The buys are simple ECW was dying and many of the old fans bought the show so it wouldn't die. It was what one could call the last gasp of a fanbase. As for this, what I want to know is how much they are paying to air on FSN? Are they paying? I mean, what's the deal there? Having national tv doesn't help if you are overpaying for the timeslot.

Do you THINK a tv company would only care about PA law??? FOX SPORTS NET could get in a deep hole if they put TNA on the air and then some yahoo puts out a major story about FSN putting on a company that is associated with a company that supports a pedophile. Do you think if FSN and TNA said "Well, Ring of Honor did all that was required by PA law" that all of it would go away? No, they would get the "well, why didn't you ask for additional proof that he was gone?" TNA was protecting their ass and I don't blame them. If later it comes out that Rob is still in the company or running it and the TNA workers are involved with ROH then they are guilty by association as is TNA as would FSN if they signed TNA to a deal. And then FSN would cancel TNA and TNA would be screwed because they would have set up more dates and changed their PPV agreement. People are acting like if you agree with TNA in this case then obviously you hate ROH.

Man, they souped the hell out of KITT I like the design of the original and the Spyhunter car over this. But, it's the Batman early years so I can let this slide.

So it's TNA wanting to protect their workers and their own ass. And odds are Gabe is going to meet with TNA to prove that RF is no longer part of ROH so they avoid the problems between them both. In theory, though, it's actually not a bad idea. As far as they knew, it was an outbreak that was only spreadable by bite. If they could go to a place that no one there had the disease, they'd be all set. Without anyone there to bite them, they'd be safe (for the most part) from the disease. Ok, this would make sense if the island was in the middle of the ocean and deserted. Did they think they would find an empty island in the middle of Lake Michigan?? I mean, come on. If someone told you the brillant plan of, "we'll go to an island we know had people and just assume that even though everyone else on the planet is getting munched on that this island in the middle of LAKE MICHIGAN is fine" that you would have said "Sure!" In the middle of the ocean, seems logical and worth a shot. In the middle of Lake Michigan? Better off in a mall that the dead can't get into. I think setting the film in Wisconsin really hurt it there.

Remember when Disney animation wasn't corny jokes using popular phrases and slang? Lion King was the last one that didn't have a bunch of overly goofy lines. Pixar is Pixar so they can get away with it but Animation REALLY needs a story or it comes off like crap. As for this project, I don't know if anyone will see it without seeing the words "PIXAR" involved.

I had doubts for their stupid escape plan when they announced they were going to an island in the middle of Lake Michigan. If any of them really thought that was a good idea, they needed to be slapped. I think Polley just wanted to die and decided she wanted to take them all with her.

Benoit has improved greatly on the mic and I'm just wondering if maybe his problem was mic time and relaxation. After HHH, who is the next heel in line? I mean, no chance in hell does Christian get a main event in the WWE. Orton still has the IC title so he's not next. Kane will be feuding with Edge it looks like so I doubt he's next in line. What happened to all the heels?? Both shows are just devoid of talented heels. I wouldn't say guys like Christian are UNTALENTED...he's just not bought as serious a heel as guys like HHH...which isn't much of a surprise. Christian doesn't come off as a dangerous heel yet, that's basically what I meant by talented heel. He has ring talent, but he just doesn't seem like a main event heel to me. More like Trish's lap dog. He's talented, but he's not the kind of heel I could see in a main event when he's basically Trish's walking dick.

Sorry, but the young girls seem to love the Princess bs and they love Julia Stiles. Remember that crappy "Save the Last Dance" and "The Princess Diaries" with Anne Hathaway? Did ANYONE really expect those damn movies to do good at the box office?? Some guys will be dragged to "The Prince and Me" and it is the damn sleeper. It is the responsiblity of the bar for your safety once you are inside. If you get up on the bar and they don't stop you, and you fall then it's their fault. Actually, Sean William Scott does have a box office impact. He kills it. Him as one of the "stars" on your poster is a death sentence. Walking Tall will do 12 million, beating out the Passion which will pull in 11.3, Hellboy will grab 20 million maybe 25 and Scooby will drop to third with 13.4 Jersey Girl will grab 6.5 and LadyKillers will hook 10.5. And "The Prince and Me" will run off with a shocking 21 million So it'll be 1. Hellboy 2. The Prince and Me 3. Scooby Doo 2 4. Walking Tall 5. The Passion 6. LadyKillers 7. Home on the Range 8. I think Anglesault would agree with me by saying that the OVW 'scouts' are all a bunch of liars. OMG Leviathon is a beast and would be awesome in WWE! No. Doug Basham is the best wrestler ever! No. Great wrestlers can hit their damn moves correctly and can not be a cure for freaking insomnia. If Doug was as great as people make him out to be, he wouldn't be so freaking dull. DULL AS KIDMAN DULL. And as much as anyone would like to blame the bookers, I kind of doubt they send Doug out there and say... "Now be as boring as possible... MORE! MORE DULL WE SAY!" Screw that. The Bashams don't even have a spot that gets a reaction. Not a one. This is not a good pair of wrestlers. Actually, Levithan WOULD have been good but anyone who saw any OVW can tell you he needed to work on selling. He was decent in every other area but he needed to work on his selling a lot. The guy no sold the Big Show's chokeslam once. As for Doug Basham and DANNY, both were actually very good on the mic and had plenty of great matches. The problem is they had to not only adapt to the WWE style, the WWE actually made them second fiddle to a tough enough woman. Both Doug and Damaja (screw that Danny stuff) are actually extremely talented when allowed to work their match. The WWE seems intent on making them as vanilla as possible so they don't overshadow some of their "talented" hosses. It's actually extremely disappointing to their OVW fans to see THIS out of them.

And now that I think about it, isn't this the same angle as Dave Sullivan from WCW? You guys remember him right? Him and Benoit can have one of those WCW brawls that ended up in the bathroom. Granted, it might now be an actual DEATH match but I bet it'll be fun to watch.

Honestly, the "whitey holding me down" gimmick would be infinitely more humorous with him managing Mark Jindrak. -=Mike Agreed. Chris Nowinski was awesome with the "whitey is holding us down!" part of the Long team. If Chris can come back, he'd make an awesome heel to send to Smackdown to team with Jindrak for a little while. Hell, bring up O'Haire and let Long spew the "whitey holding us down" with three white boys in his stable. If anyone can make it work, it's Teddy Long.

Bradshaw vs Eddie in a main event? God, that show better have one hell of an undercard or Eddie's first title defense with him as headliner is going to look like crap. I'd say RVD vs Booker will be one or Booker vs Holly (god, which is better) with Undertaker vs....umm, who needs to lose this week? And I guess Frenchie vs Cena. My god, that sounds like a miserable PPV if that's the direction they go. And wait, Heyman will manage Bradshaw and Heyman will be set to help get Cena over more as a face??? Oh no, Bradshaw/Cena feud! And Cena should lose 20 points of overness for that stupid "nuts" bull.
