Royal Rumble Anthology DVD Box Set

Ok, just to let you guys know, I'm going to leave some names out of this because I don't know if I'll get any heat for telling this story or not on a public wrestling message board forum. Never know whose reading these things. Anyways, so I heard this story from one of the former WWE names that was on the BAW show in McMinnville OR on the 16th. So a few years ago, someone was giving out viagra to the guys in the locker room. Well he eventually got caught and got put in wrestlers court. At one point Mae Young stands up and says "I don't know why you guys need that niagara?" Someone said "Niagra?". Mae replied with yeah "Niagara! That blue pill keeps you hard for a fucking week! No one needs to be hard for that long." Thats my Mae Young story. Pass that to your kin.

So not sure if this has already been posted or not, but the first 2 hours of the HOF will air on WWE.com at 7/6 central. Though I'm not sure if thats a live showing or not, so it could be 4 o'clock for those on the west coast, or we may just be stuck with the recorded feed.

The OAO Raw Hot Sell for WM 23 (March 26th)

It seems WWE is pushing that Edge or Randy Orton are the two biggest possiblites of winning the MITB match since that seems to be the major storyline with those two going into the match. Unless there's one on Smackdown I don't know about. I Haven't watched Smackdown for about 3 weeks now.

So I updated the first post again, but I also added the confirmed inductee's as well. I know who the rumored ones are but I will only add the confirmed ones.
  13. So after almost missing my flight (I woke up late), I flew from Portland and returned back to the Oakland airport, then I drove home to wash my Ref gear and try to get the blood out of my Ref shirt. On the way home, I stopped at a big 5 and bought a brand new Ref shirt just in case I didn't get the blood stains out when I got home. I already had 2 ref's shirt as it was, but one is a normal ref shirt while the other has a long zipper on it....and guess which one I prefer wearing, the one that doesn't have a long zipper on it, and that one had the blood stains on it so I bought another one that is the same excat one I perfer to wear. Anyways, around 3, I started making my way to CCW in Newman. Now Newman is quite a way aways from where I live now. So its a nice long drive down a few freeways/highways...but I have having an issue on the entire trip down there. At the end of year 2005, I got in a car accident that broke the piece of my car that holds my blinkers and my headlights. The piece broke on the passenger side of my car...and I haven't been able to get it repaired yet. I have the parts but its either expensive or I've just been to lazy to try and put the pieces on....and I'm also not to good with cars either, so my answer to my broken headlight and blinker? Duct tape the blinker into my car and since the headlight still works, just the casing is broken, put serriane wrap over the broken casing, so no water gets to the blub and breaks it when its on. Now the duct tape over the blinker was kinda wearing out a bit due to the odd cold and hot weather we've been having lately, and all the way down there, about ever 15 to 20 minutes my blinker would play peek-a-boo with me by popping up over the hood waving hi to me. So I would have to stop and put somew new duct tape on the blinker and car to hold the blinker in...but the roll of duct tape that I had in the trunk was old as well so the damn thing would keep popping up every 15 to 20 minutes. After about the 3rd time of playing peek-a-boo with my fucking blinker, I stopped at a Shell gas station that sold the small rolls of duct tapes for cars, so I bought the last 3 rolls of duct tape and then preceeded to duct tape the hell of my blinker and car....save to say, it stayed in the rest of the trip there and then the trip to Rocky afterwards. I got the arena just before 6, I said my hellos and then went back to the locker room to get changed again. The Ref's for the show was me and Guido and a new guy whose name escapes me at the moment...I think it was Casey, though I'm not sure. It was good to work with Guido