Honestly, with the team record, and his numbers at career highs, he should win it again.
-
I'm also suprised that Damon didn't get any nominees, while Whalberg did. Mark Whalberg was really good though, although he was barely in the movie.
-
They'd probably ask for Williams + either the other Williams or Childress and a pick.
-
And with that, the Kings have pulled out Down to 2 teams I guess.
-
Denver is back in it? Interesting. I think he goes to Sacramento, for Bibby, Williamson, Garcia and a pick.
-
The way I see it, Iverson isn't winning with the people around him in Philly, and the players in New York that will be left if a trade is made aren't that much better than those in Philly, so it's really a lateral move, with not too much upside. Thought this was funny:
-
naiwf, do you think it's a good move for the Knicks to go after AI? Chances are, if they didn't make the Francis trade, and they didn't cut Taylor and Rose, AND if Iverson wanted to come here, he would be a Knick, along with Webber. If they really wanted to, they still have a shot right now because they can take Webber back, but it's not as likely.

Eddy Curry the last 9 games: 24.8 ppg, 9 rpg, over like 55% from the field. Tonight he had a 36 and 9 perfomance, and extended his streak of 20 points in a game to 9.
-
He was the best pitcher in the last month of the season in the NL, and he started 35 games last year. He's not much of an injury concern.
-
It will be for 16 million this year, and it looks like 16 million for the player option. He says if he gets hurt, he won't pick the option up. I'll take that.
-
PETTITTE IS A YANKEE!! Seems like a 1 year deal, with a player option. Not sure how much the money will be.
-
I like Kevin Thompson. But he'll be better served on another team getting more playing time. He's not going to get a chance here. And Bernie had a pretty good showing last year.

Iverson has asked for a trade. They mentioned Denver as a possibility; I could also see LAC, Chicago, Boston, and Minny offering something.

There was more to Rodman than just rebounding (although Balkman is a really good rebounder too). I haven't watched much of Millsap in the NBA, but he's not the Rodman type. I'd say Balkman is more comparable because they are both 6'7-6'8 type of guys who are around 200 pounds and can defend multiple positions. Millsap is an undersized, not too athletic PF. He's more like a Barkley type (not saying he's Barkley, but if you're going to compare him to a great rebounder, it'd have to be Barkley). Balkman also changes the game with his defensive ability, much like Rodman. He's also like Rodman hitting 3s once on a while. And on the break, Balkman is a beast.
-
They should; they're both good defenders. Foye guarded 4s in college too, so there shouldn't be a size problem.
-
Suns defeat the Nets in double OT 161-157. Yeah, I know. Kidd had another triple double with a 38, 14, and 14 performance while Nash had a 42, 13, and 6 perfomance, hitting 6-7 from downtown.
-
I'm not saying he'll have the best, but Renaldo Balkman reminds me of Rodman a little, down to how he brings the ball up the court. He's pretty good at handling the ball; better than you expected, and he's also a rebounding machine. Overall, i'd probably have to go with Brandon Roy since he had the best start, but he got hurt. Adam Morrison will be the best offensive player easily I think though. He's savvy but he's forcing up too many shots right now.
-
He's not bad defensively. We're looking for a righty bat at 1st.
-
Sexson is more like a cheesburger that fell on the floor and was stepped on.
-
The Yankees said they would only take Sexson if the Mariners took Pavano, and the Mariners said no, so no trade.
-
Cigarettes suck though, but so does Bloomberg.
