They have gone with Pederson the last two years I think. They ought to trade for Tim Hasselbeck before the Jets get him. He went 14-21 with 128 yards. If Feely hadn't done what he did in those games last year this would have been an actual competition for the no.3 job.

And I am going under the assumption you starting lineup is 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 1 K 1 D
-
You could use a legit 3rd RB since you have Holmes, but it is a good team. The WRs are great, QB is top tier with a potential top 10 backup. TE is unknown (which McMichael shows up the first half of last year version or the second half version), but after the top three it doesn't matter anyway. I would probably trade Toomer for a RB. Worst case scenario is that Holmes gets hurt you have someone to step in. Best case scenario, Holmes stays healthy, use the third RB in bye week then trade him. A good RB can always be turned into something midseason. And I think Toomer has his highest value right now, because I think Shockey will steal more receptions this year costing him 300-400 yards and 4-5 TDs.

Wow, someone saying DH is too negative.

I would have kept going then. A half could be huge for some of these guys.

How far into the game were they? Because the last preseason game is a big one for the lower tier players trying to make the team, so I can understand trying to play as much as possible. If anyone who is already in a locked up spot on the regular season roster is in the game, though, the coaches of each team need to be shot.

That 93 season was the greatest season of any sport I have been a fan of. I have watched the DVD they gave out at the reunion last month at least a half dozen times.

"Kids aren't going to get into a loser, there gonna get into a winner, and I did." Let's see here: I am 21 years old. I am a Phillies fan. 14 of the last 16 years the Phillies have been a losing team. So most of my life the Phillies were losing, yet I am a fan of the team. Kids can get into a losing team if they are a fan of the sport.

Um...good for Salisbury? What are you looking for here exactly? "I don't think the Titans are great, but Salisbury is picking them so I'll change my mind."

Dayne has never been able to pound it up the middle though. He isn't like Bettis who can run through linemen, he hits the line and stops.

The Chiefs D isn't going to be good enough yet to make the playoffs. Their offseason additions are overrated as hell. Vonnie Holliday is a decent player, but he won't make an impact. I think he had 6 or 7 sacks all of last year with 5 coming in one game. Shawn Barber is a good player. But they overpaid big time for him. He is a speedy linebacker,, who can cover, but he is not a game changer and they seem to be counting on him to be an anchor on that D. Who else was there? Ryan Sims, when he does something on the field I will consider him. And there was someone else that keeps getting mentioned in previews, but I forget who.

This blows. If they run with Angle/Eddie at SS, I am going to end up paying for another big McMahon match that will get all the credit.

Sable has a direct-to-video film coming out soon.

lol. I have so many films on my shelf that I've yet to watch. I have a bunch of other Seduction releases too. You have to watch it ASAP. The opening spaceship set is made out of PVC pipe and what appears to be a spaghetti strainer. -
I wouldn't call A-Rod a heel. I won't begrudge anyone taking the money, but he should have just said "Who can turn down a quarter billion?" instead of the typical this team has a good future shit. (They didn't when he signed, they do now) And I don't blame him for wanting out, because how was he supposed to know they would follow up his signing by spending 15 mil a year on fucking Chan Ho Park. That signing set them back years.

That would be great. Rena Mero's quest for revenge against the cads who stole and enslaved all of her flowers. I am there. -
Well if you are going to do that, how many boys have never played at least some version of tee ball or instructional league baseball?

WAIT WAIT WAIT You have a copy of Playmate of the Apes.....the greatest movie of all time......and you have no desire to watch it? You ought to have your movie watching privlages taken away indefinitely. -

This looks more like an attempt to be classy porno than it does a real movie. And let me tell you Sable is no Misty Mundae and this is no Playmate of the Apes. -
One of the only things better than that is going through old baseball cards and looking at the "Top Prospects".

Tiki wasn't really the Tiki you know now then. He didn't really do anything special until last year. Two years ago his rushing total was only 800 and change and the year before that just broke 1000 (not a special accomplishment.) I did enjoy that though, because my best friend is a Giants fan and the whole time he was screaming for them to take Chad Pennington. Now every year they have Collins still, he roots for them to fail so they will dump him.

Why the hell would anyone trade Chad Johnson for Pittman? I know RBs are important but come on now. From yahoo.com position battle article Tampa Bay: The Super Bowl champs' backfield won't sort out until Michael Pittman's future does. Pittman should be available for the first two games, but after that, he could be suspended or in jail. Jon Gruden doesn't want to make Mike Alstott less effective by giving him a bigger load, so Thomas Jones, the team's leading rusher this preseason, could be a factor. Forget about breaking tackles -- Jones could break some necks with his bulked-up biceps. His athletic ability has never translated in the NFL before, but his talent and a potential job opening in Tampa Bay make Jones a good sleeper pick in the later rounds.

:marks out like a little bitch for Shawshank reference: How did her DVD sell? If it sold decent I can understand the book, if not then it should never have been made. Simple as that.

I wouldn't say it will always be baseball, because if the NFL goes for another 50 years like it has the last 25 then it will have the history that baseball does now. The pastime is baseball, but the current national game is football. And college football is an odd thing, in that there are sections of the country where it is the pastime and sections of the country where noone gives a shit. NASCAR I get the sections because it started in the south and is just really starting to grow, NHL I get the sections because you can't grow up playing it everywhere, but college football is strange in that regard.

Yes. Good for Vince. Good for me too, they are already trying to help me save $50.

Hopefully tomorrow they announce Rick Carlisle taking over. No need to drag it out. They should have just done it two months ago when Bird first took over.
