So I heard some Met trades, don't know if they're true. First one is Cameron for Otsuka (sp?), the Padres reliever. The other one is Heilman for Todd Walker. Again, don't know if they're legit.
-
The Mariners never got further, without A-Rod, than they did with him. And its the Rangers own fault for spending so much money on Rodriguez, although they have proven, without or without him, they won't make the playoffs because of no pitching.
-
They got so much better, that they ended up sucking ass this year. Look at both the Mariners and Rangers now.
-
All of them.

Crying over a wrestler's death is pathetic

Having people on ignore is kinda pathetic too. No one gives a shit. Tearing during a tribute video isn't pathetic. Acting like a pussy over AIM is. -
I'm sorry I missed it. Hopefully they'll have a clip up soon.
-
I missed the ending, what was it?

Nah, he had that year in 1998 where he went crazy. But yeah he had a good year, i'm just saying that he wasn't "super clutch".
-
This year was a down year for Jeter in the clutch hit department during the year.
-
Jeter probably wouldn't have gotten that single, hadn't it been for A-Rod's clutch ass homer against the Indians, which helped stop a big skid (Giambi hit the next, but you get the point).
-
As a guy who watched nearly every game, Jeter was really unclutch for the most part of the year (pretty clutch in the playoffs though). There were quite a few games where he was the last out; A-Rod on the other hand was consistent the whole year.

So this service line? What would you say? -
Well someone had to get Rivera those leads, and if he wasn't going to win the CY Young Award, he sure as hell ain't winning the MVP Award.
-
Then who was the MVP of the Yankees? He had the best numbers, most game winning RBIs, and moved around the lineup for a shitload of Yankees, who needed to get hot.

Lets see, my godmother last year, grandfather this year, and now Eddie Guerrero. Ah man.

It's not just sales. Loaded Glove already explained this. -

50 is the king of rap right now. That doesn't mean he's the most talented, or the best. I thought it was already explained above. -
Nah, that was Hackett man.

We don't use a RB as a reciever very often.
-
Chris Baker really wasn't bad at all this year; of course he's out for the year now, but when you have 2 capable TEs on your roster, no way you use your first round pick on one. If you think it's too weak of a QB class fine, we'll draft an HB. And if there aren't any super dooper HBs available at their position (IYO), then they'll just take an OL, or just trade it off for a QB. Please, no TE.
-
Is that logic I hear from Loaded Glove? You think Frigid would use logic here? Balderdash.
-
Ok, we've established all this. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My team won't be in position? Are you fucking retarded, or just stupid? This is a half season draft buddy. And you're the only fucktard who has DeAngelo Williams that low, and a TE that high. Maybe you'd be better at this if the Patriots didn't brainwash you with picking "football players" instead of making the right picks.
-
Theres a difference between picking the greatest kicker to come out of college in 10 years in the 2nd round (when the next team would pick him, and eventually picking Justin Miller, the guy you were going to pick, and the crowd wanted to pick with that pick later in the 2nd round), and wasting a 1st round pick on a TE, when your QB's arm has had 2 surgeries, and your running back is on the wrong side of 30.
