I wanted to start it early, so it's not created about 40 minutes late (like usual). Previews. Velocity Don’t miss Velocity this week when two high-flying tag teams meet up as Ultimo Dragon & Billy Kidman meet Akio & Sakoda in what should be an action-packed thriller! Both young teams are working their way up the ranks towards the WWE Tag Team Championship and whoever wins this match may take a giant step towards that goal. Don’t miss it! Also on Velocity, Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri faces Paul London and Johnny Stamboli will meet Spanky. Perhaps the most intriguing match could be Funaki against Matt Morgan. Will Funaki’s experience overcome Morgan’s size and strength? Only one way to find out – watch Velocity! Confidential The holiday season is considered one of the busiest travel periods of the year across the world. On Confidential this week, join several WWE Superstars as they share their own personal tips to make travel as stress-free as possible. After all, there are very few professions that require as much travel as being a WWE Superstar, so who better to ask for travel tips than expert travelers? This week, Confidential does just that. Also on Confidential, Eddie Guerrero’s star has never shined brighter in WWE, as Latino Heat is enjoying popularity the likes of which he has never seen before. He is known for lying, cheating, stealing … and entering WWE arenas in a custom low rider. His love of the custom automobile earned him a spread in an upcoming edition of Lowrider Magazine. Confidential went along with Eddie for the photo session and has the highlights for you on Confidential this week. Confidential also joins two WWE Superstars on recent trips they took as Bradshaw surfed the wild waves of Australia and Chris Jericho visited several media outlets in New York City. See what life is like outside the ring for two of the most popular Superstars in WWE. Confidential features a unique Outside the Ropes as Eric Bischoff interviews Jonathan Coachman in a role reversal, and watch a classic match between the Honky Tonk Man and Ultimate Warrior from SummerSlam 1988. It all happens on Confidential at 11/10 CT on Spike TV! - wwe.com

Warrior flailing his arms like a moron for a good 20 seconds right after a clothesline certainly helped.
-
Beat up Bobby Heenan and put him in a Weasel suit. For fun at parties, randomly break out a classic nonsensical Warrior promo, and revel in the shocked faces thereafter. "AAAAHHHH..YOOOU ARREEE A HUNKAJUNKABUNK NORMAL" -WM6

I didn't know that the Ultimate Warrior was much-known at that point. How did he get over before then?
-
Bahah, that's pretty funny.
-
Pat Patterson: Who's this "Bob"? *fluttery eyes*
-
It's Joey Abs.
-
That guy was pretty damn cool.
-
Wait, is Tokyo Magnum the guy who sometimes teamed up with Disco and/or Alex Wright? And he danced alot?
-
That was a pretty good match. Wait, I heard someone took over for Ultimo, and the new guy playing him is one of Ultimo's trainees. ..odd.

2003 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Award
The Mandarin replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
Overrated by who? Everybody hates him, bashing all the work he's done over the past year. If anything, he's underrated, because he has had several good matches, yet he's regarded as being absolutely horrible. I'm assuming he's basing this on workrate. -
Wait, the original Ultimo is retired, right?
-
I hope Kurt beat the hell out of Robin Williams for making Flubber. Since when does Billy Kidman actually get reactions?
-
You're not smacking MY television.

Are you crazy? I'm sorry, I totally screwed up in that post. It should read: Rico for Chris Benoit Mark Henry for Rey Mysterio John Heidenreich for Kurt Angle Gail Kim for Eddie Guerrero, Chavo Guerrero, John Cena, Big Show, Mike Chioda, and Charlie Haas AND Shelton Benjamin.
-
RIP Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.

Rico for Chris Benoit Mark Henry for Rey Mysterio John Heidenreich for Kurt Angle Gail Kim for Eddie Guerrero, Chavo Guerrero, John Cena, Big Show, Mike Chioda, and Charlie Haas (but not Shelton Benjamin)

Good. I like Mr. T. I'm only separated from him by four degrees. What four? I'm seperated from the T by only two degrees. I was on WrestleMania X-8, which also featured Hulk Hogan. Hulk Hogan was in Rocky III with Mr. T. Booyah.

What was the outcome of the lawsuit filed by the EMT that Scott Steiner attacked (thinking he was a plant)?

So am I. Well, I guess I'LL talk about what semi-old school tape I recently watched. King of the Ring 2001. My personal match ratings- KOTR Tournament (Semi-Finals): Kurt Angle over Christian. **1/2 KOTR Tournament (Semi-Finals): Edge over Rhyno. *** WWE Tag Team Champions The Dudley Boyz over Spike Dudley & Kane. ** KOTR Tournament (Finals): Edge over Kurt Angle. *** WWE Light-Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy over X-Pac. ** Street Fight: Kurt Angle over Shane McMahon. ***1/2 Triple Threat Match: WWE Champion Steve Austin over Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho. ****

Byte This is an awesome show. Seriously. Josh Matthews and (currently) Tommy Dreamer are hosting it, and they have better chemistry than ANYONE on the RAW or SmackDown announcing teams. And they usually break kayfabe. At least they did in yesterday's edition. Watch the show, it's great. Oh, and random news: MR T. is being considered for the next line of classic wrestling figures made by Jakks Pacific. Yes. MR. T.

Josh Matthews is actually a pretty damn good announcer for someone who hasn't been with the company for too long.
