Ah, Bullshit strike call on Bernie pretty much ends the game.

That went horribly wrong.

A few Yankees need those contacts. I call a Giambi HR right here.

There's many options. If you go with the region thing, each arena can have it's own identity. Crowds up close in one, further away in others. When it's up close, the crowd favorite/hometown guy would have more of an advantage. When it's further away, even when you're up against the hometown guy, you have a better chance because the crowd will not distract you as much.

They can have different arenas in different regions. Each region has its own arena, where some arenas are home ring advantage (ex. HBK in Texas). And I like the idea of having qualifying throughout the year to enter this tourney.

Each year, wrestling would be like sports where there is a season and an offseason. During the season, it would be like a 64 man tournament (like the NCAA) with storylines brewing, wrestlers pulling for upsets to have an easier route to the championship, and each week there's like 2 matches. At the end when there is a winner, he becomes champ, and defends it the next year. That would be very sport like.
-
How about 10 minutes of each wrestler's point of view throughout the night. What he does, says, and just make the show all about that wrestler for that amount of time. All this leads up the match at the end of the night, or up to the match the guy has.

Memento?

Yeah, that Nelly with Tim McGraw song. "Dancing Queen" by Abba, and I always liked "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit.
-
I guess being both isn't good. Wrestletainment has failed.
-
What the hell? Why not just make a cartoon series?
-
Brown is pitching like a piece of shit. 4 runs in the 1st. He wasn't this horrible last year.

The Knicks lose in everything. Damn. Hopefully Stern rigs it for us again.

The direction I see is keeping an old guard and trying to mix it up with the youth. It's up to the viewer to decide if it's worked or not. Unlike the Attitude, New Generation, or WCW during the nWo era, they aren't sticking to a specific group. Personally, I think Smackdown! is doing a better job of it than RAW, and I think most agree. While RAW has had Triple H at the top for the last 3 years or so, Smackdown! has kept it fresh in terms of who's the number one guy in the company. It goes Angle, Brock, Eddie, JBL, and now Cena. So you can say that SD! is doing a better job than RAW. I don't know. What they should do is seperate Triple H, HBK, Taker, Angle, Big Show, Flair, Edge and Jericho from Cena, JBL, Eddie, Rey, Orton, Batista, Shelton, Carlito, and Benoit. The latter on Smackdown and the other on RAW. The guys on the bottom are the guys they are trying to mix up into the main event scene right now, and some of them are getting road blocked by those guys on the top. Why not just give them an entire show for themselves, since getting buried and job backs from HBK and HHH isn't working. This way they can also see what the problem is, and what the people want to see. They can see if the new product of wrestlers they want to mesh with the old really is the problem; and aren't ready. Or if the old is the problem. You'll find that out, or if both shows produce the same ratings, you can keep it this way and give the fans an alternative. Well, a real alternative. Sounds a little confusing, but I tried to give it a shot.

I stopped after getting 84.

Jericho shouldn't get a push till he grows his hair back. Not that he recieved tons of them when he did have long hair, but he looks like a fruit right now.

My bad. I forgot the Celtics and Lakers had a bunch of scrubs around Magic and Bird. Silly me.
-
I doubt Carlos Rogers would have fell that far anyway.

Compared to Kevin McHale and Robert Parish, and Kareem and James Worthy, not as good. Considering that Jordan never had a big man, it makes it even more amazing. Bird had a McHale and Parish, and Magic had Kareem. Come on.

He also had the throwback, but that's gone. He had like a five moves of doom: kick to the gut, throwback, pumping up his sneakers, five knuckle shuffle, and the FU. He's gone away from that though.
