OH NO YOU DIDN'T

Helpful for people like me with bad memories. The commercial that got a huge thumbs down from me was the protective cockatiel. Horrible.

Celtics 11 titles (with 8 in a row) in 13 seasons or UCLA 10 titles (with 7 in a row) in 12 seasons Nothing else comes close Also of historic note: In UCLA's 10 title games, they never played the same team twice. In the Celtics 11 titles, they played the (then St Louis) Hawks 3 times and the Lakers 7 times

Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your naaaaaaame Also, thinking about it, I've attempted to indoctrinate myself into a couple other forums (outside the "triangle") and I can attest to what Tack said.

BigDaddy.com What I don't get is how the NFL and Fox decided not to air that Bud Light commercial that's on their website (the one alluding to the Breast-That-Launched-1000-Censors but didn't have any nudity or even a hint of "indecency") but did choose to air this one

You're confusing FG/AD with Simpsons/Futurama
-
I think the mom will end up being revealed as the real family center behind the big tough dad, just like Lois and Marge have been the centers of strength in their families rather than the dad
-
The first thing that stood out to me was the almost exact same family makeup, with the out-of-it Dad, two teen kids and alien taking the place of Brian (the goldfish, so far, seems useless IMO and I think the show could do without it). The situation with school also reminded me of Peter getting involved with Meg and Chris's school in his own wacky ways. You could try to chalk it up to "a series of mere coincidences", but considering the source, it's hard to discount them at the same time. EDIT: Maniac also made some good points
-
The big difference though was at least Groening aimed for something totally different with Futurama. This seems to be Seth carbon copying FG. Like someone else said, I think the copying came from the fact that Seth intended for this to be FG2 before Fox actually decided to resurrect FG

Ironically enough, my favorite commercial as of late (Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper with the Muppets song) was absent during the "showing older commercials when we've run out of new shit" period
-
In Bradshaw's defense, he was his own offensive coordinator
-
I never saw the internet pilot, but when I saw the character descriptions last week I thought there were too many similarities with FG. Rather hit and miss, I also give it a C/5.0/whatever grading system have you

The only ones I can even remember were the Kinkos Top 10 commercial and all the chimp Career Builder ones

Hah, the NFL wouldn't air that Bud Light commercial spot, but allowed the GoDaddy.com commercial Interesting
-
I would've invited them in for a salted nut roll
-
I had it last season but I don't plan on getting it again, mostly just because I didn't get to use it as much as I thought I would Also, server lag can be really bad at times, especially on big games like Sox-Yanks

Aren't most New Yorkers seen as assholes by the rest of the US?

You'd think being likened to DH would be insulting in itself -
