Already a topic about it.

I don't have any bug phobias, but reading about the kid who had a fly go up his dick and then hatch eggs there or whatever made me uncomfortable. It was on these forums not too long ago.

I, for one loved Signs. I thought it was one of the most comical movies I've ever seen. "Ray Ready" is the goofiest name I've ever heard, plus Joaquin Pheonix hiding in a closet with aluminum foil on his head is just retarded. And then at the end, the alien farts on the boy. It was just an awful, awful movie. My favourite part, though, is when the kids don't want to eat their "last suppers" and start bickering with Mel Gibson. Then, in some of the worst acting of all time, he starts CRYING and then jabbing his fork into the stuffing, carrots, etc. and saying "*sob* MAYBE I'LL JUST *sob* EAT THIS *munch* MYSELF *sob* *munch*" while the little girl cries. Awesome. It's (unintentionally) hilarious as a comedy, but as a horror/thriller, it's one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

Notable baddies from that list include HAL, Jack Torrance (personally, my favourite character ever so I can't say I hated him), Alonzo Harris, Tony Montana and Ghandi. And this isn't the right thread for this, but why is Marge Gunderson from Fargo on the list? She didn't do anything heroic. She was just a normal person with a thick accent.

I have to admit I enjoyed the JBL/Undertaker segment because it's always fun to see 'Taker, JBL's promo was hilarious and his match was short but stiff. I didn't mind that but I don't consider myself interested in their title match at SummerSlam. As JR would say, JBL is best "in moderation".

ABOBO needs to comment on this.

Or is it a dyslexia gimmick?

He also cut some really good promos that started off with "My name is 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin and I deserve some respect" or whatever.

I just saw a new Spider-Man commercial that totally ruins the entire ending. They showed Peter being revealed to Mary Jane, telling her that he does love her and her skipping the wedding to be with him. I mean, I know almost everybody has seen it but there's still a number of people who have been waiting for it to go to the cheap theatre, people who just haven't been able to make a showing yet or people who haven't downloaded it illegally online yet. I'm sure some people are ticked.

I'd also like to add the entire cast of Rules of Attraction, which beside being the most disturbing movie I've ever seen, has no respectable or even likeable characters in it whatsoever.

Since when is Tony Chimmel a ref?

Holy shit, how did I forget him? I was so happy when the bastard blew his brains out. Also- Peter Greene in the Mask, Pulp Fiction AND Blue Streak. Yes, Blue Streak. That guy MAKES you hate him when he plays a bad guy. Great actor.

Unless the idea was they are's.

Canadian, but still representing the Commonwealth.

Yes, because strutting bimbos out in their swimsuits without even getting a general idea of who these people are is very original. It's one part Miss America, one part American Idol and no parts wrestling.

Black Hawk Down (for at least the fifth time): A+

CM Funk's Once a Day *IN DEPTH* Match Review

Mind Games up next. -
The wrestling is obviously way better now (longer matches, better offense, selling, etc.), and the storylines are more realistic. The characters aren't as gripping though because the main event scene lacks charisma (except for Eddie, but he's on that other show). 2001 was arguably the best year since the birth of the attitude era. It had the best in ring action, pay-per-views, comedy and very good characters. It also had its share of good storylines even though some failed (a good portion of the Invasion). So I'd definitely say this year has been better than it was five years ago, but not six years ago (Austin era), seven years ago (Hart Foundation), or three years ago. It's around the level it was in 2000, I guess.

I just pray the diva shit is exclusive to Raw so I don't have to see it at SummerSlam.
