It was UCW, and I think I'm going to rewatch it later tonight. It's one of my favorite matches.

Punk said in an interview recently that he's frustrated with not being able to talk yet in TNA or wrestle long matches, but he said he loves working there and plans on running with the ball when he gets it. I think the work environment in TNA is generally good.

By the way, I have the ladder match on video, and it is really really fun, probably Xavier's best match.

Do Or Die, Death Before Dishonor, and All Star EXtravaganza are the best overall shows. For the match of the year, go with Epic Encounter.

Odds: 5 to 1. I really hope this isn't it, nobody would buy it, and it would shoot gabe's cred to shit * There is some big star from the outside coming in, possibly someone like Mick Foley, Ricky Steamboat, or Bret for some kind of interview or something, or a special ref job. Odds: 10 to 1. I doubt they have the cash to afford anyone real big, unless one of these stars wants to do it pro-bono. * Jeff Jarrett is coming in for a title vs. title match. Odds: 25 to 1, I can't see either promotion gaining anything from this. * NOAH announces that it will be doing a deal with Ring Of Honor in the U.S. starting at 12/27 with RoH. Odds: 50 to 1. The report over at Puroresu Power is that NOAH wants to come to the U.S. and do some wrestling, so why not! This is my personal favorite, and it would rule if this happened. KENTA VS. DANIELSON PLEASE.

The Super X show was very fun, Sabin-Kazarian was **3/4, Juvi-Hart was ***, and Juvi-Sabin was ***1/2, making it TNA's 3rd best match ever. The best show was probably June 25th, Sabin and Kazarian had a *** match and there was a ***1/2 cage match opener. The best TNA match was the Ki-Lynn-Styles 3-way from early on that was ***3/4, just a real good, tight match. Edit: Yep, I meant TNA, sorry. Had the AJPW show on my mind!

Gabe posted over at the RoH boards that it looks like Ki's last match with RoH was at 8/16, which follows their policy of not inviting people back that do stuff like this. Definitely an interesting newsbit.

Angle-Benoit is clearly the WWE MoTY, but I don't think it's the U.S. MoTY. First of all, London/Danielson from 4/12 is worlds better, and is just on a whole different level. The selling, the drama, the heat, the crowd, and the intensity in that match is something I haven't seen since Austin/Hart from WMXIII. It's the first U.S. match I'd consider giving ***** to since that match as well. I'm getting Homicide-Corino any day now, and one of the people I trust the most for workrate said it was fantastic, so I can't wait. There are a bunch of others too, but Benoit-Angle was definitely choice, around **** from me. On another note, I found the cage match to be so horribly overrated. I think it was ***, a fun brawl and blowoff, but nothing more. PPS: Misawa-Kobashi is almost as overrated as the cage match. I felt like it was just a series of recycled spots of the past with the type of no-selling and head dropping that I hate. I thought it was ***1/4. I just saw Kobashi-Nagata today, and it was far better, around ****.

Benoit-Eddy, Rey-Dean, and Kidman-Guerrera are top notch, the rest of that stuff ranges from horribly dissapointing (Cage Match) to "decent" (Juvi-Regal). Oh, and since that cage match was under Russo...for old times' sakes: Fuck you, Vince Russo.

Yes, for the first show or 2 he did out of intrigue for Warrior-Hogan. Honestly, revisionist history is acceptable in U.S. wrestling for some reason, so it wouldnt shock me if Jimmy Hart brought him in claiming he managed him.

If the big announcement is that Ki is facing homicide due to "contractual obligation" or some bullshit, I will throw up.

Meltzer and Keller overrate everything. If Lesnar-Angle was *****, I guess the Ki-Spanky-Williams-Daniels 4-way ironman was 20 million stars. I think it was Meltzer who gave that Armageddon 6-man HIAC ****1/2. Anyways, I tend to agree most with the star ratings of Shuriken from happywrestlingland.

The difference being that Homicide would get to wrestle 3 minute matches a couple times a month. He's not over in RoH because of his gimmick, he's over because of his ringwork, which we'd never get to see in TNA.

I do, it's just on other message boards. And I will continue to bitch about CM Punk because the whole thing is so fucking dumb. TNA's fans are independent wrestling fans, and they should treat them with a little bit of respect for their intelligence.

I don't think WWE will be signing Homicide anytime soon, they have nothing to gain from it, really. And TNA does do damage, for example, ruining the hate between Punk and Raven by freaking aligning them on their show, and cancelling the RoH hair vs. hair match so they could do one of their own that drew less flies than my dog's shit does. I mean, it hurts RoH when their "stars" are made to look like jobbing assclowns on Wednesday nights.

It wouldn't surprise me if they brought him in. This promotion is desperate.

If TNA picked up Homicide, they would probably give him a rapper gimmick or a slave gimmick or something. Keep him the fuck away from TNA, please.
