  1. There's Palestinian TV? Yes, it's a lot like MAD TV and SNL....only it's funny.
  2. Awww, she might have to move. How horrible for her. Least her kids won't have to suffer abuse in school from their mom suing two kids who brought the family cookies. Just don't move to Delaware, we don't want the Young family.
  3. That sounds like something that could lead to Hall vs Nash for the NWA WORLD TITLE.... That thought makes me want to cry.

    Title for Bond 21 announced

My fingers are crossed for Chris Rock or DMX. And yes, I'm serious. Time to bring to an end this "James Bond is white" stereotype. That's stupid. The point is that the character is a British detective, and to make it accurate, they only use British actors. If you've got a black British actor to play the role and they play it straight, then fine. But if Chris Rock or DMX played James Bond, I would never watch the movie, ever. Don Cheadle can do a british accent Don Cheadle as Bond would get me in the theater. You get an Oscar nominated actor and switches up the series a little bit. And someone mentioned Dougray Scott...where the hell did he go anyway?

    Batman Begins superbowl commercial

I still think the car looks stupid but I'm not in this for the vehicle. Overall, the casting is what got me excited about this project and that is what holds my attention. Suit looks like Batman, the trailer looked reasonable enough and it wasn't the suckfest of Star Wars 3. On the must see list.

    Dynasty?

By that definition, there has never been a dynasty in the NFL in the Super Bowl era. You are NOT going to see a team win four straight Super Bowls EVER. It's just never going to happen. Listing NBA, NHL and MLB dynasties in the same breath with the NFL is just pointless. In terms of the NFL use of dynasty, the Patriots are one. The Niners of the 80's were one. The Cowboys of the 90's proved they are one. The Steelers of the 70's and of course I'll give it up for the Packers of the 60's. Compared to other sports, the NFL has never had a dynasty in the Super Bowl era.

Christy Hemme to pose for Playboy

Least she'd look female and not like she was CGI'ed. I now just seriously read Playboy for the articles...and that is a damn shame. Hell, the WWE photos are more racy than some of what Playboy does.

Christy Hemme to pose for Playboy

I'm with you. Wow, airbrushed Playboy! Call me when she appears in a magazine that doesn't make every female photoshoot look like it's photomanips.

Weekend Boxoffice Report Feb 4-6, 2005

Hitch looks like it might be a good first date movie, looks like it might be funny, romantic and you can never go wrong with Will Smith. Maybe In Good Company but I'm not 100% sure about that one.

Who are the best corners available in the draft and do you think Green Bay takes a shot at Ty Law?

The best coach of all time

If they shore up that secondary then they have a chance. Still, I'll be happy so long as they win the AFC East. Didn't mean it wasn't possible, but it's asking a lot of any coach. Three in four was difficult enough.

The best coach of all time

A third straight Super Bowl? Come on...that is asking way too damn much. 3 Super Bowls in 4 years should be more than enough to get him mentioned. Not to mention 9-1 in the playoffs and undefeated in the Playoffs as the head coach of the New England Patriots.

    The NFL Offseason/Pre-Draft Thread

Farve and the Packers would be fine if the real Ahman Green would please stand up. He fumbles too much and a crippled ground game just forces Farve into bad situations where he is trying to do way too much. Forcing throws, bad decisions cause he's thinking big play. Fix that defensive secondary up and figure out what the hell is wrong with Green then Green Bay will be fine. He gets good yardage but his fumbles come at the worse times and he doesn't break the tackles he used to break. Perhaps Green Bay looks for another running back in the second or third round in case Green continues to have problems?

    Dynasty?

Um. I didn't say it made sense. I said they would be right that not everyone in the league respects them. Notice how McNabb and many others were extremely respectful and then Mitchell says something incredibly stupid and suddenly the Patriots feel disrespected? It's so simple, just shut up and they don't feel disrespected.

    Dynasty?

You know the way a team can beat the Patriots before gameday? DON'T TALK! Shut your mouth and just do your talking on the field. Look at the playoffs: Indy, kicker talks. Pittsburgh, Burress I think it was talked which wouldn't be a shock Eagles, Mitchell talked. Don't disrespect them cause THAT is where they feel the "No Respect" tag from, and they are right. The critics and fans may give it to them but until every player in the league does, the Patriots can and will always say no one respects us.

