here's how. Amanda was "on call" in case the chosen actress couldn't finish the show (aka, in case she figured it out...). Once they threw Ingrid into the "actors" cast, Amanda was brought in to be "behind one of two doors" for Piper and Austin to "randomly" choose. They chose her door and here she is.

This was during an actual decent time for WCW. The main eventers (Hart, Hulk, Sting, Luger, Goldberg) were always actually, ya know, in main events....Benoit had the U.S. title, Sid was ending jobber matches and cutting ridiculous promos, we had guys like Guerrero/Kidman/Rey feuding with Malenko/Saturn/Benoit... An actual NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS MATCH (for the World Title) between Malenko/Benoit. A great Benoit/Sting bout. A good Hart/Sting main event title bout. Lenny Lane was actually bringing the Cruiser division out of the dirt that Rey killed all summer by not defending the title. Lane had competitive matches with the likes of Kaz, Juvy and Psychosis. Then....enter RUSSO!!!!!!!!!! He'll save EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fired 3 months later.

Of course TNA would give RVD the World Title. He's a big-name star that's over. But being a big-name and over doesn't mean you deserve a World Title. That's why he isn't a WWE World Champ. He doesn't deserve it. Anyway, The TLC matches were all fantastic, agreed. Hold up well, too, and definately are the most well put together "foreign object type" matches, ever. Better than any singles ladder match, and just rock. They have to be included.

Amanda seems too happy/not-concerned. She's "sweet" and all, but a horrible replacement for Ingrid. Like, during Austin's "final elimination", she's all happy and smiley, even when Ingrid gets picked first. Still my favorite show of the year, though. :)

I really doubt Orton is winning at SummerSlam. Everyone seems "convinced" he is...but seriously, he isn't ready, and Benoit has no reason to lose. Benoit is not jobbing to HHH's underling, with 2 weeks of buildup. get over it.

That's ridiculous. The problem with Chris Benoit is that he is probably one of the most UNINTERESTING World Champions of all time. Which sucks because he's also one of the greatest in-ring performing champs.

Benoit is a fucking pussy. He got punked out by THE GUY WHO ISN'T EVEN IN THE MAIN EVENT AGAINST HIM. And then THAT GUY got beat up by a retard. The same retard that has saved benoit's last 2 title matches.

DQ for the non-IC title match...Orton pins Benoit (again?) in the ME are my quick predictions. I think Dave, Edge, Benoit, and Eugene win at Slam, respectively. With Orton winning the title the following night on Raw.

BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA this is the sloppiest, slowest, most awful "block each other's finishers and tease near falls" sequence EVER by Gunn and Booker T. Seriously, it's like watching two 60-year old homeless men try to imitate moves done by The Rock and Stone Cold. Plus the announcers sell Billy Gunn like he's Benoit. "Billy Gunn will never mail it in!" "Billy Gunn is going to shock the world!" SO SLOWWWWWW....retire, both of you!

Does Chavo's music say "Oooooh, CHAVO!" or "Oooooh, JOBBERS!" at the beginning? I hear both, depending on the show.

Wow, SummerSlam's gonna be pretty good. Lots of "big time" matches.....IC Three Way, WWE Title, World Title, Eddie/Angle, Eugene/HHH.... The just announced 6 man should be really good, too. Cena/Booker is there, but won't be "bad". Kane/Hardy should be brutal, hopefully. Unlike Mania, there's no "filler" really....all the feuds are coming to a head.

So what I originally thought was a "Best Three of Five Falls" match at SSlam is now MATCH 1 of a 5 Match series. What the fuck? Why would fans of Smackdown PAY to see a pretty much meaningless match (They always go to the last match...), where the title isn't on the line? Since SD! doesn't have a PPV 'til October, chances are that the next 3 (or 4?) matches will be on the free TV programs. This is AWFUL booking, AWFUL marketing, and instead of a "so so" U.S Title match, we get a meaningless so so non-title match. THAAANNNNNNNKS VINNNNCE.

Uh, ok...and how does this differ from what I said? Funk couldn't do the show...thus, Onita wouldn't. Thus, PPV scrapped.

Go to the wwe.com main page and check it out. Orton throws water all over Grisham and does his Rocky "mocking" voice...Batista sounds like an indy wrestler, doing this "...pause....Those two MORONS...pause...blah blah...pause...." big-man interview. It's odd, seems very unscripted, and I found it amusing. Anyone else? Plus, Randy's hopping around for some reason.

What if Petey gets counted out or does an injury angle, to retain the title.

The scheduled main event for the CZW PPV was Terry Funk Vs. Onita, by the way. Funk couldn't do it. Onita wouldn't do a PPV without Funk. The whole thing was scrapped a week before the show.
