What Mike? Maybe the KKK is organizing a peace summit and they want to hold it in that man's front yard. You never know. Or maybe, they are giving him an award and making him an honorary Klansman. You gotta quit jumping to conclusions about things like this. It's not healthy.

Yeah, wake up Baltimore/DC! I want to watch this dammit! The only other wrestling I get to the WWE is DCW, which just tends to suck.

Life is like a box of chocolates, you may like the taste at first but soon you break out in hives and begin to convulse like crazy before twitching slowly till you die. Then, life is like a box of chocolates.

Which begs the question --- if they found out that FELLOW JOURNALISTS were to be ambushed, would they still not say a word? If this is what journalists are taught, then the profession is an unspeakably evil one. -=Mike You are taught to not to compromise the story. If someone is going to die, oh well it makes for a bigger story. It's really a rather cold hearted profession to be a part of. If you can destroy someone for a story, you do it. You sell out your best friend for a award in that business. The money is in news but to get that money, you have to sell your soul. The news media is run by the Devil and even he would shake his head at some of the things they do.

Two of TSM's most targeted celebs in one story
2GOLD replied to kkktookmybabyaway's topic in Current Events
The only way this should have ended was Moore and O'Reilly fighting like Spock and Kirk in Star Trek. Minus that whole "best friends forced to do battle" thing. I have a hard time deciding who I dislike more of these two idiots. -
Sadly, this is what the media is taught and it's the reason I don't want to be part of the news reporting industry You are told to cover the story, not to become part of the story. This means, you just watch and observe. You don't help with the situation and you don't compromise a story for any reason. The one thing my teacher told me that assured me I never wanted to be one of these people: "You must leave your conscience. If you have one, you better lose it or you'll never make it in news."

Even better Kane knocked up Lita, Matt fights Kane for her honor and after a few months since Kane has BAH GAWD DEMON MONSTER SPERM, then Lita gives birth and... WILLOW THE WISP IS BORN

"So a Republican stands up in Congress and says 'I GOT A REALLY BAD IDEA!!!!' And then a Democrat stands up and says, 'WELL, I COULD MAKE IT WORSE!!'" You earn major points for quoting Lewis Black. And Mike, are you wanting all protesters beaten or just the idiots who throw things? Cause those morons need a good smacking around.

The Lakers have LITERALLY given up the title. That's pathetic, to go down with a whimper instead of going down fighting. The Pistons will now be the first team to bring down the Zenmaster. And Larry Brown will get his NBA title.

Yeah, but how did the Silly party do? I'll still be shocked if Blair goes down. The guy seems like he can dodge that bullet.
-
I don't like him now and I'm not going to like him. The guy just puts off that vibe that makes me want to see him hit in the face with a chair. Not to kill him, just to wire his jaw shut. I dislike his promos, I find his ring work with the worthless rest holds to be subpar at best and I just don't like him. If the rest like him, fine and dandy but I find him to be like bile in the back of my throat. As for Dave, he was fine till he started doing this stupid posing bull. That stuff is worse than Victoria's dancing.

Keanu can act, when he tries. The guy is having to deal with alot, what with his sister slowly dying before his eyes. He was damn good in "The Gift" though.

Odds are it'll be Matt Hardy vs Kane at Vengenance since, you know he'll want to get some after Kane knocked up his woman. Then again, Kane seems to be in EVERY FEUD on the map. I'd save Kane vs HBK for Summerslam and have Hardy cost Kane the match at Summerslam after losing at Vengenance. Edge vs Benoit sounds like the most logical and most uninteresting match ever. Then again, unless they are going to slap in a member of Evolution this is the only one that...sorta makes sense. Jericho (who they are just once again allowing to burn out) vs HHH I guess does seem likely with Y2J once again hitting the mat. Although Orton vs Jericho would be better and make more sense but I guess Shelton gets another IC title shot even though he should have won the damn belt. Already the card makes my head hurt.

Theorietical McCain VP-led Kerry ticket ruins Bush
2GOLD replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Current Events
I heard on the news the other day that McCain OFFICIALLY turned down Kerry's offer like that was really a shock In other news, the sky is blue and cars can drive on roads. I like McCain, I'm not entirely sure why I like him but I like him. I'm beginning to the think the guy is a master of hypnosis or something. I think it's the little bit of charisma he has been showing AFTER losing to Bush that makes him tolerable to the American public. Sort of like Bob Dole, who may have had a chance in hell if he acted like he does now. Dole can be funny, which is a rather much shock considering he came off as a cranky old "YOU KIDS STAY OFF THE GRASS!" type of guy. -
In most cases, you don't go after all the high priced guys on the list since you want to build a stable bench and frankly you want to hold some cash for your rookie picks. Dixon they should grab. Hardaway would be a good veteran grab up. The rest are really up in the air.

Depends who you ask. I know plenty of men who'd gladly take being set on fire over becoming the father of some hell spawn from a womb they want nothing to do with.

It's the same Batman outfit as the Keaton Batman series. Good, cause the newer version just sucked the life out of me. It looks fine to me from what I can see. Maybe the less advanced version from the Burton film but that is good considering what the Batmobile looked like.

I'm seriously shocked the WWE has never tried a Klan gimmick. Bout the only credit I will give them is they haven't had someone come out all in white and toss out the insults.

Sean William Scott When he gets beat up in a movie, I find myself wanting to suggest more places they can hit him. And he should be severely hurt for American Pie 2 and American Wedding. Whoever thought it was a good idea to make HIM the focus of American Wedding should be hurt even more than Scott. His be-heading in Final Destination is the only thing I liked about that movie. Not that I actually wish death on him cause he might be a nice guy, I just wish death on his appearing in another film. Orlando Bloom Ok, he's been in four films and he hasn't acted different in any of them. And in Return of the King it looked as though he was waiting for the check to clear. This guy seems to give "Well, he's scenary" a whole new meaning.

They call it that but Pitch Black was an action/horror. Chronicles of Riddick is Vin Diesel finally proving to us all that he IS the next Stallone. Well, Stallone after the Rambo and good Rocky movies. Perhaps a dash of Frank mixed in for good measure.
-
It actually looks fun and seems to call Moore on his sometimes bull that he shovels. It's about some guy, going around pointing out that hey America does have bright spots and isn't a major hole in hell. It looks like it might just be an interesting documentary.

Why would you push a guy who may jump to TNA in a month? It would be a terrible business decision. Ignore his talent for a moment. There is absolutely no chance he will be pushed unless he resigns. And then you hit the question, why would a guy sign when he has never been given any indication the company sees him as important to the future? These two are really at a point where they need to work out their issues or split. RVD doesn't seem to believe they will give him a chance with the ball and the WWE doesn't seem to believe he deserves the ball to be given to him. I'd imagine he wants to stay with the WWE for his family but at the same time he does have a competitor spirit that wants to be the best and on top.

Thats odd... I've heard VERY little about it... infact, I havent seen a single commercial on tv, though I did see the trailor You didn't see one? Damn, I saw that stupid commercial about 40 times in two days. That commercial has been all over the place. I'm rather shocked. Riddick doesn't have a chance of making the money back. Oh well, should have made a sequel to PITCH BLACK instead of whatever the hell they made.

Nah, 21 million is still very strong. I doubt they expected much more considering Harry Potter was just a week old and they were opening against two films that had bigger hype behind them. Not to mention SHREK 2 still sitting on the board. If it nose dives next weekend then yeah, then they will be disappointed. If it holds well, prepare for GARFIELD 2: ON THE PROWL or something. The fact that RIDDICK pulled 24 million is a shock to me. The film looked like pure cheese, like a serious version of Flash Gordon.
