RE: Wang; He has as good numbers as Verlander. And looking stuff over, I changed my AL MVP voting..so hopefully the tally hadn't been done yet.
-
No ones down on them. I don't think anyone even picked them to lose.
-
For what system do you have it for? For PS2, it would be using the diagnol pad, left or right, I don't remember which, and you can do it while you're playing (making timeouts and substitutions manual).

I select: Shaquille O'Neal.

Coles is fine. And so is Houston for that matter. The Benglas suck, what the hell happened?

I didn't see the game, was it a close game? How the Jets moved downfield on their multi-lateral, multi-fumble final play against the Colts: 3rd-and-3, Jets 32: (Shotgun) Chad Pennington pass short middle to Leon Washington to Jets for 8 yards (tackle Freeney). Lateral to Brad Smith to Jets 37 for minus 3 yards. Lateral to Laveranues Coles to Colts 44 for 19 yards. Lateral to Pennington to Colts 37 for 7 yards. Lateral to Justin McCareins to Colts 35 for 2 yards. FUMBLE. Fumble recovered by Brad Smith at Colts 33, to Colts 37 for minus 4 yards. FUMBLE. Fumble recovered by Coles at Colts 40, to Colts 27 for 13 yards. Lateral to Nick Mangold to Colts 27, no gain. FUMBLE. Fumble recovered by Colts CB Jason David at Colts 34, to Colts 39 for 5 yards (tackle L.Washington). Coles was the MVP of the lateral frenzy.

The ending to the Jet game almost game me a heart attack. Probably not, but my chest felt weird. Damn they were so close.

Pence is good in baseball mogul.

Kyle Farnsworth is wild thing. He wears glasses now.

Damn, I might have to get 360. I got NBA 2K7 for PS2, and its like NBA 2K6 with minor changes and an updated roster. PS2 only has like 20 or so signature shots, something i've been waiting for a basketball game to include for a while though. The music is also better than in the past. I like that David Lee is actually left handed this year too. The ingame substitutions, sorta like CH2K6 is also neat. The multiple camera angles keeps you on your feet. They added a few moves to isomotion, and a few new passes too. For some reason Morrison's hair is shorter during the game, and long during replays and cut scenes. Randy Foye is also nice in the game, and the ratings are interesting this year (team ratings). Everyone is lower so at first it looks funny. Still a good game, but not too much different than NBA 2K6 (PS2 version).

"The key for the road team is simple. Get ahead and stay ahead."
-
Most of the time though, it's not that big of a deal, because of pitching. Last year a lot of road teams won games.
-
But that works for both teams (the pop up HRs). In basketball the refs favor the home team, and in football the crowd does affect snap counts and the opposing team more than they do in baseball where the crowd, unless a rally is starting to go down, is usually not going crazy for the whole game. I excluded hockey (I don't watch it, so i'm not sure how much it matters).
-
Out of the 3 major sports, homefield advantage matters the least in baseball.
-
Arizona at Atlanta (7.5) (9.5) Dallas at Tennessee (9.5) Indianapolis at N.Y. Jets (4.5) Miami at Houston Minnesota at Buffalo (1.5) New Orleans at Carolina (7.5) (2.5) San Diego at Baltimore San Francisco at Kansas City (7.5) Detroit at St. Louis (6.5) (3.5) Cleveland at Oakland (3.5) Jacksonville at Washington New England at Cincinnati (6.5) Seattle at Chicago (3.5) Green Bay at Philadelphia (11.5) The Saints will score 24 points.
-
I don't hate the Astros.
-
Jason Bay and Freddy Sanchez are nice though.
-
Lets get those funny pictures in teke.
-
That's a good trade for both teams. The Bobcats would have some nice guards/small forwards with the trade, and the signing (Pietrus, Wells, Dunleavy, Morrison).
-
What? How'd I lose?
-
Reminds me of how the Jets always seemed to play in Oakland.
-
Lol, the Patriots aren't even good anymore.
-
Pujols has pretty good numbers when the game matters, and has only Scott Rolen, and crap around him.
