Woody Paige is a god. That is all there is to say. Without Woody Paige, ATH would have been cancelled during the Kellerman days and damn sure would be cancelled with nothing but Reverend Bill on all the time. And Skip Bayless needs to be slugged for being an arrogant know it all like that dickweed that writes for Sports Illustrated in the back of the magazine. Whatever the hell his name is.

Are we all just assuming Brock sucks? If he picks up the game fast, with his size and speed and durability then he could easily make third team defense. If he learns quickly, the Vikings might have a defensive steal with great raw skill.

You don't want to know. If you know, you'll never touch the stuff. I know, but I already loved the taste so I don't care if it was made from human.

Indeed. Frankly, for the amount of scratch that's being extorted from him, he should have the right to ram it up the 19th hole without lubrication. Sounds like she already did that to him. All I can think about is "Every Sperm is sacred" now.

At my house, you weren't invited. Oh and whenever the special day was....well, happy one.

Buncha cowards. Eat the meal, do your damn exercising and quit this "it'll kill you" since that meal is nothing compared to some of the breakfasts I was cooked as a kid. Try eating four pieces of bacon, two pieces of scrapple, three sausages, three pancakes, and a hash brown and then you can complain about this pee-wee of a meal. This isn't anything, thing wouldn't even qualify as a snack to old school farmer families.

Sabu vs Jeff Hardy would draw the "over the top spots" fans since neither one of them can work a decent match that doesn't involve a ladder or table. Not a money match, but it seems like it would work for something. Raven vs Jarrett was a money match but TNA blew that one badly, but so did Raven from what I remember of the situation. Right now, I don't think they have any. Jeff Hardy should NEVER be considered for a "big money match" cause he's just not proven he is reliable as of yet. Maybe in a year or two if he hasn't decided to go back to his band and his "statues".

Maybe it cleaned up on DVD/video? Plus, there is no way that movie cost a lot to make so 27 million was probably a hit for it. Yes, the budget was only 13 million so it doubled up and a sequel should have been expected.

You should never trust my judgement. I grew up on smashing the buttons of Tecmo Super Bowl as I watched Bo Jackson torch my ass. I actually love this game compared to Madden. Madden was just horrible as a defensive game while in this one I've had defensive struggles AND offensive wars. Course, I am Arizona and I'm 7-1 but that is thanks to my defense grabbing big picks and Neil Rackers nailing his FGs with ease. Plus NE is the only "real" opponent I think I faced and they crushed me into a fine powder.

Man, that very much sucks. Hope he gets better.

I'm not pushing hard at all and not having any problems. As for the trades, they have made sense. It's mostly trading guys they know they can't resign to teams making a playoff push for players they can use but have no reason to want to resign. The game is very much cap aware of the situations which I like.

You want to waste a pick on CHRIS BERMAN just to hurt him? You know how insane that is? I admire that.

Good luck, I hate that feature cause they are the most annoying people when they talk. But for those playing franchise, remember the prep mode is just week to week and not for the whole season. At least as far as I can tell. If you keep working them then yes, they might so minor improved but nothing that sticks around.

Ok, Nik is becoming cruel, sadistic and a monster. I like him already. Although aren't we crossing a small line now? -
No wonder, those damn celebs have freakin SUPER TEAMS. It's not even fair. If I had my regular season Cards with a week of prep, I'd kick their ass. I haven't lost since NE handed me my head, my ass and my heart.

Why are you spending time with your punter? He's a kicker, you get him some time on the field then he's fine. Same goes for your kicker, one workout week and he's good for the season as long as he's not missing (trust me, plus if you are NE then why are you bothering??). Also, for the love of god why are some of you using the same prep every week? For example, why would you beef up your run defense against a team you know is going to pass like Buffalo? You have to set up your workouts for the team ahead, not leave them set. If you prep your team for a running attack and the team is pass based, you'll get slammed cause you won't be prepared for the attack. If you work your ground attack hard against the #1 rush defense in the game, you'll be screwed cause your passing game didn't get the time needed to succeed against that team's weakness. You adjust from week to week to build the team for the opponent, not the entire season cause that doesn't happen until offseason from what I can tell. The stats don't stay down or up, that is the stats for them for that game. They return to normal after or at least mine have been. Change the prep from week to week. For example, if you worked on the O-line's time with blitz last week then work on footing the next week. If you sent them to the weight room for chest last week, then work the arms the next week. I stressed pass coverage/blitz against Buffalo and picked off Bledsoe four times and sacked him 7. I worked mildly with pursuit for the outside linebackers to contain Henry of course but I knew the key of the Bills attack. Remember, it's prep for the GAME not prep for the season.

Let me play Devil's Advocate and say.....ok, so I have nothing to defend her with. Didn't she think of just, you know, asking nicely first not to hotlink instead of going right to the direct attack? -
I had a similar theory. Hurricane and Rosey go up against some major threat...realize they're out-manned... So Hurricane decides to visit "The Hero Who Trained Me" Cue a few vignettes, which end in Hurricane debuting his "Teacher", Nova. So, Nova is that Hamster from Power Rangers Ninja Storm? That could work. Or maybe, just have him be the super villian. If we are going to run a Super Hero, might as well add the Super Villian to the mix.

When is Walken not gold in anything he does? The man is a god. He went from Deer Hunter to Country Bears and he was the only tolerable thing in that Affleck-J'Lo bomb that shall go nameless. Even the hilarious Kevin Spacey Star Wars audition was improved by Spacey pretending to be Christopher Walken.

Yes, last year Carr was only sacked 15 times. MVP Manning was sacked 18 times last year. Was Carr impressive last season then? I haven't kept up with the going ons of the Texans. He was hurt so he didn't get a full season. Here are his stats for the last two seasons. G GS COM ATT PCT YDS YPA LG TD INT SK RAT ATT YDS AVG LG TD 16 16 233 444 52.5 2592 5.84 81 9 15 76 62.8 59 282 4.8 20 3 12 11 167 295 56.6 2013 6.82 78 9 13 15 69.5 27 151 5.6 36 2 Not great at all. He really needs to learn quicker than this cause he's not improving much.

It's the exact opposite for me as I'm an ace with passing, but running is a different story. Having Charles Rogers and Roy Williams helps a ton, but I can't get anything going with Kevin Jones. Work your offensive line in the weight room and drill them Fly. It takes a damn long time to get the younger players to improve but things came around. I love this game, all the hard work I am being forced to put into my games. That and Mel Kiper's rookie report was just awesome. I already know who I am chasing down in the draft.

Awesome news about Bourne, but maybe some of the book people can tell me if there is a third in the series that could come out of this? Matt Damon has officially torched partner Ben Affleck with another big opener. Add on "Talented Mr. Ripley" and "Bourne Identity" and Damon has left Ben in a cloud of dust. Soon to add "The Brothers Grimm" to this list as well.

I had a horrible time running the ball. It really just depends on your offensive line on whether or not running the ball is easy. It took me five weeks to get my offensive line in shape to be able to run block and pass block. Course, now I'm 5-1 with only New England beating the ever loving life out of me. Dillion is the only back so far I had no chance in hell of slowing down, he was just too damn quick to get outside and the Pats line took me to school. If you are New England, no wonder you are having an easy time. That line is damn near unbreakable in this game.

Jamal and Terrell had no choice. Anderson wasn't given another chance by any team and injuries were just mounting up on Davis. Jamal wanted back and couldn't make a team. That reminds me, I wonder if Jamal could make a run at the Dolphins now that they are in a bind? They gave Robert Edwards a second chance when they needed a back so I don't see why they won't now give Jamal a chance if he wants it. Or hell, Robert Edwards again.
