Gangrel had a good Hardcore Title match with Road Dogg on a Raw in 99.
-
But what had Edge done to get an IC title shot at Fully Loaded in the first place? Was there any issue with Jarrett? Edge was feuding with Gangrel at the time so I doubt it.

If he gives you guys what he gives us then you'll be watching the Dangerous Alliance for the next few months and you don't have to watch Wrestlecrap like the Desperados and PN News vs. Mr. Hughes Main Events like we did for a few months.
-
I hated how ECW would rip on WCW for having crappy main events when they did the same damn thing, guys like Little Guido,Tajiri,Whipwreck,Mamaluke,Simon and Swinger,Hot Commodity and Kid Kash were the only reason I watched during 2000.Even in it's peak you have to admit that The undercard carried most of the shows whenever Raven vs Dreamer was in one of it's cooling off periods that they did.

Here's a few ECW questions.Since we only got Hardcore TV in the UK I guess some of the answers involve ECW on TNN. 1.How did Doring and Roadkill turn face? 2.When RVD was the TV Champion did he get pinned in any Tag Matches or Non Title matches? 3.I know Jerry Lynn turned because he was frustrated with losing the World Title but did Lynn ever attack anybody or did he just go with Cyrus(From watching Hardcore tv it seemed like one week he was champ and the next week he was without the belt and with Cyrus) 4.When Tony Mamaluke first showed up in ECW I remember a few interviews where Little Guido said he would have to prove himself to be a member of the FBI, since Mamaluke lost his first couple of matches in ECW did they drop the storyline or did they do a backstage segment with Him being inducted into the group? 5.Did the Dudley Boyz ever fire Joel Gertner? I ask this because in the last 2 matches they had in ECW Gertner is nowhere to be seen. 6.Why did CW Anderson ever join Simon and Swinger? 7.Had RVD not gotten injured and he had won the World Title from Mike Awesome would he have vacated the TV Title(which he would have had for 2 years by this time) or would he have Unified the Belts Like Rhino did? 8.Any reason behind the way the Sandman was treated in 2000, I can only think of 2 matches that he won on TV in the whole of 2000(the match against Tajiri in the TV Tournament and one against Kintaro Kanemura) and he lost every match against Rhino.

The first time I saw him with Blond hair was at November To Remember 99. I like the Tajiri asskicking at Hardcore Heaven 2000 more than the Heatwave beating.

Hogan/Warrior at Wrestlemania 6 The Rock vs HHH at Backlash 2000 Hardcore battle royal at WM2000(I enjoyed it the first time but on the second viewing I realised how stupid it was that Crash had the belt in the last minute and yet he only has 2 guys after the belt and all the other wrestlers are outside of the ring) RVD vs Jeff Hardy at Summerslam 2001

They could have got EZ Money to do the outfits, he did some cool ones in ECW. EZ Money Website

Imagine the Buyrate if WCW had done Hogan/Sting at say Bash of The Beach 97(a year after the nWo started) without the 9 month period between Sting attacking Hogan at Uncensored 97 and the match taking place.

The Head Cheese thing was a good gimmick, It got Steve Blackman over after over 2 years of trying and failing.
-
The only good things out of Van Hammer were the Sid Vicious squash at Slamboree 93 and the Falls Count Anywhere Match with Cactus Jack.

Right afte WACKY~! Kurt hits himself with a chair. Nah man, it was the week after Benoit was jumped and Los Guerreros tried to convince him it was Angle (who wouldn't mind being suspended because he was going to train for the Olympics), and Angle tried to convince him it was the Guerreros. I remember Angle saying that he didn't need a Year to Train for the Olympics.

