In defense of MNF, Parity has killed MNF in the last couple years because they're scheduling for the most part based on either a team's previous years performance or expectations to improve, along with possible storylines (Parcells returning to NY) or big rival games (KC-Oakland-Denver, Philly-Tampa, GB-Chicago) 3 games with both the SB participants, 3 with the NFC runner up, one with the AFC runner up, and a number of playoff teams getting at least one game. Not ABC's fault those teams wind up sucking the next year

Agreed. Who cares if both teams overall have sucked for the last decade (though Navy stepped it back up this year) First, these men will go on to do a great service for our country. Second, their intensity for this game means a lot of heart will be going into this. Unlike other colleges where players can up-and-out into the pros, these men are in the football trenches for five long years, which means feelings run deep. Hats off to both teams.

I'm somewhat torn on the Big XII title game, as I'm a big KSU fan, but I like OU too If KSU wins, they finally make it to a big bowl game (unless the BCS just totally goes out of their way to screw them)... but then OU probably misses the title game (there's still a chance they could make it due to other issues)... but if OU loses and certain cards fall, Michigan can go to the title game and... <head spins>

In defense of the Pats loss to the Bills, that was largely because after Milloy got dumped two weeks before the regular season, he skipped on over to Buffalo a week before their game, complete with playbook still in his head. I doubt the rematch will be anything like the first game
