I recognize sports dynasty's importance to the history of sports, but just like NL said, I've always tended to hate the dynasties I've experienced heretofore (49ers, Cowboys, Bulls, Yankees, Lakers) and this is the first time it's happened to a team I like.

Kotz is going to redesign HD to his own whim now. Thankfully, he has a couple friends to call for help

Also, listening to sports radio for the last couple of days, I swear the NFL can't win for losing these last few years. 2-3 years ago: "Parity sucks! We want to see a dominant dynasty like SF or Dallas!" Today: "The Pats dynasty sucks! We want to see new teams getting a shot every year!"
-
I think the problem is, after three previous failed attempts to reach the SB, Philly will be in a "happy just to be here" mode, whereas the Pats have the "been there, done that, but ready to do it again" attitude That's one of the reasons why I think NE wins easy

Nope, although could make an argument for Super Bowl XIII and XIV. Super Bowl XIII was one of the greatest ever with the Steelers beating the Cowboys 35-31 and then in Super Bowl XIV the Rams actually were up 19-17 going into the 4th before the Steelers took over and won 31-19. XIV is an underrated classic. The Rams had the worst record ever for a SB team (to date) at 9-7, but kept the three-SB-titles-in-five-years Steelers on the ropes for most of the game before succumbing in the fourth quarter. Plus it had Jack Youngblood playing on a broken leg.

Namath is one of if not the most overrated player ever. He essentially rode his SB3 win into the hall. He has 47 more INTs than TDs for goodness sakes (173-220)

That was my point I should have said "I wish I had $70K to burn in the first place"

I best remember Chester Thompson for taking over the Genesis drums when Collins moved to the mic, and Aynsley Dunbar for playing with Journey during their proggier experimental days. As for the Zappa drummers, Bozzio was good, no doubt, but my preference leans towards Wackerman. He kept some insane time sigs (as per Zappa, of course) and has been damn good in everything I've heard from him. Most Zappa fans haven't forgiven him for using Simmons electronic drums during the '84 tour though.
