The Orioles have broken open another game on the Blue Jays, jumping ahead 5-0 in the Top of the 8th. Baltimore continues to hit the ball very well and pitch strong enough to win some games. If they can continue to play like this, maybe they can sneak into the Wild Card race. Erik Dubose looks on his way to his first win of the season after a very good start. Matt Riley remains the most impressive in the staff so far. Matos has just singled home another run so it is 6-0 in the Top of the 8th.

I think the poor reviews hurt "The Punisher" and I can't understand the poor reviews at all. It's a damn good movie and a perfect franchise starter. I think it would have done better to fall back to next weekend against "Man on Fire" and "13 going on 30" instead of going against Kill Bill V2 like it did. I hope this doesn't hurt the chances of a sequel cause I want to see this become a franchise. However, I think it may have died already.

In that rookie game, Carmelo also did the same thing, plus he goaltended, made a back-court violation and passed the ball to Ronald Murray, who was on the other team, for an alley-oop. Does Melo lose any points for that? In an NBA all star weekend game? Please.

Why is it he gets doubted while the guessing guy over at the Observer is treated like hard fact? Same vein only this guy has been right more than Meltzer has been recently.

I love how the Red Sox fans are biting their lips, trying not to say a damn thing. For once, the Boston faithful are learning maybe the best bet is to not mock and wake up the Yankees. What is A-Rod hitting anyway? I want to find out how much he'll have the rebound to earn his paycheck.

And Melo apologized immediately without having to be asked. He knew he messed up, he owned up to the mistake and even called his old coach to talk because he needed someone to talk to. Melo is a good kid, he played his ass off without showboating as much as James (you lose points with me when your acting like you are in a dunk contest in a game), the stats are close enough where they shouldn't be a factor and Melo is in the playoffs as the leader of his team while James is at home after his team collapsed. And talent nothing, James is in a conference where NO ONE has talent. To say "Well he didn't make the playoffs because they didn't have the talent", well the Boston Celtics are in the playoffs with the "no talent" players the Cavs had before. They were both great but Melo was better and got his team further. The award should be his hands down but the NBA will give it to Lebron because they have been kissing his ass all year long.

Hell yeah, since Season 1 I want the new season now, NOW DAMMIT! It's a nice mix of funny and serious bits, plenty of action and the special effects are actually very well done for a TV series. Richard Dean Anderson is the bomb in this with his love of the Simpsons and the mixing in the character traits of Kurt Russell.

Did you see Battlefield Earth? He was very good in face off though and he was very good in this. Didn't ham it up like I was afraid he would. As for the Russian, I'm just saying the way Nash looked it made me think it was a dig at Dolph. I didn't think it was really, I just thought if you didn't know much about the Punisher other than the Dolph movie, you might have seen the Russian as a dig.

36. Jim Carrey What? Carrey himself admits he pretty much sucked as a stand-up. Why the hell is he so high when even he didn't think he was funny as a stand-up? I like Jim as an actor, but his stand-up is unbearable. Also, Leno is WAY too high.

Nash didn't have a line and didn't even look like Nash. He looked like a old and rugged Dolph and now that I think about it, he might have been a dig at the first Punisher. Nash didn't say a line....well sorta a line but it wasn't words.

Course, if they get crushed you'll call for the heads of the starting line-up. And how did I forget the Marlins?

What is the problem here? Randy is a pitcher and Jim is an ump. You honestly don't think Jim has some hate towards his brother since he is stuck as a lowly ump? Let him call the game and then have MLB review the tape. If all is fine, move on.

For god sake, so the Yankees aren't undefeated. Look around, no one in the major league is looking impressive. Do you think the O's are going to hang around up top of the division for long? Or the Devil Rays? So the Yankees are 5-5...so everyone else in the damn division minus Toronto is 5-4. If this gets you upset then I hate to see what George is like. Probably on the phone looking to trade A-Rod. Relax, I mean the Cubs looked like royal crap for a couple of games and now they are starting to hit their marks. It's all about timing and patience.

They had to spend so much time on the set-up that a lot of the action got lost in the shuffle. It's a good, solid first effort. Very much like "X-Men" the action is light and the character establishment is the frontline. I enjoyed it, I understood where they were going with it and they didn't have Castle turn into a nice guy at any point really. Just don't go in expecting an action packed romp, the film takes up a lot of time with plot and seeing how crafty Punisher is in the future. Jane does a very good job with his emotion in his face and he's actually a better choice for the character than I thought he would be. It needs a sequel, it's got a great story and the second one would be allowed to be more action based.

Well, Rey doesn't fit into the WWE style. He's too quick and if he slows down, then he looks like a midget and really worthless. He's basically screwed. I'm shocked it took this long to start screwing him up royally.

New Jersey deserves a MLB team like LA deserves an NFL team. Meaning, they don't. New Jersey has the Yankees, Mets and Phillies all within driving distance of them. If they want baseball, go to one of them.

The Wild Card has made some exciting post-season series and it saves baseball from that piss poor alignment it once had. As for Bud, he's powerless to do anything and he's very much a moron. And Jackie Robinson did enough for the game to warrant his number being retired by every team. For all the hell he went through, I can't see it as a bad thing.

I could see her wetting her pants if a WNBA game got any actual press coverage. Thank God ESPN stopped with their "Basketball is Beautiful" campaign for the WNBA. Their play is many things --- beautiful is not one of them. -=Mike I lost respect for the WNBA when they said they wanted to get paid as much as NBA players. The damn NBA players don't deserve the money they get for crap sake.

I do remember seeing the Kolber thing and it seemed like she was holding back something. She recovered later but something was up with her. It didn't look like something she should be fired or suspended about, she does a good job and it just seemed like she wasn't really there. Perhaps someone died close to her but she insisted on working. I don't know actually but she did look shook up.

They still haven't cancelled this show yet? I watched four episodes and that was more than enough. I'm stunned FOX let it run this long. Oh wait, Eliza has breasts. Never mind.