again, I didn't really like working with the last Ref CCW used at last months show. Something just didn't sit well with him, so yeah working with Guido again was a breathe of freash air. The other Ref, Casey, was really new to the scene, so new infact this was going to be his first time Ref'ing! So before the show started me and Guido went over differant things with Casey to make sure he had an idea on what he would be doing. Then the show started at 7 and on we went. I had the opening match of the night which was a triple threat. It was Ryan Drago vs El Chupacbabra vs Kenny K with his manager Shawn Stevens. This was also my first time doing a triple threat. Everything went really well as I just stayed out of there way and let them do their thing. Ryan Dragon won the match after Chupi submitted to a figure four leglock. After the match Drago kept attacking Chupiacabra's knee until I backed Drago off Chupi. Afterwards I helped Chuupacabra back to the locker room. The next match I did was a tag team match. It was The Reno Boys (Luster the Legend and Malachi) w/ Buddy Sotello Esquire vs The Rock Legend Scum Adam Thornstowe and "Showtime" Shane Dynasty who holds the Dead Fed title (Formerly the GZW title....that promotion just died after having..umm issues, yeah I'll just use that word.) The backstory of this match was that Buddy Sotello managed both Adam Thornstowe and Shane Dynasty but couldn't produce what he promised both guys and that would be the CCW Heavyweight title that Vinnie Massaro holds, so both Adam and Shane fired Buddy and now we have this match. This match was crazy and I had already knew it would have been, when you have bad blood between so many people, its going to be a crazy match....and I was right. The match was your pretty standard tag match as both Malachi and Luster kept Shane Dynasty away from his partner and kept working him over. Adam kept trying to get into the ring to make the save but I had to keep cutting him off as he never made the tag. After a little while, Shane made a clean clear tag to Adam then everything went crazier, as all 4 men had gone to the outside. So now I have to deal with Luster the Legend, Buddy Sotello, Malachi, Adam Thornstowe and Shane Dynasty all fighting outside while I have to keep an eye on Buddy Sotello who just happen to be right next to all 4 men fighting. Then all of a sudden when I thought I was getting all 4 guys back in the ring, Shane and Adam threw Malachi in a bunch of chairs, as I was tending to Malachi I looked up into the ring and Adam was pinning Luster so I slid back in and made the 1...2...3. Annoucing that both Shane Dynasty and Adam Thronstowe as the winners of the tag match. After that took place, for some reason The Reno Boys were about to kick Buddy Sotello's ass and after a few minutes...and Buddy's crying and begging, The Reno Boys let Buddy go and we went back to the locker room. That was my final match for the night so afterwards I went and put my street clothes back on. It was diffently a fun show and I had fun doing both matches. After the show was over, I said my good byes and started making my way to Oakland so I could do the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and that was my wrestling show weekend. I have so much fun working for BAW and CCW but unfortuanily I won't be doing BAW in OR in April as it's getting a bit pricey for me, so I'm going to skip this month's show to save money for the show in May, but of course I'll post a pre-view when BAW puts one out. I really hope you guys are enjoying my stories about being on the road and working the indy scene....and if your not....to bad. :0)
