The only thing that crossed my mind while reading this was: "What the fuck?"

I do think that the NWA titles (Heavyweight, X-divison, and tag titles) are "defended" on other shows thats not TNA. I actually think the X-divison title has been defended over at PWG quite a few times. The WWE (WWWF, WWF) and the NWA world titles are looked as the highest titles you can really get. I know some of you think differantly, but honestly, if you ask any wrestler today what title they would like to hold, it would be a WWE or NWA title. Now you won't all agree with me, and I understand that, I'm not going to say your wrong but I'm not going to say your right either. The reason why I consider the WWE world title along with the NWA world title the two highest belts a wrestler can get is because in the states those are the two top promotions someone can work for, in the United States. ROH is close to being up there, but until ROH can get on national tv, which means all over the US, ROH will just be looked at as a indy promotion. Thats also my own personnal opinion, just like for some of you its your own personnal opinion that the ROH title is the highest title a wrestler can get. I'm not counting Japenesse/mexican promotions because I don't follow wrestling japan and mexico.

WWE's title is considered the WORLD's title. I don't care what anyone says but the WWE title is considered the highest belt you can get, barnone.

I'm going to buy it. I'm hoping they do a dvd set for other titles as well. A History of the IC and tag title belts could be awesome.

Has anyone seen Scanner Darkly yet? It looks intresting but I want to hear some reviews before I pay 10 bucks to go see this movie.

Sucks for Lashley but HELLS YES for Regal vs Finlay but since its WWE booking, I don't think it will be as good as it should be. Man I"m really considering ordering the PPV. Regal vs Finlay and Booker T winning the title could (should) be great things to see.

How does that list not have E.T.? The list is flawed!

I rented it and beat it....it's a rental, don't buy it. I only played the single player because I heard the multi-player is really confusing with all the lifts and whatnot. Anyways, the single player is a good story but its short and the last couple of boss fights are not challanging. Just rent it.

I picked up Civil War #3 today, along with a few tie-ins that came out this week. Here are my thoughts, spoilers will be a yellow bar. Civil War #3 Pick this one up if your following the series. I won't spoil much here but here's the main thing happens. X-Factor I don't know what it is, but I'm just not getting into this X-factor tie-in. For those who don't know whats going on X-Men This one got to the point and fast could be intresting Deadpool and Cable I liked this comic and it really made me a fan of Deadpool. Also Civil War She-Hulk #8 and the Illumanti, Road to Civil War got re-printed, and the Daily Bugle newspaper came out..I also picked those up as well.

I try to stay under 15 bucks, if anything I do stay under 20 dollars.

I wouldn't say that just yet. I think Vince and co are experimenting with getting a good formula for the show. You notice last weeks show was pretty much all wrestling with very little of the "entertainment" value while this week's show had less wrestling and more of the "entertainment" value. The formula for the ECW shows keep changing every week. So I would wait before saying Vince is now going to go with the formula of last nights show.

Yep that's Prime! I like it. It'll sell toys, which is the main purpose of this movie. Soooo apprently MTV pimped out Prime....wonderful. Rando I agree with you, Prime should be a red and blue flat cab truck!

I can give you another radio show to get hooked on if your up for it....and chances are you WILL get hooked to it. The Doghouse Anyways back to M. Night Shamaladingdog, I haven't watched his movies since I saw "signs". I was so pist off that the movie built you up for something to happen and nothing happen. Unbreakable was a great movie but ever since Signs I have had no desire to see another M. Night film.

You can always get your dvds from Highspots.com. I'm pretty sure they ship to Canada.

It's not as impressive as one would think at first. "Eureka" had the highest rated series telecast in Sci Fi Channel history according to the Sci Fi press release, giving ECW a huge lead-in for the night. No wonder ECW didn't lose much ground. Thanks Mr. Negitive! Weather it had a lead in or not doens't matter. For the show being on at 11, thats still good numbers.

I'm surprised they are giving Punk good treament, especially since Heyman lost all control and they just rushed Knox out there. Punk, is getting his character built up and they are milking the in-ring debut so that it'll mean something. You also have to look at it like this, CM Punk is really well known through the indy scene and Vince realizes this. Vince knows that there are a lot of hardcore/internet/smart mark fans out there even through he thinks the ECW fanbase is so tiny, he knows theres good amount of his crowd are smart fans. Mike Knox could be rushed out there because no one really knew him. CM Punk on the other hand is pretty well known and they are doing the right thing by not rushing Punk out. If anything its making people want to tune in so they can see Punk's first televised ECW match. As lon as they build him up correctly and his first match isn't a squash but rather a competitve match, Punk will be on the right track. This won't happen but if they could stretch out Punk's debut until Kurt Angle comes back...that's an instant feud right there. They won't need to touch the sXe stuff, but it could be there hanging in the background because that fanbase you just referenced will see it. It'd be an unspoken element. It would be built similarly to Hart/Austing except this time, the young heel gets the victory. That could possibly work if maybe Angle was doing the open challange thing but it can't happen unless Angle came back in two weeks or sooner. CM Punk vs Angle is something that really needs to be set up and Punk should really be established with the fan base before something like that happens. Just throwing out a Punk vs Angle feud right away won't draw a good amount of fans. It'll draw the hardcore fans but the general fans need to be intrested as well. You missed the point, I said build it like Austin/Hart was. While Hart was gone, Austin mocked him and questioned Bret's ability and declared himself the better of the two. That's what Punk should be doing. Tell us that Angle took a leave of absence because he was burnt out, mock him for leaving and hiding from the future such as CM Punk. Eventually that would draw Angle back and in his first back, he faces Punk who finally steps in the ring and Punk proves himself. Punk is one of the very few guys who can build an entire storyline by himself. He will require more then 30 seconds each week. If you delay the in-ring debut of Punk, those new fans along with the smark fanbase will want it more and it becomes that much more important once it happens. Ah ok, I understand now. I still think a Punk vs Angle feud should happen later down the road through.

Wrestlers with extreme heat and where and why it started?..

The only person Matt Hardy should be mad at is himself. How could he not know that he would be turned into a jobber once returing. If Hardy thought he would get a strong push, he's blind as a bat. -
The short answer is because, while he is making a modest profit doing things the way he is, Vince could be making a SHITLOAD more if he were smart about it. I don't know about that. Vince does like good wrestling... look at Bret Hart for an example. It's just that Vince knows what makes moneyand works for the majority of his fans, and he'll stick to it. Also add in the fact that he has no direct competition... he can now do the things that humor him the most. Vince does like and understand the wrestling side of Pro Wrestling, but for the past few years, for some reason Vince has got it in his mind that Entertainment (skits, and tv drama) is better than wrestling and that fans are tuning in for the entertainment element not the pro wrestling element. Also with Vince, NO ONE can tell him he's wrong on something. If someone does, they either demoted or fired. In Vince's world, he's king and no one else can tell him otherwise. I think one day Vince will wake up and look at his product and realize its bad and will try to change it for the better but until then...Pro Wrestling in the WWE and the fans are fucked. The only guy you had who could challenge Vince was Patterson, but he's gone now. The only guy who will save wrestling in the mainstream is Triple H... that is once Vince passes on. Actually I think Patterson came back but has a small small role now in the company and the reason Patterson left the first time was because he tried to talk to Vince about the product and quit because Vince wouldn't listen. HHH could change the product, because lets face it HHH is smart when it comes to the product but Miss Stephanie could be a problem.

Oh God I hope your joking.

Hey whatever gets me more fantasy points from the Sandman. I'm hoping for at least 10 cane shots tonight.