    SuperBowl XXXIX Eagles vs. Pats

McNabb was upset cause he knew at the end of the day, he was going to hear "McNabb choked in the Super Bowl" when the reality is he didn't. He didn't even come CLOSE to choking. Donovan McNabb did everything he could but his arm was worn out and the playcalling from the sideline was making it worse. In the two playoff games before this one, McNabb threw a COMBINED 53 passes. And we'll see how good Culpepper is without Moss. Brady seems like he finally found his primetime receiver but before that he was doing it with a cast of "Who?" players. It'd go Brady, McNabb, Pennington, Manning, Culpepper. I'm much more impressed by guys who were getting it done without big play receivers than I am guys like Manning and Culpepper. And McNabb got the Eagles to the NFC title game on his own for three seasons with no wide receiving core so he is definately #2.

Do you have a problem with what

They don't receive the same benefits under civil unions. His point being he'd be for that. Me? I don't care. Married, fine whatever. Civil Union, fine whatever. Just tired of hearing "God", "The bible", and stuff like that as the only reason they shouldn't be allowed to be married. If someone has reasons beyond God and the bible for why they don't want gays married, I'd love to hear them. Hell, I'd even have much more respect for people who have reasons instead of a book not everyone on the planet worships or gets married too.
  19. I have none either, but we gotta try something. We can't just bomb them to hell when they are finally starting to show SOME signs they might wake up. And some is a hell of a lot better than the zero they gave us before. Gullible? Probably, but no one would agree we should rush in and attack them. Cept Mike who I think wanted us to unleash Israel on them.

    Dynasty?

I go by Super Bowl era. In the Super Bowl era, rather the Packers like it or not they have three and are even with the Patriots and Cowboys. In the Super Bowl era, number 1 is the San Fran with five Super Bowls. And for those saying how "dominate" the Niners were...they won one Super Bowl in the 80's by more than five points. Before the Super Bowl era, there is no question the Packers control the league. In the Super Bowl era, they aren't the top of the heap.

The best coach of all time

Vince is #1, no question about it. In the Super Bowl era though, he is behind a lot of guys.
  22. 2GOLD

    Dynasty?

Yeah, going 21-0 and winning three Super Bowls in four years pretty much nails their case. And saying they must win next season...three Super Bowl wins in a row doesn't make you a dynasty, it would make you the greatest franchise in the history of the NFL. Nevermind, I missed 1985. But how the Niners are a better dynasty of the 80's than the Patriots are of the 90's is confusing.
  23. I think it's more we are trying to get SOME goodwill going and about the only thing that seems to appease some is aid. Not weapons, we REALLY never need to do something as stupid as that again. Our "Weapons instead of aid" idea of fixing the Middle East really didn't work very well in the 80's....ok, it didn't work at all. Worth a shot to give them a chance and show some faith in them.

    SuperBowl XXXIX Eagles vs. Pats

If Brady had been quarterbacking the Eagles, the Eagles would have still lost. The only game Brady didn't have even the HINT of a running game, he threw two touchdowns with two interceptions on 43 passes with just 273 yards. You can blame McNabb till the cows come home, but when ANY quarterback is forced to do everything they will start overthrowing and forcing balls to try and make things happen. And to think Brady would have dismantled the Patriots defense is also insane. Very few quarterbacks in the NFL survive without a running game. McNabb was getting blitzed all night and had no ground attack to offset it.

    Dynasty?

In terms of NFL dynasty, I'd have to say the Patriots are still behind the Steel Curtain and would need at least one more in the next two years to even tie them. I think they are even with the 49ers since the Niners have been placed into a situation where they had to win a close Super Bowl. Hell, with a comeback no less. Maybe the Niners still hold the slight edge, but not by much. Ahead of the Cowboys but not by much. And Skip Bayless is a moron. When players from the greatest dynasties are a) calling the Patriots a dynasty equal to their teams (Bradshaw) and b) better than their dynasty teams (Jimmy Johnson and Troy Aikman) then I don't buy it. Skip Bayless is ahead of Stephen A Smith in the "please be quiet" department. When has Skip said one intelligient thing about ANY sport?
