Lee was interesting. He wasn't a fan of slavery, however he was very firm in his believe that bringing people from Africa to the USA wasn't a bad thing when it first happened. He wanted equal and better treatment and really had no stance on slavery. He didn't like it but he also didn't feel the government had the right to tell people not to do it if their state said it was ok. However by fighting for the south, he was labeled a racist and many of the things he did after to further civil rights went unnoticed.

Robert E. Lee General in many wars before the Civil War, was one of the early voices urging for his southern soldiers and those in the South to be humble and try to bring the country back together, ended up penniless before becoming President of Washington college. Lost his American citizenship because of his role in the war, didn't became an American Citizen again until 1970 when it was restored by Gerald Ford. Despite many thinking Lee was the leader of a racist rebellion, he wasn't any of the such and could be considered one of the early pioneers of civil rights for his role in a Virigina church. Ok...rip me apart.

My gf doesn't like widescreen. She just likes the whole screen filled up, very much like my parents. She doesn't know why, but she is not a fan of widescreen. So I had to buy SHREK 2 in fullscreen and deal with the guy at the counter go, "umm...are you aware this is fullscreen?" To which point I had to lower my head in shame and meakly say, "yes, yes I am." The things I do for love I swear.

Bout what I expected it to be. Sorry, but I had no hope for this special when the lady running it was like, "oh they were falsely convicted of a hate crime" and "oh, it was just a mugging and people lied". Sorry, but come on. Even if it's not a hate crime, it's a very brutal and sadistic killing. Leaving someone tied to a fence after beating them is just sick, I don't care if the victim was gay or straight. If it took a hate crime to give them the time they deserved then I'm fine with it.

After what I just saw in this Texas-Texas A&M game, I am now convinced that the Kansas coach's complaints may hold water. So Texas kicks the ball into their own offensive line, which KILLS THE DAMN BALL, but TAM is penalized for grabbing a dead ball? Ok, sure thing BCS.

Or he finds a way to reverse the Cradle Shock at Turning Point back into the Destroyer for the win.

I'd say education was important, but there is no reason people shouldn't know about HIV/AIDS in this country anymore. I think one of the major issues is HIV/AIDS is now falling into that "people who drive drunk cause they don't think they will ever crash" catergory of American thought. People know they might get it but they don't think they will so they don't care. I don't think we can do anything else on a national level. You are going to have some people who just don't care. They aren't going to care about catching it until they actually do. We can educate for the rest of time and you will still have people who think, "pfft, I'll never get it." As for the rest of the world...I have no idea. I really don't. We can't give them free drugs to handle the problem, we can't educate them on the drug since we'd have to start from the ground of education just to teach some (keyword) what the hell we are even talking about. Short of finding a cure, which will never happen since apparently the strain keeps evolving on us, I don't think we can do anything about it.

I want him to be replaced by a super intellgient cyborg named Krinkles2000 that talks like Richard Simmons but will kill all that tell it that it sounds like Richard Simmons. Um, do you know of anyone who knows how to hack? Not at the moment. But they are easy to find I'd imagine. Keep in mind if you do this, I clearly state now I was only joking and do not condone such actions. They are meant as parody and nothing more. ...but I'd do it.

Hack into his accounts. Go into a chat room about fighting for civil rights or something along those lines. Say negative racist things to everyone in the chat and dare them to come get you (him, you get the idea). Give address and name, add more racist comments, laugh at them and say something like MLK deserved to get shot. Enjoy anarchy. Course, that is a very long process. I'm not good with short term pain. But this is all I could think of on the fly and would never condone such actions to be committed. Never at all. Nope.

I've been tempted to pop them but never steal them. Popping them would be more fun. Especially the Snowman, it'll look like it's melting.
