Okay, I'll get bitch slapped for this, but I enjoyed the Taker/Mabel feud in 95. *awaits to get beat to death* Maybe it was just fun seeing Mabel get squashed in a casket match.

That was easy...Glen Jacobs can really shoot lightning out of his hands when he wants to. It's really quite amazing.

I was watching Survivor Series 91 the other day and realized Ultimate Warrior wasn't on the card. I know there was some angle done where the Taker and Papa Shango put him in a casket or something, and then he returned at WM8. But why was this done? Was he injured? Thanks.

I actually really liked Backlash 1999...Austin/Rock as the ME was fun, and despite a dead crowd, Undertaker/Shamrock was actually really good. Plus decent stuff from HHH vs. Xpac, Jarrett and Owen vs. NAO, and an okay hardcore title match with Holly and Snow. Oh, and the Boiler Room Brawl with Show and Foley, although using fake props, was a fun watch, too. Maybe I'm the only one, though.

1) Why did Shawn Michaels face Rick Martel at Summerslam 92? They were both heels...was someone injured and the match had to be changed, or was it always booked like that? 2) Who played the Damian Demento character, and what was Demento's finisher? 3) Anyone see Summerslam 89 live when Mean Gene dropped the F-bomb? 4) Wasn't the original main event of KOTR 97 supposed to be Bret vs. Shawn with the HF handcuffed at ringside? What injuries did Bret and Shawn have at the time? 5) How many King of the Ring's were not aired on PPV and is there any way to get them on tape? Does anyone know the results of these shows? 6) Mr. Perfect returned to referee at WM10 and start a feud (seemingly) with Luger...what happened? Gracias.

I saw a magic trick where a guy was buried alive before...so I'm sure they have it set up where Undertaker is fine until the show ends.

Ah, I see. I'm not too terribly surprised... ... so... any matches *** or up so far? I thought the RAW SS match was ***1/2 or so...really good when it got down to Michaels, IMO.

Looks like HHH/Goldberg is going about 5 minutes...

That match was really rushed...and I can't say I'm complaining.

I just got Survivor Series 93 the other day...still need to watch it. I love Summerslam 93, too...lots of good matches on that show, including the Steiners/Heavenly Bodies match and the Bret/Doink/Lawler saga.

And speaking of 92 WCW...has there ever been a cooler tag team name than the Miracle Violence Connection?

You guys rock at answering questions...okay, okay, I've got more... 1) Why did the Steiners leave the WWF so quickly? 2) Why didn't Owen/Yoko defend the tag team titles at Summerslam 95? 3) Why did WCW think that bringing in Fred Ottman would be a good idea? 4) Is GAB 91 really that bad? 5) Why did the WWE never do the "Ultimate Survivor" thing they did at Survivor Series 90 again? 6) What's the best Saturday Night Main Event ever? 7) What happened to Jerry Lawler's statutory rape charge that kept him out or Survivor Series 93? 8) Anybody remember a guy named "Frog" with green hair who wrestled on WCW worldwide and once or twice on Nitro? Anybody know who he is? That should keep you busy for a few minutes at least.

The only WCW show I have from that period is Havoc 92...which has some great stuff early, and some shitty stuff (spin the wheel...) late.

Nevermind...that had Sting/Scorpion, didn't it? Ric Flair as the Scorpion? Never seen it, but I want to.

Eh, Duggan's just a goofy bastard. And that team with Volkoff back then didn't help much either.

Summerslam 1990 had one of the most unintentionally funny moments ever in it. They were doing the whole "Sapphire is missing" angle, and Dusty asks if anyone has seen her. Hacksaw Jim Duggan pops into the screen and says "No Dusty", stares for a second, and then walks off. You just have to see it, my words don't do it justice. Or maybe I'm the only one who found it funny.
