The Giants defense looks lost in La Mancha
-
Minnesota is getting dogged defensively right now. Vinny has over 100 yards passing! Cowboys committed a dumb penalty that may save the Vikings D.
-
Touchdown Giants! Three yard touchdown run by Ron....Dayne? Wow, I didn't know he was still in the league.
-
And what has Jeff Blake done to NOT distinguish that? I'm just saying they're two very similar quarterbacks. They throw the deep ball very well (and seems that's ALL they can do), can't win unelss they've got a good running game behind them, and are terribly average. Boller can't even win with a running game. Blake did pretty well in Cincy for a little bit but injuries and poor coaching did him in for good. He's not great but he's much better than Kyle Boller. Crap, at least Blake can complete SOME short passes. And Blake won a few games with his arm while Boller is just being begged not to lose anymore with his arm.
-
I don't see how you can place the full blame on the defense. The offense committed three turnovers plus they committed two stupid 15 yard penalties. The defense forced two turnovers and the offense got a grand total of 7 points.
-
Four turnovers tends to do that.
-
Problem with that, is they don't have any receivers truly capable of going down the field to take advantage of that. Kyle Boller is going to end up being the new Jeff Blake. Never better than an 8-8 quarterback, and is just good at throwing the long ball. Hey! How could you!?!? What did poor Jeff Blake do to you to get grouped in with Kyle Boller?

The Cowboys have an offense?

More stats: Steelers 24 Raiders 21 Oakland: Rich Gannon: 20-37 , 305 yards, 2 TDs and 2 INTs Gabriel: 3 catches for 81 yards with TD and fumble Steelers: Tommy Maddox: 13-22, 144 yards Duece Staley: 23 carries for 91 yards Jerome Bettis: 5 carries for 1 yard with 3 TDs (how cheap is that??) Hines Ward: 7 catches for 101 yards Are there any games anyone cares to know about? Or any player in general?
-
Stats from Bills-Jags Bills: Drew Bledsoe: 17-26, 155 yards, TD Travis Henry: 23 carries, 77 yards Eric Moulds: 8 catches, 77 yards, TD and TWO fumbles Jags: Bryon Leftwich: 18-36, 147 yards, TD, 2 INTs Fred Taylor: 17 carries, 58 yards Jimmy Smith: 4 catches for 83 yards For those of you who care about stats
-
Some final stats from the Ravens-Browns game: Baltimore: Kyle "what uniform do I throw too?" Boller: 22-38, 191 yards, 2 Ints Jamal Lewis: 20 carries, 58 yards Todd Heap: 9 catches for 86 yards Browns: Jeff Garcia: 15-24, 180 yards, One passing TD, One rushing TD William Green: 22 carries for 65 yards
-
Touchdown JAGS! DAMN! Leftwich to Wilford, goodnight in Buffalo. Eric Moulds with two fumbles and the Bills lose with no time left on the clock.
-
Or as Ravens fans call him, "the massive degree of suck".
-
The Bills are trying to lose to Leftwich. Give up a 45 yard play on 4th and 14? Damn.
-
You kidding? They probably have four feature stories, an ESPN Sportscenter Sunday conversation, and proof that this loss could have been prevented if Deion started at corner. Boeller just got picked again. Wow. It's time for THE SAVOIR to come in. Kordell, suit up!
-
Garcia, TD run. Goodnight Ravens. Unless Kyle Boeller can throw three TD....hahahahahaha...I'm sorry, I almost said that with a straight face. Also, Drew Brees has ANSWERED big time. 207 yards with 2 TDs and San Diego leads 27-20. David Carr has been picked off twice by the Chargers defense.
-
Meanwhile, the Bengals forgot to play defense. Of course, Palmer does get picked off so he'll take complete blame for the loss. However: Curtis Martin: 26 carries 180 yards with a touchdown Chad Pennington: 20-28 233 yards, 2 touchdowns 0 INTs Carson Palmer: 18-27, 250 yards, 2 TDs 1 INT Don't blame Palmer, blame the total lack of a Bengals defense.
-
He probably can't throw for shit from his knees. -=Mike No, Redman's problem was he couldn't throw the ball period. The best throw he ever made he made with one of his shoes off. He should have went out there without a helmet and shoes, he might have been awesome. Boeller fumbles, Browns have it and the Ravens offense is dreadful.
-
Yes, that Terry Shea. Former Chiefs QB coach as well.
-
Are you sure it's the just the receivers that suck? Or is it also Grossman playing terrible? Who's Chicago's OC now? Terry Shea.
-
Drew Brees is lost as lost can be right now and the Chargers are struggling cause of it. Meanwhile Tommy Maddox is having trouble hitting his receivers right now. The point? I don't know how long either of them will be in. Maddox will probably be in longer than Brees at this point.
-
And break the jaw of your lead actor with it. Bless Sam, only he would come up with camera techniques that threaten his actors in favor of a better shot in a movie. Did anyone else get the Mortal Kombat vibe in the near to final scene?
-
Good thing they didn't air it. It sounds and looks like it was the worse played game in a very long time.
-
Season isn't over and I'm not counting them dead just yet.
-
The movie feels like it is three hours long and not in a good way. It's filled with action that is so mindless that I was shaking my head at how stupid it was. Not to mention Anderson apparently has plans to make MK3 with one "special" scene near the end. Is it good? No, no it's not. Is it bad? Not really, other than the non-existant plot. It's just kinda there. It's probably less than part 1 since there is way too much of an attempt at comedy and the horror element is basically scrapped. It still tries to get you with the shock scenes but it's beyond obvious where the scenes are. If you want horror, wait. If you want comedy, wait for Shaun of the Dead. If you want mindless action that makes you just stare at the screen at the absurdity of it all, then go see RE2.
