit.

Yo. I need another episode to decide what I fully think of it. It has great potential and the pilot was solid enough. I just always want to see how a show goes after episode one. I could see myself watching it full time. As for me: Stargate Atlantis, Criminal Minds, NCIS, The Unit (it's getting the Shark treatment though, damn!), The Shield, Sons of Anarchy, The Closer, Ghost Hunters (even though it sucks now), Destination Truth, House, Supernatural (off and on), Fringe, Bones, The Cleaner, Rescue Me, Heroes (on G4), Dollhouse (midseason) and 24. I think that's it for now. I'll watch Big Bang Theory off and on.

I got an odd PS3 glitch last night. In my Hawaii-Washington St game, I was leading by 3 TDS when the Cougars scored one. I didn't think nothing of it cause I knew I had the onside kick locked up. Anyway their kicked bounced one off the upright and no good, my player in the end zone caught it and the play ended right then. Then came the glitch... I had to KICK OFF the ball AND the game gave them 2 points. It registered the play as a SAFETY against me. I was pissed and confused. It didn't end up costing me the game cause my defense made one hell of a 4th and 1 stand but my god, that is a glitch I cannot believe happened. Additionally, does anyone else have a stumbling players problem? It seems like my guys on defense and special teams can't make any kind of cuts without stumbling over their feet and screwing up my sure tackles.

I think this will all lead to Dixie taking a more active role in negotiations and it seems most of the wrestlers within think highly of her. That could be an incredible plus for the future of TNA. Kim deserves a raise and should easily be given an offer that makes her more than comfortable to stay. The lady wants to stay, I'm sure the fans want her to stay, and bringing her back with a raise would be a great will sign to the rest of the females. The negative for Gail is this...if she walks away from the WWE's offer, I almost bet they will NEVER offer her another deal like it. They will low ball the hell out of her and make her pay with jobs.

Yes, the show is very outstanding and any show with Grace Park in various states of showing off her body gets an additional 5 points. I think it's in trouble though now that the final season of THE SHIELD has started up. Plenty of repeats but the main start time is going to get slaughtered.

I really find it odd how during the Delaware game that the announcers were making a big deal about how was UD going to overcome the loss of Flacco but ignored the loss of Omar Cuff. As great as Flacco was, Cuff was just as if not more important to the offense and it showed. It was a good stand against an ACC team but that offense has to play a helluva lot better than what I saw. Course if Delaware has another good season, I don't expect the coach to stick around for another one.

I don't know why, but I think the phrases "GIT ER DONE!", "Not guilty your honor", "Career? The only career you'll be having is being in der cookin my dinner!" and "I didn't hit her, the bitch slipped and fell into my hand" are all in the future of this fine young man.

I just don't see how Vic gets away. I just don't. They are setting him up for such a huge ending though that I could almost see him getting gunned down by someone not even major, just some random thug pops him. I'm looking forward to this and tomorrow night's Sons of Anarchy premiere. Hellboy in a series as a biker? I'm there.

After looking at the youngest, I'm almost sure when she walks into a room that the music from THE OMEN starts playing. That is one evil look on that kid. It's the perfect Republican family and honestly it's still kinda cool to know a woman will be represented in this race. Doesn't make me want to vote for John "Pussy" McCain, but still it's going to be a fun election.

More like kudos to the Phillies bullpen. I'm thankful so far this Cubs team can hit mistake pitches. Cause the Phillies throw a lot of mistake pitches up there in two games. Two big late inning wins though, that's a good sign.

I've actually read people asking the serious question on whether or not they might expect tanks in Florida. Yeah, the American educational system is really benefiting from doing nothing but preparing kids for the standardize tests. Yes kids, Russia declared war on the state of Georgia. They were pissed about the peaches, Atlanta Braves baseball and of course the Atlanta Hawks mishandling of their young basketball team. Who could blame them really? If the US wasn't going to handle it then Russia clearly had to invade the United States and attack Georgia. And shouldn't this be getting more coverage than it is? Christ, Paris Hilton getting arrested got more attention from the media.
