Shane was peaking out, the ref was in his way, so they slowly changed positions, and then the referee chased after Triple H to "scold" him for NO REASON because they fucked up the "Shane taunts Triple H" spot. So with the ref scolding Triple H, Shawn was free to be illegally choked and setup for the elbow.

This is the slowest and worst Shane match ever, coming from one of his biggest marks ever.
