They aren't going to be in England every week. They've been booing faces for a while.
-
That fans aren't turning on Cena for Christian. He ain't Batista.
-
I called the Pistons beating the Lakers last year.
-
Phil seems to want some control with the personnel as well, so we'll see if Isiah gives in. He likes Crawford's size at the point, likes Kurt Thomas, hates Tim Thomas, loves Trevor Ariza, but thinks Stephon is too short for a PG and won't fit in the triangle. We'll see.
-
What a coincidence. With Phil Jackson being rumored to be the next Knick head coach, he seems to not like Marbury, and Marbury trade talk has already begun.
-
Nash/Triple H HIAC grew a shockingly good buyrate... the "people dont buy crappy ass main events" doesnt ring true with that instance and Im sure it's not the only exception. Crappy ass main events as in Spike Dudley vs. Garrison Cade. Not two big name guys.
-
Yeah you're probably right. But no one would order a show with a crap ass main event. People order shows with what the main event is in mind, not what the mid-card is.
-
15 minutes a game; whatever. But Derek Fisher, Brian Shaw, Damon Jones, Chucky Atkins is the type of player that thrives off of Shaq.
-
These upcoming RAW and SD! PPVs should indicate what was the bigger draw. Batista/HHH or Cena/JBL.
-
Atkins is the type of player Shaq lives off of. You're insane man. Too much bias against Shaq. Every team has injuries, and shit. Look at the Bulls, the Pacers, the Mavericks, the Sonics. It's not like the Lakers and Kobe were the only team to go through this. I mean really. Shaq pre-Kobe (In LA); they made the playoffs. That one year he was there without him, with just Eddie Jones, they were in it. Switch Eddie Jones back then with Odom, Butler, and Atkins, they make the playoffs.
-
So Shaq atleast made the playoffs with a young ass Kobe. That's what I said. Made the playoffs. Not to mention Odom at this stage of his career is better than Kobe was back then, add Butler, Atkins who will kill off the double teams, and Mihm who's probably the best backup O'Neal would have. They would definitely make the playoffs.

I've made a counter offer to Slapnuts! Flik, for Burnett, i'd need a little more.
-
I guess I'll give you that.
-
And I'm hunting for some offense. I have good starting pitching!
-
That's not the point. Magic's supporting cast > Jordan's supporting cast.
-
Would this be like Fight Club?
-
I can't believe you're comparing Worthy and Kareem to fucking Horace Grant, Pippen (I could understand a bit) and Rodman. But Kareem is 20x great than any of those three. Heck, you have him as the 2ND BEST PLAYER EVER! Jordan clearly didn't have more help than Magic. Please! As far as the Shaq with no help argument; give Shaq the same team in LA that Kobe has, and I guarantee you they make the playoffs.
-
Sure he might have been overpaid, but so far the risk hasn't looked like a bad one. Clement can't stay healthy for a full season, and it's a genius signing. Pavano had a breakout year last year, improving on his previous year, but he's not going to continue to improve? He's in his prime right now. I don't see why he wouldn't improve or stay at that level, instead of going back to being that average pitcher. It's not like he's 33, and it definitely was a fluke season.
-
I guess you forget the 2003 playoffs. He's just somehow trying to get the Nets into tonight's discussion.
-
The USC guy is a bust, but all the Sooners are great? Or is it Dan Cody?
-
He hasn't been terrible this year. Or bad. Pretty solid other than one start. And being a Marlin fan has everything to do with it. You won't see me defend Jeff Weaver.
-
Pavano is a bad pitcher? I get you guys on Wright and Brown, but Pavano? The Yankee hate is amusing.
-
Terry Bradway is a fucking genius. Drafts the best kicker in the draft (I didn't like the pick much) since Minnesota was going to pick him 2 spots away, and STILL gets Justin Miller with the 2nd 2nd round pick. So basically we traded the first rounder for a guy who we probably would have gotten in the first round in Miller and Doug Jolley. Excellent draft thus far.
-
Roberto Hernandez has been solid. Mike DeJean pitched well last year; I haven't been following them too much. But Looper has killed it.
-
I'd try shipping Cameron to Oakland again. Try to get some relief pitcher.
