Ouch.

Matt shouldn't have brought it up. He doesn't need to respond to children who consider themselves wrestling sages. I find it hilarious how the writer is talking down to Matt and telling him what to do when he's the one trying to be part of the business by passing off crudely-written "columns". Matt's mistake was responding to him because now this 28-year old "Boy" is going to hunt him down until he feels superior when Matt stops caring and doesn't respond.

I've seen it enough times now that I'm starting to tell them apart. Tom Sizemore is Lt. Col. Danny McKnight in the movie. He doesn't do too much, but he's the one instructing the guy who got glass in his face to drive the tank and giving him directions. He also gets a piece of shrapnel in the neck and it misses his jugular by millimeters (or at least that's what the doctor says when they get back to the base).

Ask DEAN, it's his pet name. DEAN's columns are written in some sort of code I can't decipher.

Picked it up recently after hearing nothing but good reviews, and since I know a bit about the real Henry Hill from watching a Biography episode about him. Plus, it doesn't hurt that Goodfellas is probably my favourite film. Anybody else interested in the book/movie? Thoughts?

Did it work?

Did anybody catch that screw up? He said "I had a good year" instead of "I am a Goodyear."

It's a crazy word made up by puro fans so they can pretend their matches are better than ours. I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Please don't hunt me down.

Just wanted to clarify that for all those who couldn't read it. Oh, you bastard. I can't resist Ty Pennington.

Try CALGARY, CANADA, WWE or RAW. It's usually something like that.

Best endings: 1. The Shawshank Redemption 2. Heat 3. Planes, Trains and Automobiles 4. Romero (I couldn't say the ending left me thrilled since it's based on a true story, but the way it was shot was excellent) 5. The Shining I also dug the endings to Goodfellas, Road to Perdition and 2001: A Space Odyssey was beautiful even though I had NO idea what the hell was going on.

All the ideas sound great on paper, but if they were to be acted out in real life they'd be shit on. Wrestling fans (including myself) always manage to find the negative side to everything that ends up on television.

Go for it. 20 bucks goes a long way in the slammer.

Even the most negative on these forums will have a hard time debating that. Kurt Angle is a hero. If you disagree, I'm interested in what your definition of a hero is exactly. Being a wrestler isn't heroic. Running into a burning building to save a baby is heroic. Diving on a grenade to save your platoon is heroic. Tackling a giant guy who has a big knife and is trying to rape a woman is heroic. A cop serving an arrest warrant on a crazy guy hiding in a dark house is heroic. Taking bumps in a wrestling ring to get paid isn't heroic. So unless I missed the time Angle took a bullet trying to stop a bank robbery, he's not a hero. Hard working wrestler? Yes. Hero? No. The word "hero" has been disgustingly watered down. I watch ESPN and hear crap like "his last-second heroics saved the game!" after a basketball player makes a buzzer beater to win a game. It's ridiculous. I'd consider him a hero because he had a dream and accomplished it, while representing his country at the Olympics. He's an excellent role model.

Nope. That's why I decrease the text size so they're easier to skim through. Next review will be up tomorrow. -

Joe Schmoe 2 Premiers Tuesday June 15th on Spike!
The Mandarin replied to a topic in Television & Film
Good ending to a great season. The secondary cast really made it what it was. First season had a better ending (not that they were too much different), because Matt took it much better and because he was much more likeable than Tim. Amanda is a really nice girl, though and I hope she doesn't have to juggle as many jobs now. Ralph Garman deserves more job offers. -

Carmella has a case of the Test-mouth (ugly set of buck teeth). I can't see why they'd waste $250 grand on any of them. -
I'm kind of late, but you can find it at wrestlingmedia.ru

Do a bunch of flights of stairs, if you can find any. If your friends live in apartments, go up to the top floor and run back down a number of times depending on how many floors they have in the building.

Now I'm trying to remember that one hilarious quote from during a technical error on Raw last year. How did it go again? "Camera (whatever), you are--"
