I hate commercials for Sonic Not because they are bad, but because the food looks so god damn good and they STILL haven't bothered to build one near me! It's like waving a carrot in front of a starving bunny. Bastards make me hungry for their food and I'd have to drive to West VA to GET IT.

The problem with this situation is what K pointed out. Some of these injured enemy have been loaded with explosives and ready to go out with a bang. He had already lost a member of his unit to such a situation. The main trouble here is according to the rules, he is guilty. But the other issue is we have no way of knowing if the dead man was further armed with an explosive devices cause it doesn't take much energy to push a button and blow yourself up. Stll, the flip side is if the man was unarmed and no explosives present then the soldier must be court martialed. The courts of the military need to handle this one, not the public. Right now, I can't make an opinion. I don't agree with shooting an unarmed man in a time of war but I don't have the full story here on whether said man was completely unarmed. If he was, no excuse and the soldier must be tried.

Yes. If the company survives, yes there will be a DVD of their first major 3 hr PPV. Two and a half years and people are still saying that...no offense, but it's kinda getting old. Considering ECW was alive for five years and TNA is still being held up by Panda, I'm going to keep saying it. Until they get paid to be on TV and can start making money with some touring house shows, they are playing with major fire. They are getting closer, but still not time to celebrate just yet. I do hope they make it, I enjoy most of TNA.

Have they removed the bonus points in the computer polls for beating a top five opponent? I'm pretty sure they have but I'll be damned if I'm going to look through that BCS explanation book EVER again. Cause if they haven't, and Texas falls out of the Top 5...then yes, it will hurt OU. If the bonus points are gone, then it won't matter.

No. Peyton is in a pass happy system with speedy wide outs who can catch with an average to above average line. Eli will be on a team that currently has no real wide outs, an offensive line led by a guy who graduated from my high school of Sussex Central in Delaware, and no signs of consistent improvement under a coach who doesn't make the greatest of draft choices. Peyton is just going to be too far ahead and I've said it before and I'll say it again. One of the Manning boys is not going to be good in the NFL and Peyton has already proven he is good.

Nothing holds back insurgents like NBA Jam: Tournament Edition. Boom shaka laka! Dammit...I don't know if it's wrong to make this joke....can't resist. Gives HE'S ON FIRE a whole new meaning. CRAP! No will power.

Which better not happen. No way should USC not be in the title game. I've been just as impressed with them as I have been with Auburn. No matter what, someone is getting screwed and this year it looks like Auburn has been nominated.
-
I don't see it happening either. Auburn just had way too much ground to gain. Is is possible? Very, but I don't see it. OU would have to suffer a drop in the computer polls and I can't see that happening unless Texas loses. A loss by Texas could hurt OU in the computer polls. Auburn just cannot make up enough ground in the human polls to pass them.

Traitors to the country. Not "traitors" to the politicians. Giving the enemy intel is a crime, being a left/right winger with a government job is normal, as far as DC goes. Where was the outrage in 1994 when this happened? -=Mike That doesn't make it okay now. I think Mike is pointing out the hypocrisy in this. Obviously, it is not ok but you have some (keyword: some) right now who are using this as proof of the evils of the Bush adminstration. Completely ignoring that the opposing party did it during the adminstration of one of the best Democratic Presidents ever is a little hypocritical. Ok but I would hardly classify one article on this as "Outrage" I don't see this story on the nightly news, and being covered 24/7. It was one article that was posted here on the messageboard, doesn't sound much like Outrage to me. So in 1994, I am willing to bet you could dig up an article on Clinton firing CIA members. Actually, I went to a few other little democratic boards to see if they reacted. Some REALLY overreacted and said this is the first step in the Nazi Bush regime. Course, the extremist react to anything which is why I said some. Not all, most realize this is a dual problem or a non-issue.

Fair enough. At least we agree that abortion is not a form of birth control. I respect women's rights, and that's why I think abortion should remain legal, albeit in a limited capacity. Agreed. They really need to set a limit on abortions, unless circumstances arise such as rape, incest, etc. I really dislike the females who get more than two, treating it like a birth control pull. They are the ones who are making the mess.

