You'd still be better than Millwall,Brighton and Crewe though, surprised I haven't asked yet but how's Coughlan been? Him deciding to join you and Lita leaving 2 days later was when I started thinking we could struggle.

1-1 at Bradford, 4 points from 2 away games will do, our Loan signing from Brighton McCammon came on in the 2nd half and got booked after 8 seconds(wouldn't have moaned had it been red) he's got a bit of pace for a 6'2 target man and at this level could do a good job. Edit: http://forums.cpfc.org/showthread/t-125316.html Even though I don't like the club(Leon Knight,Play Off Final and their ground) I can't blame Brighton for flogging him, he had a go at the Manager,Fans and team mates.

That was in the Kip Frey era, Watts came in Around April/May.

good 2-0 win at Scunthorpe, Cotterill and Brooker might be the forward solution, lots of 6 pointers coming up because of the way the table is, wish the League had been this bad during 02-04 when Wilson's team was at it's best. Edit: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/e...ble/default.stm

http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/ViewArticle2.a...ticleID=1340616 If it's true I can't see him playing for his country again.

Blackburn did good out the deal though, they were about to sack Souness but instead get about a million in compensation for him. only thing stopping Newcastle from being bottom 3 right now is having Shay Given, and when fit Parker and Owen.

Their Goalie was on trial with us earlier in the season, refused a loan because he wanted a permanent deal.

http://d.turboupload.com/d/257771/York_Foundation.mp3.html Edit: here's the clear version of Big Josh's Theme http://d.turboupload.com/d/260006/Big_Josh.mp3.html

Not heard anything about a left back yet, with Golbourne gone to Reading we do need one though. Our main target is a striker, we've only got Brooker,Stewart and Bas Savage(The black Peter Crouch) Edit: We do have a 6'8 Portugese defender on trial though and Yeovil have 14 players out of contract in the summer so I'd expect a few of them to join us.

Steve Phillips is on the transfer list, he'll probably end up at one of the lower Championship teams.Good shot stopper but not half as good as Billy Mercer was for us.
-
They don't have much luck with their Centre Backs, they bought a spanish one for nearly 6 million and he played about 20 games in 3 years. The Woodgate deal was a good one though(money wise)

Funny how once Peacock was dropped you start winning.

We're only 9 points off the play offs now, unbeaten in 6(after booting out the loanees) and Have Murray in his 02/03 form, we've also got a Brazilian goalie who's put Phillips oon the bench. Anyone done any deals since the window opened? We've got Scott Golbourne out to Reading and David Noble in on Jan 7 when his loan finishes.

What are the chances of Adu getting picked for the US squad?
-
Ivory Coast could be difficult, Toure,Kalou and Drogba would be a nightmare at corners with our set piece defending. Edit: Wonder what the odds are on us getting Poland or Sweden in the group?
-
Commons is a real pain to stop on the game, him and Trundle always get motm against me. Edit: after adding the new players we've signed/took on trial (David Noble and Rami Shaaban) my form's improved quite a bit with Noble being the playmaker and Shaaban letting me flog Phillips.
-
Not bad for "an emergency loan" Edit: Hopefully that stupid Loans only thing will be gone next year, We've got to pay most of Bridges wages until the end of December and hope Carlisle want to keep him instead of doing a simple Free transfer.

I think so as well, I just can't see him getting picked for the World Cup Squad, Sven will pick Smith instead because of his "versatility" Edit: We'll have a player at the world cup next year(Luke Wilkshire) keeping the Aussie bench warm.
-
The Reserve Forwards worry me, after Rooney and Owen we've got Crouch and Defoe(out of form at the moment) and one of Bent/Smith/Johnson/Heskey.
-
They had the chance to get Robben and Duff as well.

What actually happened at Forest between 95-97(besides Collymore leaving) to turn you from 3rd to 20th?

Newcastle are in the Championship on my game(in 2007) I'm loving the new feature with players being called "the next Ronaldo/Rivaldo/Beckham/Campbell/Ferdinand" Edit: http://img480.imageshack.us/img480/8339/10talents4hp.jpg List of the players with the highest potential even if most seem obvious.

Saw Leapy got your goal, what do you think of him? Edit: Quinn looks good so far, 1 goal and 1 assist in an hour, him and Brooker could be a great partnership.

I'd have had Bergkamp do it, he was at Ajax when it happened before.
