    Brain Teaser

the last guy can see the first two's hat. if they were both black, he would know his is white.. he didnt say anything, guy in midle can see guy infront has a black hat, and if guy in back isn't saying anything, then he has to be wearing the white hat... For your riddle to work, you have to mention that the prisoners were told there were 2 black hats and 1 white hat.

    Answer this question,

Last time I flew to Canada, they said that I needed a passport, and I did have to show it at customs. It's a good idea to take it just in case.

    And So it Begins

So, Polanco could be awarded up to $5M through arbitration. To be a utility infielder. Ed Wade once again shows that he is a completely useless GM. He refuses to spend money on a good pitcher and then blows 5 million on a utility player.

    Terrell Owens

The Eagles still make the Super Bowl even without TO. No NFC team in the playoffs has a better D than the Eagles, and even without TO the offense is much improved over this time last year. The only way the Eagles don't make it is if McNabb or Westbrook go down.

What have people gotten others for Xmas?

I got my brother tickets to the Eagles Cowboys game next weekend. I think that's a pretty sweet gift. Got myself a ticket too for XMas.

The 2005 Grammy Music Award nominees

For the life of me I can't believe that there were not five better rap songs then Eminem's "Just Lose It". That is the most glaring injustice.

    What do you collect?

I collect bobbleheads. Right now I have over 30 of them, and am waiting for the soon to be prize of my collection to come. A Jesus (not the wrestler, the Son of God) bobblehead.

Best ignored album(s) of the year

Nellie McKay - Get away from me Excellent album and very original. Girl has a lot of talent.

I get to see the Pixies tomorrow night.

Well, gotta say the concert was excellent. THey sounded great and played a good mix of songs from all the albums. Only one really weird choice. They played Wave early on, and then later played the slowed down version. this played a bit of a mind fuck with me, as I had been drinking for about 10 hours before this point.

    NFL Week 13

So, week 13 just ended and the Eagles clinched a bye in the first round. I don't think that I ever remember a team clinching a bye with 4 weeks to go.

Actually, another place I like a lot is Steve's Steaks. It's in the NE part of Philly. Real solid steaks.

What exit off of 95? I haven't heard of that place. For me, I don't think you can go wrong with Pat's. Never liked Geno's at all. Actually though, there is a Pat's in A.C. (which isn't connected to the original) which is awesome. They don't skimp on the whiz.

    Greatest openings to songs?

Agree wholeheartedly on the Pogues love. That's one of my favorite seasonal tunes, along with "Do they know it's Christmas". I know it's overpayed, but nothing puts a hop in my step quite like the opening to "Welcome to the Jungle". At a sports event, that opening riff just sets me off.

So Bonds admits to using steriods "Unknowingly"

What do you mean you want to believe he never took the stuff??? He admitted to taking it. Whether he knew they were steroids or not, he took them. As far as asterisks or removing records or whatever, baseball will more likely then not do nothing. Regardless this will immediately be discussed for as long as people discuss Bonds and his greatness, so it is an asterisk all by itself.

    Favourite, Least Favourite Jerseys

My favorite jersey of all time is the Phillies road jerseys from the 80's. As far as current times, I don't like any of the obvious attempts by NFL teams to sell more jersey's to idiots, like the ones who will see the Giants play in those atrocious Red things and have to have one.

Jason Giambi admitted to taking steroids

I'd like to officially declare a moratorium on the joke "why wasn't Jeremy Giambi better if he was on roids." I think that I've already heard some form of that joke 3240194 times today. Enough. And, this does not leave much doubt about Barry either. Especially where the Giambi says that the trainer never once mentioned weights when he was asking him about what Barry was doing.

    The Sports Confessional

I really like Chris Berman. I jumped on the Bulls bandwagon when they got good, and jumped back off after Jordan retired for the 2nd time.

What does your team need to do in the offseason?

TO's quotes about Shockey after the game were priceless. The guy had one catch and still managed to make a jackass of himself.

What does your team need to do in the offseason?

RE: Eagles and Corey Simon, I say good riddance to him. He showed up fat and not ready to play, and Rayburn has been better anyways. Let some other team overpay for him like they did for Taylor, Vincent, Douglas and Trotter over the past couple of years.

    New BCS Rankings

There's no legit reason to rank any of the 2 above the other at the top. If all three win out, one of the teams is getting screwed, so I've stopped worrying about it. I've seen people arguing for each team, and honestly there's no way to know unless you line them up and let them play. I just hope that they have the sense to match the odd team out of the top 3 with Utah. That would be at least another must see game.

    Star Wars DVD's

http://www.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/Movies/02/...reut/index.html Tuesday, February 10, 2004 Posted: 9:30 AM EST (1430 GMT) LOS ANGELES, California (Hollywood Reporter) -- The original "Star Wars" trilogy, one of the most-requested DVD episodic film franchises, is expected to be released as a four-disc DVD box set September 21. A global rollout on DVD is expected within days of the domestic release, according to Lucasfilm Ltd. and 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. The trilogy, featuring the classic franchise films "Star Wars," "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi," will be released on three DVD discs, with a fourth disc likely to hold a newly made documentary about the "Star Wars" franchise and never-before-seen footage, among several other bonus materials, said Jim Ward, Lucasfilm's VP of marketing and distribution and the DVD trilogy's executive producer. "We are currently in the process of restoring and remastering all three titles for the DVD release, so we're still working on details of the marketing strategy," Ward said. "But I believe that it is safe to say that it will receive tremendous exposure across all media." Lucasfilm and Fox chose the September release date to maximize on holiday gift buying during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment president Mike Dunn said. "We sold about 17 million VHS 'Star Wars' units during two fall release periods in '95 and '97," he said. Combining huge consumer demand for the "Star Wars" franchise with being first out of the gate during the busy fourth-quarter home video market, Fox and Lucasfilm are hoping to cash in on DVD sales throughout the holidays and up until the theatrical release of "Star Wars: Episode III," which is set for release nationwide May, 25, 2005, Dunn and Ward said. Each of the three films in the "Star Wars Trilogy" has been digitally restored and remastered for sound and picture quality, Ward said. "First and foremost, the DVDs will deliver the very best possible sound and picture and take advantage of everything the medium can offer," Ward said. "On top of that, we are creating added-value material that gets inside the creation of the 'Star Wars' films in a fresh and fun way. We want watching this DVD collection to be as memorable as seeing the movies for the first time." The films of the "Star Wars Trilogy" will be sold exclusively as a collection at a still-to-be-determined retail price and not separately, Fox executives said. However, retailers have been known to break up DVD box sets and sell individual titles after the first month out on store shelves.