Then this is the fault of the state and not some grand scheme to rig an election. Lack of voting machines is not a sign of a rigged election, it's a sign of a shortage somewhere. Now if the Republicans invented the machine and were in complete control of disturbuting all machines, then I'd raise an eyebrow since I'd be wondering why the Democrats would have given them so much control. I've never understood why voting machines aren't in place for inspection by both parties days before an election anyway I will never know. Plus, iirc, there were some voting machine shortages in other states in heavy Republican counties but I'm not hearing a big fuss being raised about that. This is more a disturbution problem, not a rigged election problem.

Oh come the fuck on. If you are stupid enough to have bought that, you were better off not voting anyway. I mean, wow, that is just sad. Either the Republicans are really really stupid with cheating, which I doubt because they are the crafty evil party that made shadow games an artform, or these are some of the stupidest accusations I have ever read. Sorry, the Republicans are too damn evil not to be clever about cheating. That doesn't make it okay. I'm saying I don't believe it. At all. It sounds more like someone playing a college prank than trying to rig an election. Cause no one with a working brain would truly believe they were supposed to vote AFTER election day. No one. You could head into the hills of West Virginia and Georiga, find the dumbest redneck family in the woods and even they wouldn't believe that. Is it possible the Republicans cheated? Course, anything is possible. Course it is also possible the Democrats cheated considering the climate we were faced with. Until I see actual hard evidence, and I mean hard evidence and not some bs about a notice claiming Democrats should "vote tomorrow" then I won't believe a word of it. Personally, I think both sides committed election fraud but I can't prove it.

Well, I don't agree with it but apparently it is standard to remove people from certain organizations. If Clinton did it, I can't really yell and scream about Bush doing it. Seems standard now. Doesn't make it right, but no big right wing move of evil here.

How about the truth: That Bush is a monster personally responsible for over the deaths of over a thousand plus American soldier as well as one who doesn't give a fuck about avenging the deaths of those who died in the 911 attacks? My prediction: If it's out before 2006, the Republicans will increase majorities in the Congress. Also, you will make more psychotic points about things you aren't all that familiar with. Nobody actually takes him seriously and many find him rather detestable. -=Mike ...I also expect a cottage industry of debunking everything will pop up, as F 9/11 was one of the more debunked movies in recent history... That's not true Mike. Some people do take him seriously. And that is the fucking scary part. I still want to know if Mikey went to Cub Scouts with Bush or something. Cause there is some psychotic obsession going on with Moore.

I didn't like the US theater cut. I liked it better when I saw the British screener instead of the cut I saw in the movies. It was still great, but the original cut is so much better. Like the "I never said she was a failed actoress" line is much better when you can see Simon's face as he says it and not hearing it off in the distance. That is one of the best lines in the film.

Why does this all sound eerily similar to Fitzwallace on West Wing?

The ones who leaked information? Yes, remove them. There is no excuse for leaking information out of the CIA and they are a secruity risk. Eliminating them because they are disloyal? No, they shouldn't have to like the man in command. That would just be low to dismiss people just because they don't like you. Now if disloyal means they question the actions and refuse to do them even when they are the best course of action, then by all means remove said individuals. To just remove them because they don't like you though is just moronic and not the way the government should be operating.

I gotta disagree. I'd vote those horrible Cherry Pepto commercials with those damn people doing that stupid dance. That commercial just annoys the hell out of me for some reason.

It's in the interest of peace and more than likely his final act.

Actually, the military is now requesting you do not send things to just "Any soldier". They want you to send to a specific soldier and immediately family only since they cannot handle the load of mail to "any soldier". It's a damn shame but there is nothing the military can do. You CAN however work with your local Red Cross to send packages to soldiers. But the military cannot handle it anymore.

It does when the coach doesn't like you. And Butch Davis doesn't like Garcia.
