So I get to Ref again on the 28th for California Championship Wrestling. It will be my 2nd time getting to be a Ref for a wrestling show and it'll my Referee debut for CCW.

I read Frontline #7 today and for those who don't know in #6, Speedball was shot by someone while he and She-hulk was on their way to a congressional hearing. Frontline #7 pretty much covered what happen to Speedball after he was shot and now without really telling what happen, Speedball is either dead or has his powers back and the Green Goblin pumpkin bombed the hell out of this building that was full of Namor's people and Wonderman. The intresting about this is that Wonderman was scoping the buidling out and asked for back up when he realized that it was full of Namor's people (sorry, I have no clue how to spell their race correctly.) and when he saw someone flying toward the building, he asked who was sent and was told that his backup was still 9 minutes away and thats when Wonderman reazlied it was Goblin and then was told that Goblin was not the backup. Then Goblin bombed the hell out everyone.

Maybe say you don't have reliable transprtation to take you to and from the courthouse, as well as nobody that can take you to and from the courthouse. You could always just skip out, as many people did when I had J.D. I've heard some people say they skipped out and nothing ever happened to them. Of course if you go this route you could be heavily fined or thrown in jail for contempt of court. I guess the question you have to ask yourself is how badly to you want to get out of j.d.? My mom has actually skipped out on quite a few jury duty's here and there and nothing has happen to her at all. And an update about my sitution: So I called Jury Duty Services yet again tonight and I was told that I was not needed and I won't have it again for at least a year. I'm happy that I didn't have to go but I'm frustrated I had to wait like that to be told that I wasn't needed.

Same here, isn't worth the trouble.

How is it that EB and Gamestop are getting limited numbers when Nintendo has been advertising that the U.S. will get a hell of a lot so there won't be any shortage for the holiday season? I think Gamestop/EB is bullshitting about that.

20 Good Years was just John Lithgow overracting with an annoying laughtrack that roared at every line he delivered. I like Lithgow but he was too much. Awful show, won't last. It's funny that you say that, because I competely thought the same thing, just in reverse.

Sorry, I forgot to join the league. Just signed up. Using "Todd Grisham's a tool!" as my team this year. I'm in 18th place this time. Carlito really didn't help me, I'm very surprised he wasn't used. Little Bastard is sorta a hit or miss kinda guy. He's good for a few points here and there, but sometimes he'll rack up a lot. Sandman is sorta the same way.

Thats what I planned on doing. I'm going to tell them I really need the money but like I said the problem lies with the fact I'm on call. When I'm suppose to call, its just a machine letting me know whats going on for the next day. When I'm schduled for a interview is when I talk to a actual person, I think. Like I said, this is my first time serving jury duty, so I have no idea how it works.
