RVD wins after pushing Orton on the streacher over the finish line. Wait Orton is getting up and looks like he's gonna attack RVD...yup, he did.
-
I don't think these two even know how to work this match. who..RVD and Orton or King and JR? Oh wait he's pushing Van Dam to the finish line! yes..there's a finish line.
-
is it me or does JR and King have no clue how to call this match?
-
typical wwe ppv set up.
-
was the fan trying to hand RVD a drink?

with that match, I knew I was going to take a bump. Myself and Pogo spoke about the bump before hand but we just planned that I would take a running shoulder powerslam, and that was it (sorry Pogo, don't mean to break kayfabe if you somehow find out about this.). I had no clue there was going to be thumbtacks involved in the match. Myself, Pogo, and the Bodysnatchers were all outside the ring, I noticed that Pogo's tag partner Rage was no where around, I looked back into the ring to see if he was there...and he was..pouring thumbtacks into the ring and the only thing I could really say about it was "oh great, we're using thumbtacks now." After the match was over, I was in the ring standing by the Bodysnatchers who just won the match, they exited the ring and Pogo got back in the ring and kicked my in my stomach and hoisted me up. I took the Running shoulder powerslam into the tacks....then before I knew what was going on Rage picked me up and gave me a sitting powerbomb onto the tacks. The only thing we discussed was the running shoulder powerslam that Pogo was going to give me. We didn't talk about the thumbtacks or the sit out Powerbomb that Rage gave me. So going into the match the two things I knew was the finish and the powerslam from Pogo, and that was it. Everything else, I just go with the flow that the match is having.

No because with that aspect a Ref (unless their green) should know what excatly is going on since they've been around long enough to know how to Ref a match properly. I think that part of it will still be a work and the Ref's will just be kept in the dark about the finish of the match.

Here are the results for the California Championship Wrestling show that happen on June 2nd. I didn't make the show due to Devil Mountain Wrestling having a free show on the same date and since that is my home promotion, I did DMW instead of CCW. So I copied these results directly from a CCW source. The next show is CCW's 1 year aniversity show and I can't wait for it!
-
*quick sidenote: I won't be Ref'ing this show, so I will post the results as soon as I can get them, hopefully within a day or two.* And if your in the Bay Area or Sacramento areas and want to see if your able to get CCW on Comcast's On-Demand service, here's how. 1. Go to channel 001 2. Click Bay on Demand (or whatever Sacramento on Demand is) 3. Click on Sports 4. Click on California Championsihp Wrestling 5. Enjoy some great California Championship Wrestling action!

Hot girls bleeding is upsetting? It's hardly like it's never been done before and when done properly, it works. Besides, they don't have to bleed to be a real gimmick match. The Cage match that had Lita vs...I forget who she faced, that happen in Tacoma back I think in 2003 (correct me if i'm wrong) was actually pretty good.

so i just bought the ppv. I'm looking forward to the ladder match and the RVD match the most. I'm also somewhat excited for the tables match as it has a lot of potential.

I'm sorta hit and miss on the Referee thing. Personnally I think a Ref should at least just know the finish of the match and then just go with the flow of the match, but I can understand where the WWE is coming from. 1. It will make all the workers (wrestlers and Refs) work extra hard to make the match work. 2. It will make the Refs look more legit as people who are suppose to enforce the rules, though it makes me wonder if a Ref will be informed if he will take a bump or not. as far as a wrestler not kicking out, or not letting go of a choke hold or something before the 5 count happens, the one golden rule I was told before I became a Ref was that if a wrestler didn't kick out or break the 5 count on his own, it's the wrestler's fault not the Ref's.

did the most powerful familes in wrestling dvd come out or is it coming out in the week or so? Highspots.com doesn't have it on their pre-order list anymore, so I'm just curious.
-
It's most likely because when Vince/Steph/HHH/Dunn..whoever else is in charge and calling the show thinks "extreme rules" they think gimmick's galore!
-
and I will believe it when i see it.

Child molester Tingle!! Seriously...would you send your kids in a store where a cleark was dressed like that? Sure! That way when they grow up, they have someone else besides me to blame for all of their problems. It's a win win situation. I get to go down as a decent to good parent and they will be totally blameless for being a loser. Victory all around. well played...well played indeed.

.....the only episode of season 3 that I saw was the last one that aired....and that was the first time I've actually watched Lost.
-
I think the Strecher match has a lot of potential as well......well maybe.
-
You know, even though it's watered down, Sandman still has one of the best enterances.
-
I didn't know he was spoiling anything...but shhhhhh anyways.

I'm going to watch Season 2 all the way through regardless of what anyone has to say about it. I would rather watch it all so I can fully understand why everything is happening rather than skipping episodes and assuming I know whats going on. Besides I already watched the first 3 episodes on the first disc...and I enjoyed it.
-
So I watched the entire first season over the weekend and I loved it. Myself and a friend really got into it and even though I normally hate when a show or a movie sorta forces you to sit through the entire thing so you can understand every thing that's going on, I didn't hate watching Lost at all. I enjoyed the multiple storylines and how it seems a lot of them are now crossing together. I think I'm going to start season 2 on Friday and I'm going to try and watch all of it throughout the weekend. I'm just hoping Season 2 will be just as good as season 1.

is Rob Van Dam wrestling on Sunday? The way it sounded tonight on ECW, (kayfabe wise) RVD will be able to wrestle on Sunday but yet I haven't heard anything about him having a match.
