Says you. I should boot you for keeping that horrible unger pic fresh in my mind

Yawn. Same could be said the other way around... Tonight we're gonna party like it's 1865! Great, then Canada doesn't exist and we don't have to worry anymore

Bump I avoided this thread until I saw the movie, and yet was unsurprised that over 75% of the thread was about OTHER animated movies... As for the movie itself... Goods: - Animation quality, what can I say (especially, as someone noted earlier, the little things, like hair detail) - Nice intermingling of dark heavy plot with the light-hearted humor. Definitely not a pure kiddy film. - The jungle chase with Dash came off as a nice tribute to the speeder bike chase in Return of the Jedi Bads: - I didn't care much for the dark goth daughter, but thankfully her role was fairly limited anyway - NOT ENOUGH SAMUEL JACKSON.

The rules state that any mid-major ranked in the top 6 gets a BCS berth. Cal could be ranked 3rd and still get shut out. The rule only applies to mid-majors? Well, now I'm not so confused anymore, at least. This last weekend I was trying to figure out how the top 6 teams all get automatic bids while the 4 conference champs also get automatic bids, since that wouldn't always add up to at most 8 slots. As for the big picture, I'm torn... On the one hand, two BCS busters = GOOD On the other, no Pac-10/Big-10 Rose Bowl = BAD ...though that's just the traditionalist in me talking, since Cal/Michigan doesn't really interest me near as much as other possible matches from the Pac-10 (esp. a not-possible USC-Michigan rematch from last year)

I saw that last night, but I thought his dad sheared him clean back when they won two in a row

It looks like a snake and/or dragon

That may have been true at the beginning of the series, but just as most of the cast has descended into self-parody (e.g. Homer going from regular everyman to exagerated asshole) so has Lisa (going from voice of reason to overly preachy girl)

Am I the only one who sees the irony in Internet Tough Guy Banky getting all over the players' asses for this?

I don't think I'll ever understand Dylan/Lennon love at all

Thank you Iowa At least one football team from Wisconsin chokes when I need them to
-
The Hawkeyes are doing a good job of helping Michigan back into the Rose Bowl
-
Damn that was funny... What was the end result of the incident anyway?
-
Losing to our biggest rival is hardly an "oh well" loss, IMO Though a trip to the Rose Bowl anyway (come on Iowa) would soothe the pain enough
-
I'm not just talking about the recent history of the rivalry. Alabama/Auburn is always mentioned as one of the top rivalries in all of college football (usually with Michigan/OSU and OU/Nebraska) and as I said, I just don't feel it
-
I dunno why, but I just can't get into the "big" rivalry of Alabama/Auburn It's not because I'm not a big SEC guy, since I can get into other rivalries from there (e.g. Tenn/Florida), but I just don't feel this one at all
