Do you think moving Costanzo suggests they really plan on going after a 3B for more than a 1-2 year gap? If they get anyone for longer than that then he really would have been written out of the future as a 26 year old "prospect". And now at 3B there is nothing else in the pipeline for the next 5 years. Or do you think it is just a matter of selling high on him before he officially becomes Jack Cust? Plus, if they lose him they should end up getting two picks back which probably wouldn't have much less value themselves than Bourn/Costanzo (if any less value at all).

That one I was bored by, as it was just ramp up the gore and make it chicks. Of course I really didn't care for the first one, so the whole series really never clicked with me.

I think that is a nice bit of exaggeration there. If that was the case then why did Hostel 2 do as poorly as it did. That movie was really built on just the gore factor. The Saw movies are solid, why is that such a big deal? Just because it is a IV does that mean it should automatically have to suck. I am sorry, but if you are a quarterback and can't throw a jump ball to your 6'5" receiver you are a retard. I am trying to figure out what the hell McNabb was trying to do on the last play. Either go deep or put the ball in Westbrook's hands and let him try for a miracle. Throwing an 8 yard crossing route to a covered Reggie Brown is indicitive of the piss poor decision making of McNabb. I am really getting to the point of saying just send him to the Bears now and let's move on as this is not a championship (or even .500 right now) caliber team.

I find it hard to blame everything on the QBs considering Booker and Welker were respectable according to the FO metrics. Last year, Chambers 39% catch percentage compared to the 60+% of Booker and Welker is a bit of an indictment. I think it is fair to say both sides of the pass-catch combo have been a problem. I agree that I am not as big of a fan of the newer stats as I am with the newer baseball stats, but I don't think they can be completely disregarded. And to semi-contradict myself in the same post. I like the deal for the Chargers. I still think SD is good enough that it will be a late second rounder and I think Chambers has the skill to give them a killer offense with Gates and LT (also letting Vincent Jackson go back to the compliment piece he is).
