I found it funny at the Spirit awards that the dude from The Rocker (who I forget the name of) did a James Brown mock tribute song to The Wrestler. Immediately reminded me of The Cat. Obviously The Wrestler has become the springboard to The Cat becoming THE GREATEST ACTOR IN HOLLYWOOD HISTORY!

Looking at how things are going, Florida State SHOULD be one or two wins from a tournament berth. I fully expect them to fail miserably at this task. They are capable of beating all the teams left on their schedule (except Duke, the patience still isn't there) so taking 3 of 4 would give them a strong case for a 6 or 7 seed I would hope. But after watching them go 3 happy and nearly drop to Va Tech, I'm seeing that disturbing "Failing to finish" trend I have seen in all of Leonard Hamilton's teams. I still love the guy's coaching but it would be nice to actually finish a season strong with no doubts. I would think 10 or 11 ACC wins would leave no doubt.

I guess the Ernest comparison is coming from she's in a lot of movies (only 3 so far really) but this is really the first movie where she was the star character. The character of Madea is usually just like a supporting character to the main tale of a female lead. All you need to know about Madea movies are the follow: She's going to disrespect the police for getting in her business Asses will be kicked Family Reunion showed how large and connected the family is so it's obvious he can tell about 4000 stories about that one large gathering of people and has been. If I recall correctly, Madea goes to Jail is the sequel to Meet the Browns as Madea appears in a car chase at the end of that movie and that is the only appearance of the character.

I'm more likely to go see a Tyler Perry movie with Madea than without Madea. Not that his movies are bad, it's just annoying how EVERY female lead has to suddenly go all poetry slam in every film I've seen. That character gives a comedic twist to offset his seriously heavy but sometimes terribly boring serious storylines and it's very much needed 90% of the time. Just can't see every Perry movie. The guy releases like three a month it seems like. Not to mention the movies with Madea are the only ones I ever see promoted in the least.

The film has made almost triple the amount it cost to make. So no, zero way anyone can claim it is a bomb. Just can't claim it to be a mega hit. A hit? Sure. Just not mega.

In other TNA news, they are sponsoring the #48 truck today driven by Dennis Setzer on FOX for the Camping World truck series race. He'll be starting 27th and before anyone ask, Dennis was a good driver about 8 years ago so the ability is there just buried. Hopefully for TNA, the truck can get on television a few times to give them the exposure they are paying for. Originally Andy Hillenberg was supposed to drive the truck but I guess plans changed. ETA: Correction made, the truck number is 48.

His best line for me was about Jeff Hardy "The Charismatic Enigma...Charismatic...that doesn't even come off the tongue right!" TNA really dropped the ball with Monty. I get his heart was never fully into wrestling but they had built him up huge and that PPV where he took the guitar shot and shook it off, the title should have been his that night. It was time. That is another one of TNA's problems. They are always so LATE to pull the trigger. Monty had been rebuilt twice, there was zero way to rebuild him again when he failed again.

Only problems I'm having with the new FireFox are 1. Virtual Memory drain STILL 2. doesn't shut down when you shut it down 3. Randomly freezes loading ads and other small things. Large things no problem but small ones, it gets confused 4. Bookmarks is glitch since if you click it, it will try to add what you are viewing to bookmarks 5. History is worthless, totally inaccessible most of the time So same old, same old.

I like how Chris's dad described this as "he tripped up". Looking at her face if that's her, that motherfucker did more than trip. That motherfucker thought he was going 10 rounds with Lennox Lewis. Orton's remorse has been explained already. He shows remorse because he's not in control of his actions, he basically has anger outs where he does things he didn't want to do and then afterwards he can't believe he did them. Eventually yeah they will break it and maybe the best way to do it is have Orton WIN over HHH and take out the whole clan. The only McMahon he hasn't dropped now is Linda and Shane's wife..well and the babies but I think him RKO'ing a baby might be a little too Snitsky for him. Hopefully the Linda one is avoided because her acting is a black hole. It's just really hard to think the McMahon's thought Orton taking all of them out would make him a heel. Maybe that is why they do the remorse? Because otherwise, you are going to really want to cheer for the guy wiping out the McMahon clan. For me the best moments had to be Shane forgetting to sell the kick to the head for a few seconds and HHH doing his gall stone passing shake and shiver to show how mad he was.
