Cause the onside kick recovery, much like any fumble recovery is meant to be a big pile on. That's what makes it exciting and fun. Without it, it's just another boring kick-off play.

In case you didn't know. PEYTON MANNING NEEDS TWO TOUCHDOWNS TO TIE THE RECORD!!!!
-
And every Cub fan in Chicago. You don't have to be smart to predict a Cubs choke. The Cubs have turned choking into an artform. Back on topic, Colts punting for the fifth straight time. Kind of shocking to see them shackled in the dome.

He's milking it for ratings. What would be better than the record tying touchdown pass coming midway through the 4th after the Ravens had jumped ahead by 16 points with a stunning third quarter surge? Then the record breaker comes with no time left, just over the head of Ray Lewis for the game winner.

Wow, Jay Mariotti was right. Blitz the Colts and they play like confused children.

I'm more impressed with the fact he held onto the football for the catch. That is damn amazing after getting clotheslined. Darius is going to get fined back to the stone age for that.
-
HOLY..... How the hell did he hang onto the ball?
-
Am I the only one who liked that? No, I know a ton of people who love it, including myself. Agreed. I don't think any of us paid money to see it though. Chevy was killed by "Cops and Robbersons" and he wasn't helped by the beyond horrible "Vegas Vacation".

They would actually be 7-7 if they lose today. I went to public school, adding isn't good. I think I meant if they win.....yeah, yeah that's the ticket.

Denver is falling to 8-6 Buffalo is moving to 8-6 If the Ravens lose, they'll be 8-6 If the Jags lose, they'll be 8-6 Only one of those teams can get into the playoffs. The Jets will move to 10-4 and more than likely are a lock for the playoffs.

Looks more entertaining than "The Phantom Menace"

And Duce Staley

Todd Pinkston couldn't catch a cold sitting naked in the snow. Eagles without Owens are really really REALLY bad. Owens just has an ankle sprain, he'll be back. Possibly a high ankle sprain though.
-
I think he was actually. No, he wasn't...my bad.
-
T.O just limped to the locker room with a possible knee injury. Could be bad news for the Eagles.

I was about five million short. And I see the WWE Promotion Curse is still in full effect. I swear, the WWE is the death nail of box office numbers when they promote a film. And 9 million for Spanglish? God.

Vinny to Key, touchdown Cowboys 7-6 Dallas 3:22 2nd

Makes sense. The entire 2004 was based around him, either re-electing him or beating him. No one else really stood out this year as deserving it.

No matter what they do, the Chargers will always be the same old Chargers on draft day. This is the same team that used a high round pick on a fullback once. They didn't need a quarterback, they needed wide outs and defense.

Even if the Bills make the playoffs, they would be heading to Indy for a date in the dome. If they made it and were going to San Diego, MAYBE I give them a shot to win. A date in the dome? No chance. Blocked punt, touchdown Buffalo. 14-7 Bills now.

Big Ben is in an offense very much based around the run. His job is simple: Don't turn over the ball, make the high percentage throws. Manning is on an offense rebuilding from the ground up, with no line and no receivers. Obviously, this isn't a knock on Big Ben but he is in the perfect offense for a rookie quarterback. He's not asked to throw over 200 yards a game, if he does that's great but it's not his job. He has had troubles at time when constantly blitzed and flushed out of the pocket. Lots of his passes in those situations have been "threw em ups" with a core of wide outs who can go get them. But Ben has won some games with his arm when asked and he has shown great maturity. Manning has had one good game and lots of bad games. His throws still are not pinpoint or even close to pinpoint but they are coming around. He doesn't work well in a slow down offense but he works much better in the hurry up and throw offense the Giants seem to be getting ready to establish. So who would I have drafted if I was the Giants? Manning still. The Giants did not have the kind of offensive line needed to establish a slow punch em in the mouth running game which has allowed Big Ben to develop so well. Ask this question in two or three seasons but right now, there is nothing that leads me the believe that Big Ben would have the Giants in any better position than they are.

Man, that is just bad news for USC. Just when it finally looked like they had a coach, they now have no coach whatsoever. Just utter bad news for them.

Give it an hour, they'll be calling him the second coming of Jesus and wearing pigs blood to worship him. ESPN just LOVES Michael Vick.

Come on Bored, don't be so down. You acquired Keith Ginter from the Brewers so the future is getting bright for you! And he only cost you two prospects. I seriously think the A's are going to call Mitchell Freidmen and get Jack Morris on the phone to be Harris.

What movies will you be going to see in 2005?

Hey, I like Joss as a tv writer. And I enjoyed "Firefly" when I remembered it was on. But I'm not crazy. The movie has no drawing power other than Joss Whedon. It might do averag, but it's not reaching high blockbuster numbers. I'm still in awe the fans of the show and the fans of Joss truly believe it. Hell, Joss himself has said it's mostly a thank you to his cast.
