We signed James Quinn on Loan from Peterborough today, he seems keen to make it permanent.
-
I am, I've been waiting weeks to continue my Gold Demo game.
-
Few Nitro ones Faces of Fear beating the Steiners clean Scott Hall losing to Hector Garza and Chris Jericho La Parka(DDP really) over Randy Savage
-
1-0 over Tranmere, the 2 Charlton boys look good and I can see us being a feeder club of sorts for them with them getting 1st option on our more promising players like Cotterill and Skuse.
-
I'd guess he's got problems in his personal life added to his Injuries over the last 2 years, surprised a Tottenham or Middlesbrough didn't put a bid in given the price he was available for.
-
Shame Cotterill didn't come on for Wales, would have been their 2nd youngest international ever. Edit: Just watched Egypt-Cameroon on Eurosport, 1-1 and Cameroon miss a last minute penalty which would have put them in the world cup.

What was the blow-off? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dibiase winning the belt back with Repo Man's help at Survivor Series Showdown.

The Gold Demo's an improvment on the beta(as it should be) with the only major problem being the research done on us, Dave Cotterill in the U18's for example. Getting my FM 05 team together's going to be difficult, Frey,Bierofka,Guarin,Baptista,Robinho and Essien are all at new clubs. Edit: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mb606/F2241581?thread=1154379 nice gem of a post among all the Fifa or Pro Evo? topics.

Can't believe we lost today, Hartlepool's goalie Konstantopoulos was tremendous today.
-
How do your fixtures look for the next couple of games? Our fixtures are pretty good until December with only Doncaster and Oldham away I can see us losing.By then hopefully the gap between play offs and midtable should start.
-
3-0 against Barnsley, wish we'd got rid of Tinnion earlier.
-
Got a 3-2 win at Brentford, would have been more comprehensive had Wilkshire scored the penalty at 3-1. GJ's got the players in for training today, probably to stop a few of the players from their late night antics and said he'll have a word with Wilkshire about his run up on penalties. We also look like having a really good right back, Bradley Orr was crap when he joined us last year as a midfielder, you wouldn't have guessed he was Newcastle reserve captain, but since Tinnion left he's played at right back and has looked a natural there.
-
Looks like Gary Johnson's the new man barring an argument over money, shame we can only deal in loans until January as I can see at least 5 players Johnson would want shifted.
-
Did you get him before Mid August? anything after that isn't included.
-
No problems with that, Cole might be debated because he was only with us for a year but most of us rate him as our best player of the last 15 years beside Bob Taylor.
-
Our problem is that our Midfield is a mess, no crosses and no protection to our defence. Edit: Those comments about Stewart are similar to our thoughts on Bridges.
-
From all I've heard we were awful again, we've got Brentford away which is a chance to convince those poor people interested in our job to go somewhere else/stay where they are. Edit: http://www.sigames.com/downloads.php?type=view&id=354 Didn't know this was out, normally they bring out the Beta in october and the demo a few weeks later.
-
What are your thoughts on Marlon King now? hoping the fee for him has gone up or do you want him back?
-
Anyone watching Lyon/Madrid? Lyon are tearing them to shreds.
-
He's "decided to step down" according to our chairman, should help if we have to pay compensation for another manager. Hope we chose the right man as in the past we haven't. Managers that wanted to join us but the board didn’t want! Peter Taylor (twice!) David Moyes Peter Jackson Managers who were available but we bottled it Paul Sturrock Steve Cotterill
-
I feel just the same about Tinnion, pre season he said he had 2 players for every posistion and then blames almost every defeat on injuries. It's worse for us then most clubs with a bad manager because the guy was a player with us for over ten years so he'll always get a minority of happy clappers on his side, The picture from yesterday tries playing the sympathy card as well. http://media.rivals.net/media/jpg/2005091000720971.JPG How many want Megson out? I'd say 75% of us want Tinnion out, 15% would if he wasn't an ex player and 10% want him to have 4 years like Danny Wilson did. I reckon Martin Allen at Brentford would be good or us/or you.
-
We're playing 5-2-1-2 and losing 3-0, New Manager should be in place before October, any later and we'll be here till 2007. Edit: 6-0 now. no way he should be here next week, but I can't see him resigning so we'll have to pay up.
-
I could never sign Adriano, he always cost 50 million, I'd get Robinho instead.
-
On BBC they reckon our team would cost around £211m and the Northern Ireland team would cost around £6m
-
Worst performance and result since Scotland at Wembley, we'll still qualify either as winners or one of the best runners up but that's nothing to boast about with our group being one of the easiest.
