I'm all for Burke vs RVD again. The last time the two had a match it was pretty decent, other than Burke screwing up the finish. Hopefully the two get an actual finish (doubtful) with some more time than they had last time the two had a match. The real question for tonight is, will ECW continue with their string of good shows?

Booker or Batista to ECW? I'm guessing neither. I'm thinking that the WWE will still call these ppvs (for awhile at least) single brand ppvs and they'll slowly be adding guys from the other brands on the ppvs and Cena's just on it because he'll be the guy from a different brand that they'll be promoting the most. Though I wonder if they'll put any ECW guys on the show, other than Lashley. If you take a closer look at the poster, you'll note it says "World Wrestling Entertainment Presents" instead of the usual "Single Brand Presents" and all three logos are at the bottom. I did notice that, but I sorta thought nothing of it.

Back when I up in WA, I did a show with the ICW in Tacoma. There was one fan who had to be in his 30's, who was being the most vocal when it came to heckling the wrestlers and the one all the heels picked out to heckle. After the show was over, as we were taking down the ring, we heard Steve Austin's WWE music playing and we started to look around and it was the same fan, driving past us, very slowly, BLARING the Steve Austin enterance music, staring us all down. It really was a site to see.

If it didn't bother you, you wouldn't have posted about it. Just because Beniot isn't on tv all that much doesn't mean much, they probably just can't figure out what to do with him and the U.S. Title. There's a lot of other things going on with Smackdown and the U.S. Title is probably tucked away in a dark corner while the Smackdown writers are more worried about pushing other people and angles, which is sad. WWE should really focus on pushing each title before other stupid angles and gimmicks, but they don't. Instead they worry more about pushing the world titles then all the other titles just get pushed at random times. A few months ago it was IC title and the tag titles, now its the Cruiserweight title and just the Raw tag titles...sorta. I haven't really watched Smackdown all that much so I'm not sure if they're still pushing the Smackdown tag titles since No Way Out.

Nope. The timeframe I was talking about was way before Haas temed back up with Shelton, and I also told her I was black. I told her it was the months leading up to WM 22. complete bullshit If the "old" ECW fans didn't shit on everything from day 1 maybe they wouldn't have done this. The fans are not members of the booking team. But they are very loud and very vocal and if you don't think those who are watching won't hear them and follow in toe to what they're chanting or doing, your mistaken. If fans, of any form of entertainment, are given a lousy product then it deserves to be criticized. Thats why, if you don't trust the fans not to shit on the product, you avoid that area for a little while until you figure out a way to improve your product to their liking.

Well thats what they get for using duct tape & hand towels as turnbuckles production wise it looked like it had the budget of a public access show. Too bad I was starting to get into the PWG and Dragon Gate guys characters. I really don't think that was the problem at all. I think the main problem is that they only had a half an hour show, they had 300 camera cuts in one show and 250 of those camera cuts were of the crowd. I think that was two of the main problems. I also think the hardcore element might have been an issue as well. For example, that battle royal they had during the first show, all the hardcore highspots happen right after one another, the show and the matches really had no pacing when it came to stuff like that.

I was wondering why Vince just didn't have the ref open the door to let Umaga in so Holly and Umaga could just double team Lashley until the 5 minutes were up. Lashley didn't have to loose by pinfall or anything, just have him loose by the 5 minute gimmick but make him look strong during the end of it, so it still puts him over a bit.

I'm not trying to sound like a dick here, but who honestly didn't see this coming?
