And in a news item that personifies the title of this thread, The Naturals have been released. I'm shocked Raven hasn't but I'm more shocked that it took this long to release the Naturals. I remember one of them wasn't making many fans with his work ethic or his attitude. I think it was Andy Douglas but I'm not 100% sure on that one.

Well, the Booyah Network has done everything but come right out and just say it already. Have they done the "Is Hank Aaron JEALOUS of Barry Bonds?" story yet? Or a "Why Barry Bonds would be better for baseball to have the home run record than Hank Aaron" story. I thought that one or both of those would be on the air or in production by now.

Turturro is great and that movie is hilarious. I bought a vhs copy since the DVD was unavailable at the time. I can quote the movie all day long, it's really that great.

Wilson and House secretly doping each other and it leading to House finding the cure was great. How EXACTLY he figured out she made a pill out of drain-o to try and die, I will never figure out. But drugged out of his head Wilson was classic, absolutely classic television. And Foreman is just begging House to give him a reason to stay but he's such an arrogant prick he won't admit it. It's actually cool and I really hope Omar isn't really leaving the show. He was the best character on ER before he got hit by a damn subway train and the Foreman/House clashes are awesome. Plus his cocky laugh when House says something is awesome. Piper might be an interesting addition to the show but I hope she's coming back next season. Feels a little late to be tossing in a House romance angle with only like two or three episodes left in the season.

Yeah, that was them. Jill isn't shocking to miss since she looks different in every damn movie I've seen her and Chasey was going by Tiffany Jones so you wouldn't have seen her name in the credits. Chasey I can see passing for a college aged girl, like maybe a senior. Jill Kelly? No, I can't see it. Oh and THE POSTMAN. I still don't know why exactly I like the film but I do.

I've started just watching the PTI repeat on ESPNEWS to skip the Sportscenter crap. Man, I just don't remember the 6 pm Sportscenter being filled with so many non-stories trying to be spun into stories. And yeah, Doug Gotllieb is horrible. He always has the cocky smirk and he was basically smiling when talking about the death of Diego Corrales.

Between 2.85 and 2.95 here with 2.95 being in my stupid ass town. But they have always been money seeking bastards so I'm not shocked. Of course, BP leads the way with 3.10 and people are buying it even with a cheaper station across the street. I swear I don't know what the draw of BP is but the folks in the really nice cars love it.

I know he was in Trainspotting, The Full Monty, and for some reason he was in Eragon. I liked him best in Formula 51 and I've never seen The World is Not Enough. I'm not sure what other movies to check out that he's in other than the ones I've seen. And I have heard a rumor that he will be taking over for David Tenant as Doctor Who, but I don't know if that's been confirmed or not.

Man, I totally forgot 28 Weeks Later was coming out. I am actually excited about that one and really looking forward to it. Plus it has the guy from Formula 51 in it.

With no competition whatsoever and a highly anticipated sequel that some expect to be the last of Sam Raimi in a comic book hero franchise? It still grabbed about 10 million more than I truly expected but I had no doubt it would shatter the record. I'd say I'd like to see how it does in the second weekend but it's up against nothing again. Unless we count the box office power of DELTA FARCE.

I think I'm more pissed by the inclusion of lame reasons for the guys to exist and it has a lot of band-aid on a gunshot wound plot fillers. To put the Harry wants to kill Peter storyline on hold, they slap on the band-aid of "His short term memory is gone from the bump on the head" and then it returns with a scene straight out of a lame romantic comedy. Sandman is a fine villain on his own and being out of control to save his daughter should have been enough. But no, we have to apparently find a way to make Spidey mad at him (apparently the trying to kill everyone isn't a good enough reason) so they toss in the "oh by the way, he killed your Uncle Ben...oops, sorry we forgot to mention it". So how do they fix THAT stupid plot twist? I forgave the King Kong scene since it did kinda make sense with all the sand at the construction site. But his storyline ending up being so poorly put together it ruined what could have been an amazing villain in the vein of Doc Oct. Venom storyline was fine, but it was obviously a tack on and shelved one of Spider-Man most awesome villains in like 25 minutes. That's bull, if they knew they didn't have time to use him then they shouldn't have used him. At the end of the weekend, I am not sure who really directed this. Cause this film has the stink of Bret Ratner and Mark Steven Johnson all over it.

I remember the first trailer for Bourne Identity and seeing Matt Damon walking through an airport or something. I thought, "Oh great, another one of those artsy flicks about a guy wrongfully imprisoned or some shit". And then suddenly, Matt Damon kicks both of their asses leaving me going, "Did Matt Damon just lay those two guys the fuck out?" Loved the first one, the second one suffered from shaky cam and too close zoom on the early fights but I am looking forward to the third and I guess final installment. Only negative I've had is the role of Julia Stiles but I freely admit that is because I really dislike her in everything she does.

I was disappointed, I mean I had a feeling I would be letdown but this was a massive letdown. The movie tries to do way too much and ends up accomplishing nothing.

I wonder if Dirk will ever feel the urge to actually give a damn and play in the playoffs? Cause it doesn't seem to be happening much. Dirk is the leader of the Mavs and he continues to just no-show when needed. I love the guy in the regular season but it seems when it matters, he no shows every damn time.

I don't know, playing "Guess which show FOX cancels first" is a pretty interesting game.

I totally just remembered "Stir of Echoes" with Kevin Bacon. I loved that movie and they hide the ending pretty well mixed in with Bacon's outstanding insanity performance. And for some reason, I still like the movie "Tango and Cash" and was pleasantly surprised to see a DVD double with that and "Cobra". I enjoy Cobra as well but dammit why did they have to destroy that awesome car so early in the damn film? Give me "Ski Patrol" and "Summer School" as well. "Ski Patrol" is probably considered a really horrible movie but a villian Martin Mull and a guy named Suicide who talks to a hand puppet that punches him if he disobeys is incredible entertainment. I used to watch that movie every day on Cinemax in the early 90's when they played it like twice a day for a month. Overkill but I loved it.
