I'd definitely take him as long as it's as a centre midfielder and not out wide.
The cameo appearances as substitute has to stop though, it's awful.

UEFA Cup is completely fucked and has been for a long while - Villa waving the white flag the other week because it's worth endless millions more to them to finish 4th in the league was so depressing. Even worse, thanks to bloody sky, is the fact that the same logic applies to teams struggling at the bottom. The bottom of that particular barrel was scraped last year when that ginger cunt Megson put out a reserve side for Bolton. Gary fucking Megson telling the UEFA cup to kiss his arse, what a horrible moment.I love how sides spend the season talking about "getting into Europe" only to write it off when the next season starts, put out reserves "because the Leagues the top priority" and end up in the competition again.
I liked the UEFA Cup with the 2 Leg finals, even with Away goals we didn't have the situation now where a team is delighted to draw 0-0 at home because they didn't concede an away goal.

Carlos Vela must despair when he continually sees Nicklas 'I should play every minue of every game' Bendtner on the team sheet ahead of him.Bendtner's never going to be any higher than 4th choice Striker, best thing for his career would be a season or 2 at an AZ Alkmaar(best side in Holland by a distance) or Lyon(if they sell Benzema) where he's first choice every week with the team built around his style of play.
-
Another win against a team in the bottom half, that's 44 points of our 50 from teams down the bottom.
-
6 wins in 7, our record against bottom half sides is awesome.

Great job ITV on missing the goal

Chimbonda is a weird one. Does Harry not fancy Hutton and Gunther, or are they injured? As Sunderland seem happy to shed their Keane signings, maybe Spurs should get Taino back next.
Corluka is the first choice, Hutton's out until April and the other one left Cardiff far to early.
They should have tried getting Malbranque, the only good wide player for Spurs last year and they replaced him with Bentley and Giovani.
-
Wonder how long it takes for Tottenham to remember that Defoe and Keane can't play together.
-
4 wins and a draw in the last 5, can see us finishing top half this season which didn't look likely before christmas.
-
Blackburn look like signing Pogrebnyak from Zenit, I really rate him and I'm looking forward to seeing how he does over here.
Edit: Matt Derbyshire's gone to Olympiakos on loan? odd move for an England U21 player.
-
Was injured until a few weeks ago, if a club offered them what they paid Barcelona I'm sure they'd accept.

A typical Harry Redknapp press conference
-
If I were Villa I'd be willing to go to £20m(with performance clauses) for Jones, he'd be perfect for their system.
-
At least you don't have to watch Hull every week knowing that should be you.
In January we'll be signing Peter Styvar(Scored against Aston Villa in the UEFA cup and got 3 for the reserves last week under the name of "Pete Shriver") which will do nothing for us if our Midfield stays the same(only player I wouldn't sell is Elliott and Portsmouth will probably want him to replace Diarra)

Lots of stuff coming out from the AGM tonight
It's not a bowl, it Holds 30,000 with an extension to 42,000 if we get the 2018 World Cup.
We tried to get Frazier Campbell last season and Ferguson agreed to it, but the lad wanted to stay in the north.
Michael Mancienne was all set to join us about a month ago and was down in Bristol for the medical(rumour at the time was him and Scott Sinclair were joining) but Alex and Terry got injured.
We have some type of link with Arsenal which I think every club in the league has claimed and had one with Chelsea before the reserve manager left for Watford
-
The Chelsea lad Mancienne was awesome for QPR, one of the best centre back performances I've ever seen. -
We've signed Stern John on loan until January 1st, has to be the end now for Steve Brooker.
-
Jamie McAllister finally got his Scotland recall after 4 years, Mcindoe and Lee Johnson(Scottish Mother) were close to getting in as well.
-
Always thought they had the best chance of staying up, they're using the Bolton 01-03 formula of getting experienced players(Boateng,Geovanni,Stelios) and putting hardworkers around them to make up for their lack of pace.
-
England's best manager's signed until 2013 now, it's shocking that his name's never mentioned when a premiership job is available.
That new name for the Uefa cup is horrible, no fancy name changes the fact that most of the Italian and Spanish sides hate the competition and put reserves out.

Don't forget QPR who'll be in the Premiership once they get rid of Dowie and bring in someone decent.
-
Wish we could play Coventry ever week, Nice unbeaten start so far, all without Marvin Elliott as well.
-
Signed Andy Webster from Rangers on a 5 month loan, it solves our defensive crisis and I doubt we're paying more than half his wages so it's a good move for us.
Our young players out on loan have had good starts, Plummer and Myrie-Williams have scored already and James Wilson's been outstanding at CB for Brentford.

Can't see it ever happening though, nobody would pay the money for a permanent deal and I doubt the MLS lets him go on Loan for a season.
