Hardcore Revolution was the game that actually kept Acclaim's Salt Lake office afloat for a little bit. I did a complete paper on the ad numbers, revenues and such from the two games in college.

Dustin without his WWE gimmick will only work if he comes in to mock his Dad's every action and destroy him. And even then I'd doubt it would work.

Gotta take in the cost to make each unit of the game. The 2 million I bet is more or less what they paid for the rights to use the wrestlers under contract and the TNA name. It doesn't cover the game cost and advertising cost I bet and if it does, that means that TNA did not get a lot for their trademark.

Rockstar, if this is true, is an amazing choice. For one, it's getting to the point just the words "ROCKSTAR" on a game makes it a strong seller. However, I'll believe this when a video gaming site announces it and not the Torch. Also, ROCKSTAR has got to be known for taking risks. For goodness sake, Grand Theft Auto was a huge risk by them to even attempt to make that game so I can sorta buy they would attempt this.

The Ravens had an AMAZING defense and an offense that didn't turn the ball over. You can be one dimensional defense way but not offense way. Not in today's NFL. Just ask the old Raiders how that turned out.

Jean is dead so if she doesn't want to do part three, they don't need her. They can easily hold that storyline off for a little while. Wolverine not in X3 means you won't have an X4, period. Wolverine and Msytique are easily the two most popular characters in the film series and without them you are wasting your time. And Magneto is the man, you need an actor of the strength of Ian and you also need Prof X without question. James isn't going to ask for much I would think since he's not really being offered many roles outside of this. He needs X-men more than they need him. Same goes for most of the young kids at the moment who did mostly TV roles before this franchise. Halle is gone, just move on without her or replace her. It'll hurt the franchise some but she will ask for too much. Anna Paquin seems to enjoy doing the films and she is mostly an indy film girl so I doubt her price tag would be elevated much, if she is even up for a new contract. You need Singer, Jackman, Stamos (her facial expressions rule), Ian, Stewart and Paquin back. James, like I said, probably won't be a problem and Ian seems to enjoy the franchise as long as the script is solid. Same goes for Stewart as it allows him to do mostly plays and tv movies The only big money is Jackman but if Ian is right, he's signed for this and WOLVERINE. Berry is just....well, let her star start to fall and ask her back for 4 with Famke.

I agree with Dick. This is why I love the NFL with job requirements and what people don't talk about that guys like Vitale read about are the young kids who enter the draft and don't get drafted. And of course Dick loves coaches, he used to be a coach. Just like Digger loves coaches. And what is the point of praising a school for firing a guy who is getting young men a chance in life, which should be a damn lot more important than some bottom line. You leave school early, you might end up getting burned for being a moron like Jarron Rush is now being burnt. And coaches, who graduate players and get other kids who usually wouldn't have a chance to get to college a chance in college to better themselves should not be fired. People don't talk about the kids who don't make it but guys like Vitale and Phelps are well aware what becomes of the kids who just jump for the fact they have the false lies of stardom filled in their heads by friends and family. And Florida St. is actually very good this year and might sneak into the tournament.

I honestly don't think Rob cares anymore about wrestling. I think the WWE has just killed the passion for it he once had and now he just looks at it as a job and does his little moves. Just goes through the motions and takes his check.

It all depends on his condition. If he can barely talk, I really don't want to see the "god he looks like hell" posts that would follow his return. As someone who lives with a father who had a stroke, I know how down on themselves they get when they can't talk right. Bret probably just doesn't feel like Bret anymore. So as much as I'd like to see him return, I'd much rather he didn't until he is back to 100% or somewhere close. He may never get to that point of course, but I don't know how understanding people will be of him if he still can't talk the way he used to.

I knew Dustin was screwed when they gave him that angle about being electrocuted and getting tourettes out of it.

I haven't seen Scotty lately so I wasn't sure if he was still wrestling with Rikishi.

Sting can still work a super hot match. That makes him better than 90% of the roster right there. I figured out one thing here. Never argue over someones opinion in wrestlers. I may find HHH entertaining, and no one can change my mind. And Sting was my favorite WCW guy, while some didn't like him. Of course, I watched him from 1990-1996 when he was a above average-great worker. But I agree, that after the 14 month lay-off in the shadows, he lost some of his in ring presence, although he can still go when he has the right opponents. I think most of that was injuries, ring rust and just total despair at how badly WCW was being handled. I don't think he'll work for the WWE though. He just doesn't seem to have any interest.

I'd say Scotty 2 Hotty, Tommy Dreamer, Kanyon, Stevie and Jazz will get cut Rhyno is back on TV so I doubt they cut him. Too bad they can't cut loose that dead weight Zach Gowen, but they can't risk the lawsuit.
