Jeter is still fucking clutch. I feel really really bad for A-Rod. Giambi is the shit, Sheffield and Matsui played like shit with runners on, Cano got screwed over, and it was Crosby's ball in the outfield. Maybe this builds character, I dunno.

Alright guys. Now we're going a bit too fast. Slow it down a bit.

As a Knick and Jet fan, and many Knick and Jet fans in the city, it's not too hard to believe.

See, this is what I'm saying. ^^ the above line has always made me laugh, even though it's retarded. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What would that sell? I don't like Jay-Z, but i'd like to hear him diss 50.

He has Jamal Crawford in NY. Chandler will be forgotten.

Colon is overrated. Lackey is their top starter.

We gotta speed this up. It takes like 5 days for every 2 picks.

I've stopped playing wrestling games like a year or 2 ago so: 1) WWF No Mercy And that's all I got.

Uh, what are you talking about?

Hmm. Just heard on ESPN Radio (Stephen A. Smith), that neither team has cleared the traded players to play. The reason for this is not because of health (including Eddy's), but both sides are holding up the trade because the Bulls don't want to make the trade. They are waiting for Eddy to be cleared to play so they can stop the trade, and keep Eddy. Isiah is not saying because he's waiting for Sweetney, TT, and JJ to be cleared to play themselves. Once that happens, he's going to clear Eddy to play. Bottom line, Eddy appears to be ready and passed his physical and whatnot.

I'm not saying you have to hate your crosstown rival, all i'm saying is having more than one favorite team is stupid, and that's how bandwagoners come about. You won't give a damn about the other team when they suck ass, while the OTHER team is having a great season. It's just not good.
-
I'm a Yankee fan, and honestly, I have no problem with the Mets. But when you start being a fan of both teams, that's just not cool. Stick to one team. This being a fan of a team from each division thing isn't working.

Basketball is not baseball. You can't use stats for everything. If you use statistics, Steve Francis is comparable to Jason Kidd.

I wonder if there is a Yankee and Red Sox fan on the board.

I'll take: Eddy Curry.

If Curry delivers the Knicks are going to have a good young team this year. I remember someone calling them the Phoenix Suns of the east. Allan Houston is also another good trading block next year I believe. He has a very large expring contract which would be great for a sign and trade. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There sure are a lot of Knicks apologists on this board. They trade away a promising young talent and future cap savings for a guy with a bad heart (literally and figuratively) and an uninsurable contract, and this is spun as a positive? If he is healthy and ably to play out the next 5 years, it will be a good move. But does ANYONE see this happening? Isn't it alarming that there was only one GM in the entire league willing to give this guy a contract? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hakeem had the same heart problem and played for like 17 years or so. Like I said, if he's healthy, how is this a bad move? They traded away an undersized PF (oh wait, since we traded him away, he suddenly becomes a promising young talent, my bad), and a guy who is mediocre for a guy who's a better player than both, with more upside, and an expiring contract (same as TT, if they decide not to cut him). And i've asked for this move. I think Curry will be the real deal.
-
Jesus christ man. That did you in?
-
I had a dream the Knicks traded Stephon Marbury for Eddie Jones and Brian Grant. Anyway, the Curry trade, it's simple. If he's healthy, it's a steal, because Sweetney yes he can score in the post, but he's not a good defender and gets like 20 fouls a minute. He's not a monster rebounder after teams adjusted to him, and Tim Thomas we all know. Curry isn't a good rebounder, but we need a low post scorer badly. He's also 6'11 285, 22-23 years old, and we have him locked up for the next 6 years.

Come on Cartman! I have like the most amazing pick ever.
-
Well, thats why I hold back. I hate blowouts. In College Hoops 2K5, I took me like 12 games to beat NC for the first time in MOP mode. I nearly pulled an upset with St. Johns, but they are fucking tough.

The Yankees have the tie-breaker.
-
Honestly, he's sorta been getting squeezed.
