I've only heard Morrison as a top 3 pick, and Redick is moving on up each day. Redick started off at being picked late in the lottery, but he's moving up to top 5.

Morrison could be this generation's Benard King. JJ Redick can either be Steve Kerr, or another Ben Gordon.

If you know how to play the game properly and can shoot, then it's relatively easy to pick a collection of guys from different teams and make a winner. If you don't know how to play the game properly and can't shoot, when you pick a collection of guys from different teams you end up losing to squads with "inferior talent".
