Looking at Ponson's numbers don't tell any story. Watching the guy pitch tells the story. He is not a number one, hell he is barely a number 4. The rest of the O's pitcher get into an interesting situation. When they pitch good, the team doesn't hit and when the team hits, they don't pitch good. It's weird but I'm tired of hearing people blaming Mazzili for the problems. The guy is doing about what could be expected with a pitching staff of maybes and no chances.

The belts seem to be treated like a comedy act most of the time anyway so I wouldn't put it past them to give it to them so they can have cheap laughs. I think Tijaria and Rhyno should win them just so they can have another cool tag team on RAW. Heck, I don't understand why they don't use all the guys who barely work or who aren't ready for singles in tag teams to build that division and possibly build stars.

Awesome that it made that much money, but I didn't enjoy it one bit. Too much of a recap of stuff I already knew from part 1 and seeing the constant whining of Peter Parker got annoying. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't that good. Molina seemed like he wanted to ham it up as the movie went and Ock was more filler than anything for the whole film. Granted, part 3 looks like it could be awesome although those ending sequences were WELL out of place. I won't be seeing it again, it just didn't feel like it was as good as it had the potential to be. Horrible waste of a solid villian as well.

And again, as much as I like Latroy...he's not a closer. He is a set-up or middle relieve guy. He's a great pitcher in those situations but in the ninth, it's just not him. The Cubs really need to see if there is a closer available they can make a run at for the future. Unless Joe has his fastball back up to speed and has learned to throw another pitch when he returns, the Cubs are going to have some fun ninth innings. 11 saves out of 15 is just not good enough in the NL Central. Not to mention, has Latroy had many spotless ninth innings in the 11 saves? A few times he has been belted for one or two runs with a three run cushion. I'm glad Latroy is a Cub, I think he's an excellent pitcher in certain situations but I don't see him as a solid enough closer in the NL Central. ETA: Looking through his numbers and I'm not pleased. When he's not in the ninth, he's barely allowing a hit. He can pitch a good ninth but he still seems a touch shaky. I'll wait till Joe comes back since Latroy is the best the Cubs have as a closer for now and no one seems available that is worth the effort.

I guess, but it doesn't make sense that Bisch has been trying to get Eugene destroyed/to quit the last couple of weeks, and now he gives him free reign in his absence. Well, if he makes an embarassment of RAW then maybe Bischoff could guilt him into thinking he's a failure and make him quit. Makes sense from that angle. Meeting Tommy Dreamer at an ECW show. The guy was polite even though he looked like someone had killed his puppy. Didn't help it was like 100 degrees in that damn place at the time. Still he took a few minutes to chat with me and then thanked me for coming, kinda made me an ECW fan for life. Francine was too busy talking on a cell phone to be bothered and it sounded like she was ordering a damn pizza.

Well THANK GOD Carlos Delgado finally chimed in! I don't know where we would be if Carlos hadn't finally ended the tension and told us what he thought. And Connery can never be forgiven for some of his last few movies.

So Jeter starts over Miguel Tejada huh? Well alright, even though he has more RBI, more HRs, better OBP, better slugging and a better batting average than Jeter. I guess the fielding hurt him since he was better in all catergories that involved bats. And Mora doesn't make it? Well, frankly I'm not shocked since Blaylock exploded with the bat and A-Rod was automatic.

The guy isn't going to improve since he problem is not skill, it's mental. OVW is not going to help since he'll just either be comfortable there only or he'll be worse nerves wise and won't be able to function in OVW either. They are really about to screw him up royally. No shock since this is the WWE but just allowing him to work Dark matches and house shows while he gets a measure of confidence cannot hurt him. This, this can ruin him.

Sending him back to OVW ISN'T going to help him. They will just confirm to him he was a failure and his self confidence will be ruined for good. The guy is full of jitters, it happens and they just have to settle him down. Put him in a match with a veteran his size during a few house shows (dear god not Holly) and allow them to train him. Christ, bring up a trainer from OVW and use him. The kid was decent in OVW and he can be a solid addition if they calm him down. You can say he sucks and you'd be right, since he barely can move without wanting to run to the back and sob.