Here's a review of our vital game at the weekend, the Boos next to Thorpe and Cureton are due to Thorpe leaving us on a Bosman after we bought him for 1 Million and for Cureton playing for that other team in Bristol. City had most of the possession in the 1st half, especially where it counted in the QPR danger zone. Most of us in the Atyeo stand thought that recalling Mickey Bell on the left was a clever idea as it gave us attacking options down the left as well as having Scott Murray on the right.Christian Roberts was also recalled to test QPRs more muscular but slow defenders in place of the muscular Rougier. After a close 40 minutes in which the few chances went to City, including a super save from Camp from a Roberts header, QPR gave Scotty enough room to run at them just once and he ran into the danger zone, crossed for Roberts who cooly slotted home. The place was in uproar. In the second half I thought QPR would change up a gear and come at us, giving Scott more room, but they didnt threaten much despite adding Thorpe (boo) and Cureton (boo) to their attack. The gaps did appear in the QPR defence though and Camp again did well to save a one on one with Murray when he broke through. Game was nearly drawn at 85mins when Thorpe (boo) shot and Phillips (yay) saved well. We then showed Ian Holloway that his years of service to the Enemy had not been in vain. "Cheer up Holloway, oh what can it mean? For a sad, gashead b******, from a S*** football team" (R*vers, not QPR). Holloway to his credit was great fun waving to the City fans, QPR fans gave great support, but we deserved it and now it it game on once again. If we go up I look forward to going to Forest and seeing us get revenge for the League Cup Semi Final Defeat of 1989, It was especially sad since We did the Hard Part of getting a 1-1 draw away and then we lose 1-0 at home(1st match I went to and you ruined it).

1.) He said that if it wasn't a handicap match then Orton wouldn't have pinned him. 2.) No Way Out was the last, he was in the corner of Lance Storm the night after and i think that was his last tv appearance. 3.) Not sure, but it may have been the Team Angle vs. Edge/Benoit Number 1 Contenders Match.

Kamala is one that most people forget.

The best match Mabel was involved in was his Wrestlemania 10 match against the Quebecers. The Big Bossman should be nowhere near this thread based on his stuff until 1994, after that you have a point but his Big Show feud makes up for it.
-
All the Hidden wrestlers(There were loads) got screwed by not having there own rant, for example La Parka could have just did his strut and if Norman Smiley was on the game he could have did the SMBU and The Big Wiggle.

This wasn't a loss but On Championship Mode in No Mercy I was in the Tag Title mode and I do the Corporation Storyline and I'm the Guest referee for Steven Richards vs. Shane Mcmahon and I did abut 10 Tombstones on Steven but that Egomaniac Shane had to Keep posing and only try to pin him after he did his stupid finisher(I refused to count) and it took 43 minutes for him to realise that he should try to Pin Steven after I did a Tombstone.

I thought Jericho's reign as champ was supposed to be a bust? Yet he headlined the most successful Rumble of all time......... Remember who returned at that show, and probably took the credit for the success? Goldust
-
High Flyers is a good tape,it only has 4-5 matches but you get a good Savage/Virgil match and a really good Jumping Bomb Angels match. Saturday Night's Main Event has a Rockers/Brainbusters match and some other good matches.
-
Jericho-As a face he has nobody after Christian to feud with and as a heel I Like him better thinking the fans love him(wcw) instead of calling them assclowns. Edge-before the Injury he was stale and by the End of the year he'll have to turn heel. Bob Holly-He still gets pushed even though the Fans don't care about him. Orlando Jordan-He beats Kanyon and Nunzio at least 5 times, the fans don't know who he is and don't care about his matches, his work sucks and that Dance before his punches reminds me of Rocky Maivia in 1996.

Who's Your Favorite WWE Wrestler?
deancoles replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in The WWE Folder
1.Nunzio-Every move he does looks smooth and his dropkick from the Second Rope is a good finisher for the Cruiserweight Division. 2.Shelton Benjamin-Looks good in both Tag and Singles matches. 3.The Rock-He carried Raw for 2 months last year and will job to anybody. -

Eh? Michaels probably would have won the belt at Summer Slam but I don't know about the ladder part. Bret says it in his Shoot Interview.
-
Kayfabe: Warrior was named Number 1 contender, Flair was pissed so he and Perfect did the "which corner will Mr. Perfect be in" plan and Flair won the Belt a couple of days later due to the leg injury that Savage suffered at Summerslam. Warrior was supposed to Turn and join Perfect and Flair but he refused. Bulldog vs. Bret had no Kayfabe storyline but if the event had been held in the USA then Shawn Michaels would have won the Belt in a Ladder Match.