  14. Sorry about the results being late, the BAW website didn't post them until just the other day, so here they are. Day 1, Friday March 16th. Match 1: Christopher Ryseck challanged Ryan Caden, but when Caden came out he came out with a group of people. Caden came with Jeremy Blanchard, CW Bergstrom, and The Cosmic River...and Cosmic River was the Ref! Winner: Ryan Caden Match 2: After the match between Ryseck and Cade was over, Wage Reichton came out and attacked Ryan Caden, then the Ref called for the bell starting Ryan Caden vs Wage Reichton Winner: Wage Reichton Match 3: Raven vs The Tonga Kid Winner: The Tonga Kid won via pinfall after hitting a leg drop on Raven. Match 4: It was Superstar Shane Matthews vs J.B. Luce in a re-match from the BAW show prior to this one. At the last show, these two had a match that I Ref'ed and Luce lost after Matthews rolled Luce up for me to make the count. Luce complained that Matthews grabbed the tights and so a re-match was set and guess what...I'M THE REF FOR IT! Winner: Superstar Shane Matthews via pinfall. After the match was over, Luce complained to me how Matthews hit Luce in the head with something. Though I never saw Matthews have anything in his hand, and me and Luce went back to the locker room arguing. Match 5: Vic The Bruiser vs The Big Ugly and I'm the Ref. Winner: Vic The Brusier via pinfall; Big Ugly had Vic in a corner and went to splash him but Vic quickly moved out of the way and got behind Ugly to win via school boy. Match 6: Hailey Hatred vs Kassy Summers Winner: Kassy Summers by pinfall After Kassy got the pinfall win, Hailey attacked Kassy, with brought out Daffney. Haily and Daffney got into a CATFIGHT. I ran out to help the other ref clear the ring. I held back Hailey as the other Ref held back Daffney. I think at one point it almost looked like me and Hailey were cuddling. Random thought. Match 7: Damballah vs New Jack w/ Daffney and I got to Ref this one. This was my first Hardcore match. This match was sick! A Stapler Gun, a bone, a stun gun, and a MOTHERFUCKING sickle was used in this match! Winner: New Jack won via pinfall after New Jack came flying off the top turnbuckle hitting Damballah with a chair. Match 8: D-Lo Brown vs Helfyre winner: D-Lo Brown after hitting the sky high. Match 9 was suppose to be Flash Flanagin (sp?) vs Brian Chistopher (Brian Lawler) but Christopher was no where to be found, so the match was cancelled. Match 10: Rosey (super hero in training) vs Bubba Blanchard Winner: Rosey Day 2, Saturday March 17th. (now I wasn't there for this show, so the results might be kinda vague) Match 1: Lil Nasty Boy vs Outlaw Winner: Lil' Nasty Boy Match 2: Ryan Caden vs Helfyre Winner: Helfyre Match 3: Flash Flanigen vs Vic The Bruiser Winner: Flash Match 4: The Tonga Kid vs D-Lo Brown Winner: D-Lo Brown Match 5: Superstar Shane Matthews vs Rosey (Super Hero In Training) Winner: Rosey Match 6: Wage gets a bye in the tournament Match 7: In a re-match from the night before, Kassy Summers vs Haily Hatred, Daffney is the Ref. Winner: Haily Hatred Match 8: New Jack vs Damballah in a re-match, Results: No contest Match 9: The Big Ugly vs Rikishi Winner: Rikishi Match 10: To crown the first BAW Heavyweight Champion, It was D-Lo Brown vs Wage Reichton Winner and NEW BAW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, D-LO BROWN!!!! Match 11: In a non-sanctioned Lights out match it was The Blanchards and Christopher Ryseck vs Dante, The Cosmic River, and JB Luce Winner: The Blanchards and Ryseck The next BAW Show is on April 20th, in McMinnville OR, I'll post a pre-view once the BAW site puts one up. One already schduled for the show, BUFF BAGWELL!
  15. On March 16th and 17th BAW will hold a two day tournament in McMinnville OR to crown the first ever BAW Heavyweight Champion. Here's who they have listed so far to appear at the show. Rikishi, The Tonga kid, Rosy (Super Hero In Training, 3 minute warning), D-Lo Brown, Flash Flanigan, Brian Lawler (Brian Christopher), New Jack, Raven, Daffeny (though I think she might be going by a differant name now.), Caden Matthews, Wage Reichten, Helfyre, The Big Ugly JD Bishop, Shane Matthews, JB Luce, and I'll be Ref'ing on the show as well! Plus there will be a woman's match and a future star (BAW Rookies) match as well. The show takes place on March 16th and 17th at the McMinnville National Guard Armory in McMinnvile OR. Prices are; Ringside $12.00, General $10.00, Kids $5.00, and if you have a military ID you get two dollars off. I'll post results after the two shows are over as I won't have my laptop while I"m out there. (its freaking surreal to be on the same shows as all these guys, I'm so very lucky to be apart of BAW.)

