Last XMas I drove through the Florida panhandle on I-10... the weather was beautiful (60 degrees IIRC) and the scenery made the drive fly by That's the kind of weather I wish I had right now... I hate summer

I see a lot more shaved-headed men then I do scragglers Plus it's much easier to shave your head and keep it that way than it is to grow it out and keep it that way, so I wouldn't call it distinctive.
