A judge looked at her case, decided she had no grounds nor any reason to waste the courts time so they tossed it out. And the gag order can be as simple as she pissed off the judge by getting on them when her case was tossed. Frankly I don't care if she speaks one way or another but this blaming Bush stuff is going over the top now. God, I dislike the guy and people are now making me feel like I should defend his dumb self.

After seeing Part 1 again recently, I gotta say it doesn't hold up to the test of time at all. It really loses the horror effect and becomes a very dull and boring movie. I still feel like they are missing a HUGE chance to turn Freddy back into the horror monster he was. How? Prequel him. Do the child murderer story and take it all the way up to his death. Cause that scene in the basement with the kid and him licking the back of the picture was easily the "oh that's not right" and most uncomfortable moments of FvJ or any of the NOES series. Probably would be a dark film but it would easily pull him back into "ok, this was a sick and very unfunny man". As for this series, I go with Dream Warriors as #1, the original although it's hurt by time is still number 2 on my list followed by part 4. All the ones after four and part two are just wastes of energy to me. Freddy vs Jason I just don't feel like is part of either series. With "I, Robot", "Anchorman", and "Spiderman 2" all in the listings I can't see "Cindrella Story" cracking a 10 million out of this weekend. Releasing THIS film in the middle of the summer movie season? Talk about leaving a girl whipping in the wind.

If they are showing something else instead of Impact, they will show it on another date. Well, apparently it was on at 1:30...great promotion from CSN as usual...I'll have to dl it this week... I hate CSN, these people are total jerks. I checked the listings and it said IMPACT on Thursday and then I go back and check Friday and suddenly it's listed as Tennis and IMPACT was nowhere on the schedule. Luckily I have a friend who is sending me the files, bless her heart. But I'd really like to watch IMPACT on tv every now and then. And it would be nice if they INFORMED everyone when they were going to air it when they pre-empt it instead of going "SURPRISE! It's on now!"

Another thing: I can see where some of the people here are upset. Obviously you will get a blow off match at Summerslam which seems highly likely Benoit will lose and the problem is Benoit really is made to look like he "just escaped" the wrath of Evolution tonight. Which the top level face isn't suppose to "just escape", he is suppose to destory and bring down the captain. Only heels are suppose to "just escape" the wrath of faces, not faces just escaping the heels. He didn't really FOOL Evolution, he survived and took a cheap win over the leader. Compare that to say a Steve Austin or Rock, they didn't escape they battled through and crushed the captain. If Triple H had won with a cheap school boy only to lose at Summerslam then it's cool. Right now it's Benoit will win with a cheap school boy only to lose to a pedigree (with interference of course) at Summerslam. This is where I think people are saying Triple H is being protected. It's not much of a protection, but it's really there when you take long term into account. Now if they don't go with Triple H vs Benoit at Summerslam then this worked out weak but fine since Benoit will still have took the blow off match from Triple H. However right now the most highly promoted match, Triple H vs Benoit in a rematch at Summerslam will likely end in Benoit getting pinned after a finisher thus giving Triple H the STRONG 1-on-1 victory while Benoit gets the heelish "just escaped by the skin of his teeth" win at this PPV.

Two things: One- Eugene is losing drawing power fast. The crowd didn't seem to care less about him during the tag title match and not really at all until Benoit punched him. And even then they didn't seem to care. Dinsmore has been severely over exposed now. Which is bad when you are 100% a gimmick character that needs some shelf life. Hopefully they pull back some or he is toasted. I may dislike the character but he's really dead in the water if they just dump the character because of lack of crowd reaction. two- Ok, Jericho has been royally screwed now. He went from the #2 heel (he was still ahead of Orton, behind Trips) to midcard hell again. He went from a reasonably high profile feud with Christian to a possible seed for a feud with Triple H to back to back jobbing efforts to Evolution and just getting his head kicked in by them. I know they want to push Big Daddy Model Dave but what the hell? That's all. The rest of the PPV sounds like more WWE load of horse manure they have been shoveling for the last two months.

If the title goes from Crippler to someone not named Triple H then maybe I'll let up on him. Triple H acting "right" scares me since that could lead to a Randy Orton esque IC title reign. Very long, very boring and very pointless. Too bad Jericho went face, Jericho vs Benoit would have been a better Summerslam with Flair vs Eugene (pure comedy but seems dead obvious) and HHH vs Edge vs Orton for the IC title as the undercard. If the belt goes from Benoit to someone other than Trips then I'll consider he might have changed. Until that happens, it's still Trips being Trips.

I shall avoid talking about the little Randy to just say, when the hell did Maven get that jacked? Seems like Maven is on the Scott Steiner workout regiment. Dude gets bigger and bigger with each day. Must have realized Vince loves his thin overly built hosses. Of course, he also looks like he escaped the Legends of Wrestling video game.

But in being part in this, haven't they just eliminated the fact they are now Amish? I mean the only reason we make fun of the Amish is they don't see us on television. So by starring in a television program, doesn't that automatically end any hope they can have of being Amish? Oh that wacky UPN with their stupid ideas. I can wait for "Abortion now!" Sundays on FOX. Comparing a person with a F 9/11 banner to a solider returning home from Iraq getting called "babykiller"? Come on, that is beyond reaching. Maybe we should have a damn day where people act, I don't know, like civilized towards each other instead of like a bunch of rich high school kids at a pep rally. Calling someone who just went through a hell they didn't choose a "babykiller" is beyond sick. That's not protesting, that's being an asshole. If they had just booed the Bush thing, fine. But the "murderer" and "babykiller" stuff went across the line into "someone needs to find out what a real murderer looks like" territory.

I didn't either. Till I saw people claiming the movie opened their eyes to the pure evil of our government and are calling Michael Moore a hero for putting all the 100% truth out there. When you take it as gospel, then you scare me. Course when you believe anything any politician on either side says then you scare me as well. And if John Kerry or George Bush inspire you, then I am running from you in full sprint.

When the heck does it start? I want to see it but I've totally forgotten all the specs behind it.

Anyone who does this to troops who have returned home or are returning home should have their legs hooked to a 18 wheeler and their head hooked to the back of a bus and ripped in half very very slowly. Then their corpse should be urinated and spit on before being tossed in a swamp where gators can finish off the remains. Seriously, I would be willing to hit someone in the back of the legs with a baseball bat for this. You don't like the war or Bush, fine. You start blaming the ones sent to do the job that they couldn't reject then you need to burn in hell. That is all.

I think it'll hit some problems against Spiderman 2, F 9/11, and King Arthur but I want to see it. Will has been on a tear of doing good things and he has a chance to be the next break out comedian.

The only choice worse than Halle Berry would be Christina Milian. Her acting was so bad in Torque that most of her scenes were cut. When your scenes are cut from a movie like "Torque", I have no hope for your skill. Plus, she's 5'2....Storm was a lot damn taller than 5'2. Plus it's a drop of half a foot from the Berry version of Storm. I'd go with Nona M. Gaye aka Zee from Matrix Reloaded. The woman is 5'10, she has the build from what I saw in MATRIX and she seems like a younger Angela Basset. She has better acting skill than Milian, that's for damn sure.