    Risk of Blood Diseases

It does, thats why a ring is cleaned before a show, and if there's blood or its all slippery or something that happens during the show the ring is cleaned again, and the ring is cleaned again before it's taken down by the end of the night. Locker rooms aren't all that bad, I mean its not like people are going back there bleeding all over everyone and doing other nasty things to other people in the locker room....unless Lita is there.

    Risk of Blood Diseases

    1. I've only been knocked out by a chair once, so no brain damage there. 2. Well I found out about the New Jack match about 20 minutes before it was going to take place. There's nothing like the other Ref coming up to you and going "Oh hey, your going to Ref New Jack's match."

    Risk of Blood Diseases

Umm maybe I can answer some questions. I'm a Ref for Pro Wrestling. man, I sorta wish you didn't say that, I just Ref'ed a New Jack match near Portland on Friday...blood fucking everywhere. Here's sorta the thing, in UFC and whatever else that may be a shoot fight, someone bleeding pretty much happens in every match and its unpredictable when someone is going to bleed or not bleed and normally the UFC ref's are right next to the fight, keeping an eye on it or they also check the wound by touching it to make sure that fighter can still go, thats why I think they wear the gloves all the time As far as WWE/Wrestling Ref's go, Ref's really know when someone is going to bleed on purpose or not. Unless its hardway, and hardway bleeding is un-predictable. Now when I did New Jack's match on Friday, I knew there was going to be blood....its a fucking New Jack match, I would be shocked if there wasn't going to be blood. Now I didn't wear gloves and thats just because, if all of a sudden I went out there wearing latex gloves and the crowd saw me with the gloves, their going to sorta wondering why I'm wearing the gloves and might think someone is going to bleed during the match and thats why I'm wearing them. Now if the crowd starts thinking someone is going to bleed and someone DOESN'T bleed during the match, then the crowd might get let down...or they may start thinking since I'm wearing the gloves, they might automatically think, someone is going to start bleeding during the match. Which may or may not hurt the match, depending on how you look at it. Plus after the match is over and if I have blood on my hands or face, I get my ass to a near by sink, and wash the hell out of my hands and face to make sure I have no blood on me and when I get back to the hotel room, I take a shower as a double check kind of thing. I'm not, but that doesn't mean that there aren'r other Ref's who are. It really just depends on the person. Though its a good idea and maybe I should take a class on that. I'm more worried when paramedics aren't paid to be at the show just in case something goes wrong and I'm in the middle of the ring with someone whose having some sort of health issue and its up to me to take care of them for a little while until we can get some professional help but I really pray that never ever happens to me or anyone else. Can I answer any more questions or clear anything else up?
  19. He also forgot to add how marketable Sandman, Sabu, and RVD all are as well. Lets be honest, if all 3 of them had the right kind of push that gave them a lot of merchindise, their shirts and whatever else would sell.

    7 minutes of Spiderman 3

So I bought the new Toyfare magazine (Magazine that covers action figures and other toys) and they covered the new toys for Spiderman 3. They had the Venom figure and it seems that the symboite might actually mimmick the black suit look after it molds onto Brock. I could be wrong but thats what it got from the action figure thats from the movie.

"Wheel of Morality, turn, turn, turn, tell us the lesson that we should learn" We use that line as a call back line over at Rocky Horror. I loved the Animaniacs just because the cartoon really started with the secret adult humor that just made it so great. Now I really want to go out and get the dvds.

So are you going to be just as pist, if not more when the symboite leaves the body host and goes back to Parker and Venom pretty much dissappears? Well...I was wrong about that whole thing.

    oAo ECW on SciFi 3/20/2007

WTF do you mean, the crowd was dead for it? I heard multiple 'CM Punk' chants throughout the match......and multiple 'Boring' chants for Lashley's match as well. So you tell me which match the crowd cared less about. Also, I like Punk's finisher (he needs to call it something, not sure if he'll just use Go 2 Sleep or a different name). If he encounters a wrestler who's too large to use it on, he could transition back to the Vice. so there was about a couple of chants for Punk, other than that, crowd mainly sat on their hands for the match.

So many things wrong with this quote. Not a bad show tonight, RVD/Sabu tag match was hot, missed the Snitsky squash, Punk vs Holly was decent but crowd was DEAD for it, Dreamer vs Burke was kept short, and Lashley vs Masters was smartly kept short. Nothing to bad about tonights show.
