Huge ammounts of police swarming "Neverland"...
Slayer replied to Downhome's topic in Current Events
Damn And he wasn't that bad looking in the first pic You'd be hardpressed to believe this is the same man now -
<preps up for a hell of a day in college football> I'm not automatically putting KSU in the Big XII title game yet. Missouri is the kind of team that'll come up and bite you in the ass if you're overlooking them.

"Nature Boy" Ric Flair, lvl 20 Druid
-
Why did they call him the "Nature Boy"? He doesn't look like a ranger to me
-
Something tells me (or maybe it's just hope deep inside) that if this indeed should bomb, combined what happened to Grinch, that Geisel's work will not be touched by Hollywood live-action pundits ever again.

I'm curious now to see the Choken One's gallery of facial hair
-
Pick a facial hair style and stick with it
-
Wow, nice to see they've moved beyond the early 80's stuff and into the late-80's arcade classics

Wasn't that match on the Triple H DVD? Just curious-I don't own it, nor have the desire to buy it to find out. -Ben Flair-Steamboat I = Chi-town Rumble, Steamboat wins title Flair-Steamboat II = CoC VI, 2/3 falls Flair-Steamboat III = Wrestle War, Flair regains belt (this was the one on Trip's DVD and it's on this one too)
-
<takes Syphillis> Thanks, I'll bring her home in the morning
-
Minor complaint #2: They show the buildup to Flair-Steamboat I, but they never show how Steamboat won the title.

Why is he called "the Deadman"? I mean, if he was dead, he couldn't be a wrestler, right?
-
Addend to my earlier post: A couple years ago I read an article somewhere (someone can probably find it, but I'm not interested enough to hunt) about a bunch of long-running TV shows that bombed in their first seasons, but were given the chance to come through. The only ones I can remember though were Cheers and Full House. And I can already hear the jokes about that second one, but really, someone(s) had to be watching for it to be on for 8 seasons <leaves door open said jokes>

I was referring to '99 And I'm sure it wasn't the debut too, since I missed it due to moving
-
I don't watch much prime time anymore either, but dayum, it seems like networks are axing shows earlier and earlier now I remember in my young days how a not-so-great show would still at least get a full season's run before getting decapped. Oh well... Hollywood = teh black hole

I was reading through some wrestling history and got to 1990 WWF and remembered this woman here who was essentially brought in to make Dusty Rhodes look even more foolish. But I've never seen her anywhere else before or after, until they mentioned her death (whenever that was). Was she an obscure indy wrestler , or was she just some random woman Vince brought in off the streets for a couple of months before kicking her right back out again?
